Romantic Hotels in Dubai

The hotel was right smacked in the area of The Palm, loved the fact that it was connected to a mega mall as well – Nakheel Mall, making dining and shopping highly accessible. The rooms were beautiful and incredibly clean, certainly matched the St.Regis hallmark standard. Service was however, a little letdown, I've to call twice, 20mins in between, to ask for more toiletries, either they moved real slow or perhaps it's an area they can work on.

The date we booked is our 36 years marriage anniversary. I highlighted it when booking. The hotel is very kind and thoughtful of the special date. A nice cake and wonderful flowers are prepared in our room. We are very touched and happy. The weather is windy but we still have inside swimming pool to enjoy. That is clean and with warm water. My new swimming suit was left in the swimming changing room. Hotel swimming department kept it for very formally and sent to my room also with a nice bag. The swimming suit is actually a brand new and 1st time wear. The staff in GYM room is a nice guy. When I look around there was a very early morning, no others were using the GYM. He has time so introduced a lot in patient. Other services are also available and in very good consideration. Thanks very much

This hotel is a new city hotel opened this year, just like One&Only One‘Zabeel, and its positioning is similar, so it can be compared. First of all, in terms of the room, this hotel has a balcony, so you can lie down and look at the skyline without going out, which is a big plus point, but OOOZ does not have it. Secondly, I personally think that the swimming pool of this hotel is better than that of OOOZ, because on the one hand, it is closer to the skyline, and on the other hand, there are more viewing angles, which is extremely suitable for lying down. However, this swimming pool does not allow cameras to enter, but OOOZ does not have this rule. In addition, the staff at the pool asked us what we wanted to drink. We ordered two glasses of orange juice, but the staff did not remind us that we had to pay. Before leaving, I saw that the bill for two glasses cost 90 dirhams. So you must ask clearly whether anything provided is free. For breakfast, I ordered in-room dining, and the lana breakfast of 255 dirhams was enough for two people, but it is not recommended in terms of cost performance. In terms of public areas, this hotel is not as rich as OOOZ, but public areas are not that important for city hotels. Overall, it was a satisfactory stay.

I went for a two night stay and what I can say is the people the hotel everything just amazing. They helped with my luggage upon arrival to my room. I arrived at the hotel earlier than the check in time but they readily make my room. I also checked out an hour late but they didn’t deduct anything and they were patiently waiting. Had the most delicious breakfast ever. Had an amazing pool party from 5pm to 7:30pm. I enjoyed my stay and I would still go stay in this hotel again and again

In general, the hotel is in line with the price, for which I paid with a half broad by USD380 for a bliss room. There are a few small service happening to me. Drains of the washbasins clogged. Facial tissue was not refilled. Reception doubled unintentionally charged me the room fees. Wireless internet connection is too slow, which I could not browse websites. A security guy told me the Demon Duck restaurant closed down at the time when I ask him an assistance of finding where the restaurant is. Others, except for those mentioned, are expected.

It’s our best stay in Dubai. To be honest it’s a great hotel, great location and staff super kind and nice from receptionist to restaurant waiter, specially Sudip our housekeeper is always kept our room clean and fresh. I definitely recommend to someone who wants to visit Dubai to stay with this hotel. .

Nice hotel. Staff are professional and friendly to guests. However, I’ll only give 4/5 for the service as we chose the hotel for staycation since as advertised in the Trip app, we were given complimentary late check-out until 4pm as membership reward. I even have the voucher proof. However, hotel said it is not allowed. Though after long talk with hotel staff, they allowed until 2pm. Still, it is not as advertised.

We’ve been staying in many 5+ stars hotels around UAE, this one has some obvious details that can really be improved. 1) Sensor tap in washroom: It’s not functioning as expected - timing of water running was either too sensitive or totally missed it. I had a hard time trying to wash my face. 2) shower water control: there were three rotation handles without any indication which does what. Need to learn and try a few times to get it right. 3) breakfast is great: No crazy amount of selections but it will fits my tastebud and cooked well. 4) Bug control especially mosquito: It’ll be nice if they can offer some at table smokers or some spray scent to clear those uninvited friends, it will enhance our whole dinning experience. In general it’s good value for money and high standard hotel, just some adjustments and improvements.

Bvlgari Resort Dubai Attentive service and great value for money [Coffee] The service of Bvlgari Resort Dubai is really great. My wife and I came here this time to celebrate our five-year wedding anniversary and my and my child's birthday. Although the child did not come to the hotel, a complete set of children's toiletries, including bathrobes, drawing toys and toys, was prepared for my child. It was very thoughtful. In particular, there are two saunas and a bath whose name I don't know in the aisle of the swimming pool. You can ask the service staff to open the spray for you. It's really great. I have never enjoyed such a comfortable feeling. Foreigners are really good at playing. Overall, it is worth the money. I will continue to bring my children here for vacation next year. It only takes one day and you will feel relaxed all year round. And I also experienced kayaking here, which is really meaningful. Everything is free. I enjoyed many services in the hotel for the first time. Not only the dog blood in front of me, but also poetry and the distance. No matter how busy you are, you have to take a break. Another thing is that my wife and I went to the Italian restaurant next to the Bulgari Hotel, which is a two-star Michelin restaurant. The experience was also very good. Two dishes cost more than 1,000 yuan.
