We truly enjoyed everything about our stay. From the warm welcome and the welcome drinks to the permanent tea and cookie setup in the reception area, everything made us feel comfortable right away. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. The rooms were spacious for two people and very quiet at night, which ensured a great night’s sleep. We had a street-view room with a balcony, which was a nice bonus. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, and we especially appreciated that breakfast is available as early as 3 a.m.

Breakfast was decent; though the selection wasn't huge, the omelets and the banana in orange juice were quite tasty. I highly recommend the restaurant to the left of the hotel; it didn't look crowded, but the food was excellent. The hotel staff were all very enthusiastic. When they learned my suitcase was broken, they proactively helped me fix it. The hotel's location is also great, not far from the attractions, and within walking distance. If I have the chance to visit again, I would definitely stay here.

The location is convenient, and the breakfast is plentiful. The service is friendly, and the room is spacious. However, there were no slippers or toothbrushes, though you can request them from the front desk. The soundproofing is really poor; I could clearly hear the people next door showering and using the toilet.

People are very nice, also offering coca tea and Muna tea for mountain sickness. But the rooms are so old and wifi doesn’t work. No amenities.

The hotel staffs are so friendly and willing to help. Room is big and son clean. I would recommend all friends to choose this hotel while visiting Cusco
