"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel."

"The service provided by the junior staffs is very welcoming and the ones who stand out unbiasedly would be Mahesh, Ahmed , Aves , their supervisor morning lady ,Aman, Rubie. All the other junior staffs were also very polite, except for one waitress in Makan restaurant . Barring aside that the one lady, all other ground staffs are really the engine of the hotel ,so it's good to see their heart welcoming response to every query a guest asks for, to stay in the hotel."

"Location & Transportation: Pros: It's a 15-minute walk from the metro station. Don't follow the navigation; it'll take you the long way around. Just head straight in the direction of your destination, trust me, you can walk there. Cons: There are no supermarkets or restaurants nearby. If you want to eat or shop, you'll need to go to Dubai Mall, which is a 30-minute walk away. Room Experience: The room is tiny. Once you open a 28-inch suitcase, there's barely enough room to stand. The bed is very narrow, probably less than 1 meter wide. The desk space is also small, which is tough when traveling with many small items; you constantly have to tidy up. Amenities: The restaurant is fantastic! They offer special à la carte dishes (one per person per day). We stayed three nights and ordered something different every day, all of which were good. There's also a wide variety of other buffet items, so we always had a full breakfast. The gym is amazing and far superior to hotels of similar caliber in China. The pool isn't huge but looks nice. Overall Impression: The value for money isn't great. The room being so small was quite disappointing, but the public facilities are all good. The location is still a bit far from the metro."

"As a solo traveler, my stay at the Hyatt Regency felt comfortable, safe, and well-suited for independent exploration. I booked a standard king room for a few nights of leisure travel. Check-in was smooth and efficient—the front desk staff were friendly without being overly chatty, which I appreciated as someone traveling alone. The room was clean, spacious enough not to feel cramped, with a comfortable bed, reliable Wi-Fi, and quiet enough for good sleep despite being in a busy property. Everyday essentials (toiletries, minibar basics, and strong shower pressure) were solid. What stood out for solo travel: • Staff were consistently helpful and attentive when I needed directions, restaurant recommendations, or help arranging transport, yet they respected my space. • Common areas (lobby, restaurants, pool if available) felt welcoming rather than awkward. I never felt out of place dining alone or grabbing a coffee. • Amenities like the fitness center, pool, or lounge options gave easy ways to unwind without needing a companion. • Location access (depending on the specific property) made independent sightseeing or day trips straightforward, with staff ready to assist on taxis, transit, or local tips. Breakfast (when included or available) offered variety and was a convenient start to the day. Service throughout was polished in the typical Hyatt style—professional and responsive. Minor notes: Like many full-service hotels, it can feel large and convention-oriented at times, and rates (or resort fees at some locations) aren’t always the cheapest. Still, the overall reliability, cleanliness, and supportive atmosphere made it a low-stress base for solo travel. I’d stay again for a similar trip. The combination of comfort, safety, and helpful service without pressure made it easy to enjoy the destination on my own terms."

"I stayed at Ibis Hotel last weekend and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay on a budget. My room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. While the rooms are fairly compact and the facilities are simple, everything was well maintained and met my expectations for a budget hotel. JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai

Overall, my stay was quite average and didn't really meet my expectations for a JW Marriott (five-star) hotel. I had booked a sea-view room, but upon check-in, I was informed that the building housing the sea-view rooms was temporarily closed, so I couldn't get the room type I had originally booked. The hotel assigned me to another building, stating it offered the best available view. However, the actual view was significantly different from the sea view shown on the booking page. What was particularly disappointing was that there was no prior notification, nor was any compensation or upgrade offered throughout the process. During my stay, I called the front desk to inquire about a late check-out. The first call was disconnected almost immediately after being answered—I'm not sure if it was an accidental hang-up or another reason—and I only managed to communicate successfully after calling a second time. Additionally, I noticed some red marks on my leg, possibly insect bites, during my stay. While I can't definitively link it to the hotel, I'd still recommend that the hotel enhance its pest control measures in the rooms. As for breakfast, the overall quality was decent, but the variety was quite ordinary, and there's definitely room for improvement compared to other five-star hotels of the same caliber. During this Dubai trip, I also stayed at The St. Regis and Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates. In comparison, this hotel has room for improvement in terms of service details, overall stay experience, and honoring booked room types. I hope the hotel can further enhance its service quality in the future.

The room is big and buffet breakfast is excellent too.

