I was able to store my luggage after check out on my last day since I had an evening flight and Alex helped hail a taxi for me to ensure a fair price and safe ride."

Os funcionários da recepção, Mônica, Alfred, Diego são prestativos, educados e disponíveis para solucionar as demandas dos hóspedes. Ele fica próximo a estação de trem e também dos dois prestadores de transporte para Machu Picchu, Inka Rail e Peru Rail, o que facilita muito para embarcar com destino ao Santuario. Para chegar ao centro histórico a pé leva uns 15 a 20 minutos, e de aplicativo uns 5 minutos e o custo é cerca de 12 soles.
