"This hotel is close to Terminal 3, but you can't walk there due to a wide road that cannot be crossed. You either have to take a taxi or use the hotel's free shuttle bus. The shuttle departs from the T3 shuttle bus area every hour, around 5 minutes past the hour. From the hotel, it departs 5 minutes before the hour (at :55). The ride to the airport takes about 5-6 minutes if there's no traffic. A taxi can be a bit pricey, costing around 60-65 AED! The information on Trip.com was incorrect; it stated there was no shuttle bus, which led me to take a taxi from T3! I've included a picture as proof and hope Trip.com provides accurate information when partnering with hotels to avoid unnecessary trouble and expenses for customers!"

"The room is clean. This is a good place if you want a place near the airport. Tho its lack of amenities like lotion, conditioner, slipper etc., but still overall stay is excellent. Highly recommended🤍"

"Pros: The views are absolutely fantastic, and it's very close to Dubai Mall and the Burj Khalifa, though you might need to take a slight detour. The staff were exceptionally good, very kind and friendly. The room was clean, the internet connection was reliable, and contrary to some rumors, there was no dust. The breakfast was also very affordable, and the restaurant environment was almost the best I've ever experienced. Cons: Toiletries and slippers need to be requested from the staff, which is a bit inconvenient. While the location is close to the Burj Khalifa, it's quite difficult to walk there. Also, the swimming pool has limited operating hours, closing as early as 8 PM."

"I had a good stay at IntercityHotel Dubai Jaddaf Waterfront. The hotel offers a comfortable and pleasant experience overall. Cleanliness, service, and amenities were all good and met expectations. The staff were polite and helpful, making the stay smooth and stress-free. The location is also convenient, though not exceptional, but still suitable for getting around Dubai. Overall, a solid choice for a comfortable stay, especially for couples. I would consider staying here again."

"Hotel close to Al Rigga metro station, from the back door only 7minutes walk. A big supermarket next door, convenient if you need any supplies or food. Staff very friendly and polite. I requested a late checkout and was gladly accepted. Breakfast provided many varieties but meat options were limited. Only 2 stops from airport, great value for money. Room was classy, roomy and well maintained. Great value for money. One day we passed by the other Hyatt Place nearby, that area was dirtier."

"Good Location, price is relatively more compare to the amenities offered.  The hotel was packed with groups of guest and the breakfast room was crowded and noisy. Most breakfast items were suitable for South Indian guests. The management may consider bringing variations in the breakfast for the other international guest. Overall stay was Okay!"

"Stayed here recently for a short staycation and overall had a pleasant experience, particularly considering the very reasonable rate we paid for a suite. The hotel itself is certainly impressive visually, with its distinctive golden tower design and famous status as one of Dubai’s landmark hotels. Check-in and valet parking were efficient, the elevators were surprisingly quick for such a tall building, and the room itself was clean and well maintained. We also ordered room service during our stay and found the food tasty, reasonably priced, and delivered promptly. One thing I did not realise when booking is that this is a dry hotel, so alcohol is not served anywhere on the property. That was my oversight rather than the hotel’s, but it may be useful information for future guests to know in advance. Our suite was spacious and more apartment-style in layout, with a separate bedroom and kitchen area. However, the overall setup felt quite minimalist in terms of amenities and furnishings. Although the suite includes a kitchen, there are notices advising guests not to use it, and aside from two drinking glasses there were no utensils, crockery, or cutlery provided. Similarly, amenities throughout the room felt limited to the basics: two guests but only two bath towels, two rolls of toilet paper across two bathrooms, and minimal additional furnishings such as sofa cushions or dining seating around the kitchen counter area. The room itself was comfortable enough, although there were a few practical details that impacted sleep quality for us. The illuminated touch-panel light controls remain quite bright overnight, and once your eyes adjust the room never becomes fully dark. There was also overnight construction noise nearby during our stay, although of course that may be temporary and outside the hotel’s control. Guests sensitive to light or noise may wish to keep this in mind. Another thing worth noting is that many rooms appear to face sideways toward neighbouring towers rather than directly toward Sheikh Zayed Road or the coastline, so lower-floor rooms may have fairly limited views depending on their orientation. Overall, I would say the stay represented fair value for the price we paid. While it may not feel especially luxurious or fully equipped compared with some other Dubai four-star properties, it was clean, efficient, and suitable for a short stay, particularly for guests looking for a well-located and affordable suite-style hotel experience."

"Choosing this hostel for my solo trip was definitely the right call. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get to all the attractions. What really impressed me was how clean it was; the beds were made daily, and the bathrooms were constantly being cleaned. None of the typical messy or damp issues you sometimes find in hostels. The common area had a really relaxed vibe, perfect for meeting travelers from all over and sharing itineraries. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, assisting with luggage storage and giving excellent route advice. It was generally quiet at night, so my sleep wasn't disturbed. It’s perfect for budget travelers and solo wanderers. Highly recommend it to fellow travelers on the road!"

"I stayed at the Ramada by Wyndham Downtown Dubai for 2 nights from 3–5 June. There was a small issue with my booking at the start, which came from my booking agent and not the hotel. While it took some time to resolve, the hotel kindly offered a drinks voucher at the Level 2 restaurant during the wait, which was a thoughtful gesture. The front desk staff were very friendly, especially Rubab, who was kind, accommodating, and supportive throughout my stay. I also truly appreciated the complimentary upgrade from a Premium King Studio to a One-Bedroom Premium King with a fountain and Burj Khalifa view. The room is spacious with an amazing view — I couldn’t ask for more and honestly didn’t feel like leaving it, haha. The hotel is in a great location, about a 10–15 minute walk to both Dubai Mall and Souk Al Bahar. Overall, the hospitality was excellent and made my stay very comfortable. I would happily return."

"Location , normally should take 12-15 minutes walk but due 3 major road crossings it's 10+ minutes,, wait at road crossings is painfully long and frustrating There is nothing amazing about location but not too bad if you look at prices nearby of a very decent upscale hotel. The rooms are big, spacious, efficient elevators, taxis readily available, bus stop nearby but routes are quite confusing, Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa about 35 minutes walk, good restaurants, shops and walking avenue nearby, the best thing is it's staff, simply superb, Kavita the receptionist was amazingly considerate and polite, upgraded me to Delux or superior room with Burj view, Naseer or Safeer the bell boy was extremely helpful. Good size bathroom with plenty of amenities, super clean with reasonably priced dining options,"
