Amazing room, fantastic breakfast (the fresh croissants are to die for), provided extension of room for a few hours and free ticket to palm view. Only downside, the butler service was not the most helpful, I was sick and requested for salt water/isotonic water, but reply was they only have tonic water. Everything else was amazing and great hospitality, especially the check in and concierge. Definitely live up to St Regis standard worldwide.

I booked a stay at the Burj Al Arab for the experience and that’s exactly what we got. You have an idea in your head of what to expect, but when that expectation is exceeded you really are blown away by your stay. Your only wish will be to have booked for an extra night.

The location is an acquired taste. You could say - away from the hustle and bustle. The service is top notch. I liked the breakfasts, mostly all dishes are made to order. The quality of the products is excellent, the preparation is also at a high level. The service corresponds to the hotel rating. The rooms have everything you need. Very tasty coffee and tea. You need to sweat a little to figure out the curtains and blinds, but once you figure it out, there will be no difficulties. Personally, I did not have enough light in the rooms, but this is a feature of some hotels. The air conditioner in the room, by the way, is very quiet, which was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed here for 3 nights in early May. The experience was amazing. Special thanks to the lady at the reception Alice, she was very professional and friendly. I was upgraded to the suite which was so nice and elegant. I have been to Dubai several times and Al seef is definitely my favourite place.

Bvlgari Resort Dubai Attentive service and great value for money [Coffee] The service of Bvlgari Resort Dubai is really great. My wife and I came here this time to celebrate our five-year wedding anniversary and my and my child's birthday. Although the child did not come to the hotel, a complete set of children's toiletries, including bathrobes, drawing toys and toys, was prepared for my child. It was very thoughtful. They also prepared three cakes for us, two birthday cakes and one holiday cake. Thank you so much. There is also an outdoor swimming pool for children behind the Bvlgari Resort, and a room dedicated to children. There are different time periods and different entertainment activities every day. There is a special little sister to accompany the children to play, which is great. The big coconut and three bottles of water outside, as well as Evian's hydrating spray, are all free, which is really great. In particular, there are two saunas and a bath whose name I don't know in the aisle of the swimming pool. You can ask the service staff to open the spray for you. It's really great. I have never enjoyed such a comfortable feeling. Foreigners are really good at playing. Overall, it is worth the money. I will continue to bring my children here for vacation next year. It only takes one day and you will feel relaxed all year round. And I also experienced kayaking here, which is really meaningful. Everything is free. I enjoyed many services in the hotel for the first time. Not only the dog blood in front of me, but also poetry and the distance. No matter how busy you are, you have to take a break. Another thing is that my wife and I went to the Italian restaurant next to the Bulgari Hotel, which is a two-star Michelin restaurant. The experience was also very good. Two dishes cost more than 1,000 yuan.

The Housekeeping staff deserves recognition for their attentiveness and thoughtful turndown service. From the shower menu’s bath bombs to the selection of teas, every detail was designed to enhance relaxation. We especially enjoyed preparing a cup of chamomile tea, soaking in the calming ambiance with soothing music, and indulging in the Patchi chocolate squares and bottled water left at bedside. These thoughtful touches made bedtime a luxurious and serene experience. The hotel’s strategic location on the Palm was another highlight of our stay. Our room offered a breathtaking view of the city skyline, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Starting our mornings with a cup of coffee while admiring the skyline at dawn and ending the day with the same enchanting view at dusk was unforgettable. If you’re staying at Sofitel Dubai The Palm, we highly recommend exploring the hotel’s restaurant options. The food was incredibly delicious, beautifully prepared, and offered a diverse range of choices. We had an amazing stay at the W Dubai the palm. Location was great with amazing views. We did have to get taxis to quite a few places from the hotel however this is normal with most hotels. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and attentive to all needs. We had a good choice of food from the buffets for breakfast and dinner. The pole vibes were great with the DJ to add to the atmosphere. The rooftop bar was lovely. Overall we are both very pleased with our stay and my partner had an amazing birthday. Thank you it was lovely.

Very well designed hotel - great attention to details - fantastic restaurants onsite - breakfast was good, spa minimal and with expensive services but also well designed - the only con is that there's so many elevators and hard to find your way around
