Amazing
JJhoRRThe stay was good and the place is really great. Staffs are accomodating and approachable. My only issue is not enough info about the promo 36hrs stay. I expect to stay till 9PM the next day but they told us that our booking doesn't have promo of 36hrs stay, although it was in out email that we have a package of the promo. In the end the Rove told us that the promo is exclusive in their website only. The next time, they should inform the 3rd party booking app that is was exclusive booking only from their own website. But overall our stay is very good ❤️

MMaoyaThis was the only hotel we stayed at in Dubai, and it offered incredible value for money. The front desk upgraded us to a sea-view suite with two separate large bedrooms, and the kitchen was fully equipped. It's right next to Palm Jumeirah and very close to Skydive Dubai. The metro station is just 30 meters from the hotel entrance, making transportation super convenient. I highly recommend booking the Akaya Ma Seahorse Camp desert safari on Taobao; the hotel provided full transfers and concierge-like service with a rich variety of activities.

GGuest UserA truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

GGuest UserGorgeous Hotel, Most Uncomfortable Room Ever. First the positives, the place is stunning, like a Conrad's, beach and infinity pool great, free beach chairs the whole kit. Staff is stellar, breakfast buffet ample. Now for the series of unfortunate events. 1. Booked 3 mos. in advance requested high floor nice view. Reply we will try. No. Got 7 of 16 floors, no view without cash. Deluxe room is beautiful but a Standard size. Honesty! 2. We were sick most of the time here. The AC was stuck at 17, freezing and they said it will warm up slowly. False, woke up with head colds, sick all day. Thermostat bad. I heard another guy complain about the same 2 days later. No upgrade only repair. 3. Next the pillows are super soft, day 2 suffered severe neck pain headache, sick all day. Tried to sleep in the chair, both narrow in front and fabric rough as camel hair. Walmart cheapest better! No comfortable place to rest, torture or the body. Bed ok. Trick, sleep on red decorative pillow or towels. 4. Many minor pains. Room felt like a park madhouse. Phone power cord drops out every night, hairdryer plug in dark cabinet, with a hidden power off button, so when fumbling to plug in you secretly cut off the outlets power. What's the point of this? Froze my wet head while waiting staff to show me invisible button. 5. More. Lights and remote very high tech look so utterly flat minimalist buttons hard to work. You get two buttons by the door, hard to predict what order to punch to get two modes only, master lights on or just lamps. Wake up your partner when you just need a hallway lamp. TV remote keeps skipping out of channels back to hotel home screen, like living in a TV maze. 6. More. Cheap with the bath dispensers, squirt out teeny amounts so kill your fingers and patience. Coffee machine tasted truly bad. Minor things but death by 1000 cuts. 7. Summary, designer is a high artiste A for aesthetics, F- for ergonomics. Best Western room 1000x more room and comfort. 8. Staff is nice but can't do anything for you except send a stream of repairmen knocking. The 3rd day we were sick with E Coli after free coffee at Burj Al Arab. Beauty but distress again. 9. General outside hotel: Watch for E coli here don't trust any water or water based food. 10. Good news: See the Palm island from View at the Palm in St Regis across street. Pay for fast track or suffer interminable lines of hot sweaty patrons. Burj Al Arab the big Sail hotel is close, avoid free coffee. Get to the beach, it gets 5 C degrees warmer than hotel and free towels as blankets while you wait. Delicious feeling. Now you are prepared.

MMack ChengService: Very good. Environment: Right by the sea, the surrounding area is excellent. Cleanliness: As it's a newly opened hotel, the cleanliness is still okay. Facilities: The indoor environment is very nice, but the balcony is a bit plain. The rooftop pool is beautiful.

OOmarLThe hotel is located right in the heart of Souk Al Seef, with guest rooms spread across the surrounding buildings. Electric buggy service is available to take guests to/from their rooms or to the nearby sister property, Canopy, where the gym and swimming pool are located. The surrounding offers plenty of shops, cafés, and easy access to boat rides across the creek to the Gold Souk and Spice Souk, making the location extremely convenient. From the electric buggy drivers and receptionists to housekeepers, F&B staffs, and even the engineering team, every staff member demonstrated exceptional professionalism and warm hospitality. We truly felt well taken care of throughout our stay. Akbar provides the warmest hospitality. Breakfast is highly recommended. The selection is fairly extensive and the quality is very good. During peak season, it is advisable to arrive early to avoid crowds. There is a terrace on the third floor, and sitting there in the evening in January was very relaxing. It offered beautiful views of the opposite shore, the busy boat traffic along Dubai Creek, and planes taking off from Dubai International Airport. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was extremely clean and full of characters, reflecting the charm of Dubai’s historic district. That said, there are a few areas that could be improved. The room lighting was quite dim. My room was located above the Starbucks, and there were many people taking photos late at night and early in the morning, so soundproofing could be improved. The hairdryer could not be used in the bathroom and had to be plugged in inside the room due to the outlet configuration. The drawer-style refrigerator had no cooling effect at all. The TV remote control did not function properly—it could only turn the TV on and off, with no function to change channels or adjust the volume. The shower water pressure was weak, and the hot water temperature fluctuated frequently. Aside from these issues, everything else was excellent. I really enjoyed the hotel’s overall style and found the stay very comfortable. If the points mentioned above can be adjusted, I believe the overall guest experience would be significantly enhanced.

JJuly_WaiThis was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay. We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water. After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.
