The hotel has a great atmosphere, the staff is very friendly and the service is very good! We had a small hick-up in our room and then we got offered free breakfast. Holiday Inn Dalian hotspring is very nice. The staff is very helpful, specially Derek. He made our stay very comfortable and helped us with every detail. We booked a villa, the room was very tidy. The hotel also provided a crib for our baby. You can have access to all the pools and the kids area is also very nice. We are planning to come back again in winter.

What a wonderful place. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. The pool was a nice size (my kids love swimming) and the gym wasn't too badly equipped. The family room was awesome. The kids beds where a little bit hard but not the worst. There is a McDonald's and Burger King close by and you are not too far from Russian Street. The only thing they don't have is free parking. All and all very satisfied. We will definitely use them in the future.

And there was no non-smoking room, so when I entered the room, it smelled like cigarettes and the bedding smelled too. It went away a lot when I ventilated. This hotel is definitely a 5 star . It's near all restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak English fluently. The rooms are spotless clean . There's a playground for small kids, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi . It is very convenient for a holiday if you are traveling .

Very nicely located and well equipped hotel with plentiful of activities for the little ones. We had a family room and our toddler loved it from the first moment she saw the slide in the room. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back next summer.
