JW Marriott Marquis one of beautiful hotels in Dubai, from entrance very caring and helpful, Desktop Ms. Anitha was very Professional, Room was very Cozy, Swimming pool was amazing, Life guard Anton was very kind, the kitchen 6 one of the best restaurant in Dubai, too much Choices and the food was very delicious, Staff was very friendly, kind and Professional Specially Ms. Hagar, Ms. Hayman, Mr. Melvin, Mr. Kunal, Ms. Bandana, Mr. Ashiqe, Mr. Vijay, Ms. Manokanksha, Ms. Srishti. and Mr. Raja. Overall, a good experience for a layover in Dubai. The hotel is decent and affordable, with a convenient free shuttle to and from the airport every 30 minutes. There were a few small issues: the staff promised a toothbrush but didn’t provide it, and there were no clear instructions on how to get the shuttle, which made it hard to find. Also, the blanket had a small spot on it. Despite these minor inconveniences, it’s a solid choice for a short stay.

I recently stayed at Rove City Walk Dubai and had a brilliant experience. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to City Walk and super close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa. There’s even easy access to the metro, which made getting around a breeze. The staff were honestly one of the highlights of my stay. From check-in to breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful. Special shoutout to John at breakfast and Waleed at reception — both went above and beyond! The room was modern and super clean, though I will say it was on the smaller side. It didn’t have extras like slippers or a toothbrush, but once I called reception, they were quick to help. The design of the hotel is fun and fresh, with great facilities like a gym, pool, laundromat, and even filtered water on tap — loved that touch. Breakfast was fantastic every morning, with a wide variety and really friendly service. Plus, the price I paid felt like a great deal for the quality and location. Only minor downside was some noise in the hallway late at night and slightly patchy Wi-Fi at times, but it didn’t affect my overall experience. If you’re looking for a cool, clean, and affordable place to stay in Dubai, I’d definitely recommend Rove City Walk. Would stay again without hesitation!

This hotel has been the best I’ve experienced in Dubai. I have stayed at many hotels in the city and thought the quality of service had been declining since my first visit in 2000. However, I now realize I was mistaken because I found the highest level of service I had been missing for a long time at this hotel. I want to thank all the hotel staff, especially Ruby, at the reception. She helped me change my room twice until I found the best one for my week-long stay. Thank you all for everything. I look forward to seeing you again.

I was really impressed with Al Seef Heritage Hotel and how well it showcases the cultural and historical side of the UAE. Staying here felt like stepping back in time—I honestly didn’t feel like I was in Dubai at all. It was a refreshing break from the usual high-rises and fast-paced city life. I wish more hotels had this kind of concept because it really gives a different perspective of the place. We arrived a little early for check-in (which is at 3 PM), but the place was packed with tourists, so we had to wait until around 3:30 PM to get our room. It wasn’t ideal, but I get that it was a busy time. What I found different about this hotel is that after check-in, we had to find someone to take us to our actual hotel building, since the rooms are spread out across different structures in the heritage district. Luckily, we met Sameh, who had a great attitude and really lifted our mood. He made sure we were comfortably taken to our room by golf cart, which was a nice touch. Ashok was also super helpful and always ready whenever we needed something. The room itself was amazing—it really gives off a traditional Emirati feel, which is a cool change from the typical modern hotel vibe. The design, the details, even the way the lights were set up—it all added to the experience. Beds were comfy, way better than most hotels I’ve stayed at. The only thing to keep in mind is that this hotel is more about heritage and culture than luxury, so don’t expect ultra-modern interiors. Breakfast at Sabaa Restaurant was decent—not mind-blowing, but good enough. The location, though, is one of the best parts. It’s right in the Al Seef heritage area, which means you can easily explore souks, traditional shops, and cafés. Deliveries are also possible, which is a plus. It really gives you that old Dubai vibe while still being close to everything. The service was good overall, but since the hotel is spread out, getting from one place to another takes a bit of time. We requested a late check-out, and they could only extend it until 1:30 PM due to high occupancy, which was understandable. Would I stay here again? Definitely. It’s such a unique experience that you won’t get in most hotels in Dubai. If you’re looking for something different from the usual glitzy skyscraper hotels, this is a great place to try. Just be prepared for a slightly slower pace, since the layout is a bit different from a standard hotel. Would I recommend it? Yes, especially if you want a stay that feels like a cultural experience, not just a hotel stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Great location since near the train station a big mall and nearby restos. Also there are always taxi or transport services on standy and accessible to Uber and Careem. Hotel also allowed us to have a late checkout. Buffet breakfast is satisfactory and staff served us steamed rice and fried egg. Coffee was great and had some fruits. Very warm and helpful staff. Value for money. The staff was very helpful and kind. I got a free upgrade to have a nice view of the creek. The room and the toilet is big and spacious. It’s so close to the airport so whoever needs to have a transit, this is the best choice for them to stay overnight.