A truly perfect stay! It's cut from the same cloth as Atlantis but with a more artistic vibe. The fire and water fountain show is definitely worth seeing! Breakfast was abundant and varied. Due to a flight change, we had to check out a day early, and the hotel surprised us by delivering our ordered breakfast items right before we left. It was beautifully presented and far from a perfunctory gesture, which was a delightful surprise!

The hotel entrance was a bit tricky to locate, requiring a turn into a small side street. However, the excellent service and spacious rooms, perfect for family travel, truly stood out. For first-timers to Dubai, the night view from the room is a significant highlight, showcasing the city's most vibrant main roads and architecture. Its prime location also means most attractions are easily accessible. Complimentary breakfast is provided, offering a decent selection of classic Western dishes. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Staying for 16 days with the family. First week was great bar the meals at dinner. Beach at Hilton was great, the rooms great, location good. We went half board so we had to eat in a pub type restaurant called speakeasy where people were smoking drinking and playing pool. We attended twice and then stopped. Muslim family and not happy to dine where people watching the football smoking an drinking whilst trying to eat. First time eating the food was bland and we ordered a chicken burger, it was raw so they made another burger but obviously not enjoyable. Second time the staff put our whole order on someone elses table then after a few minutes took it off their table an put it on ours. (God knows if it was touched or coughed on) We decided we were not going there again. Spoke to reception who said we can order room service to our room rather than eat at speakeasy. This was great for a few days but the menu never changed and got boring and eating where we slept was becoming un enjoyable. We then told housekeeping there was an odd smell in the bathroom so he cleaned the bathroom. Smell was still there all whilst having to eat our food in the room. We then complained and they came to fix the smell as it was getting worse. He came and sprayed something in the floor vent. At 2am a few days later we heard a bang and water grushing, it came from a boiler room so we called reception and they sent someone out, he turned the water off but hadnt said so, so in the morning both rooms had no water so we could not take showers and we missed breakfast as they came to fix the issue whilst we waited (no offer of room change either). Tried to go to the hilton beach as had for past 9 days and they said its now chargable, nobody informed us of this change and they said they only just found out but then this should have been stated on arrival that its not normality and can change any day instead just go and take a towel and go to the public beach on the sand as theres no beds! Pool bar not open so you have to order from the lifeguard who calls room service and waiting to get a drink of water in the heat, which is not sign posted so you would not know. You just think the pool bar is closed as its shutter down. So thankful for Shaban an his team who truly looked after us with food and we attended his restaurant on the 2 days it was allowed to open, apart from that the food was not good. Highly recommend Shaban so professional caring sympathetic and respectful to our needs. He needs a promotion and pay rise as he goes above and beyond for the care of visitors! On day of leaving we went to get a quick lunch at jones grocery and the lady said i have to check if you missed any meals to see if your eligible to eat! We said we have missed a few so its fine, had us waiting a while which became ridiculous and embarrassing so we just left. Met with guest relations and didnt get any sympathy or an apology for the inconveniences caused which led me to make this complaint. I totally understand the situation in Dubai with closures and staffing as i am a frequent visitor but i do not feel we were completely not respected not taken care of correctly and my children did not have a good time at the hotel. Unfortunately i feel as though i would not stay here again.

The sole purpose for this stay is for the countdown view of Burj Khalifa and the room’s view is spectacular! We drove and was met with the valet but then from there to the lobby was not clear as expected with a 5 star hotel. Once we got up to the room it was great. Bathroom was nice and room is modern, but the TV is not great. The the colour is obviously broken with half the TV different. Breakfast was good with a good spread and taste was good but they didn’t have enough staff and service is rushed and the experience is not quite 5 star. It just seems a number of staff isn’t fully trained and the manager had to tell them to do this and that in front of us. Lastly, they tried the “menu” model like top hotels with the breakfast and that was a joke! I ordered French toast and on the menu it was with whipped cream and compote with berries. The plate given had no cream and just had a couple strawberries. It was a good stay but still some areas to improve for the premium price.

The environment is great, the service is excellent, and check-in was a breeze. Unlike some hotels that demand a deposit upon arrival, this one doesn't. 3 star at a max for Dubai. I guess having a club enhances the star rating but this is not to say it is poor, but rooms need upgrading.  It serves a specific client group, this definitely defeats the Accor Standards and not good enough of management to say “well they are 90% of our guest”.  I choice to say as the price ratio was good for the night but if the stay was longer I would have ran away! Would I come back, not likely unless Accor Head office does some serious head banging!
