"The hotel has a great environment and is very child-friendly. Bed rails are available upon request, and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The swimming pool is spacious, and there are also two small hot spring pools for guests to use. The front desk service was superb; during check-in, they noticed it was a birthday in our party and thoughtfully offered a complimentary cake. The only minor issue was that the room still had a slight lingering smell, but you can request an air purifier from housekeeping."

"I booked it decisively after seeing that it was renovated in 2022. I was not disappointed after checking in. The front desk staff was enthusiastic and the service was very considerate. I said that my sleep quality was not good, so they arranged a quiet room for me. The room was equipped with smart Xiaodu, which was good. I booked an afternoon tea set, and the waiter arranged for me to drink tea in the lobby on the first floor. The lobby was also quiet and not noisy. The breakfast was a buffet with various dishes. I especially liked their small wontons, which were delicious. I would recommend it to friends next time."

"The budget hotel is relatively new and the rooms are not big, but there is a strong sewage smell. Because all the disposable items have been used, we did not change rooms. The waiter asked us to ventilate the room, but the smell came from the bathroom sewer. Can't be dispersed. Afternoon tea and late-night snacks are not as rich as advertised. Afternoon tea is just self-service coffee and milk tea, while late-night snacks are porridge and instant noodles. There are not many things for breakfast, which is far inferior to that of a big hotel. The price of 388 yuan/night is disappointing and not worth it."

The Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions welcomed the 2025 Dragon Boat Festival with rain. It would be a bad idea not to go out for a walk with the kids during the holidays, so we had to choose a city closer to Hangzhou to spend the holiday. We finally found a newly opened Junlan Hotel in Cixi Hangzhou Bay New Area and decided to go and experience it. It was already past 8 o'clock in the evening when we arrived at the hotel on the Dragon Boat Festival. Xiao Zhou, who received us at the front desk, was very enthusiastic and professional. After checking in, we couldn't wait to enter the room. The Junlan brand did not disappoint us. Whether it is facilities and equipment, hotel environment or staff service, it has always maintained a stable level. During the stay, some small situations were also assisted by Miss Zhou very carefully and quickly. The only drawback of this holiday was the weather.

At the end of the summer vacation, I took my children to Fantawild and decided to stay because they liked the relatively new hotel. The overall environment and hygiene are very satisfactory. Before check-in, the housekeeper added WeChat to inquire about the check-in time and requirements in advance, which was very good.
But I must point out the shortcomings. After checking in, I went to the restaurant on the first floor to eat at around 12:30. I asked the butler to reserve a seat in advance, but when I arrived at the restaurant, I was told that there was no reservation. I don't know how the hotel works.
The food was not served until 50 minutes after ordering. Two families who were seated at the same time couldn't wait and left early, expressing their dissatisfaction. This aspect needs to be improved in the future.
The hotel is more business-like, with only a swimming pool and gym, and few facilities for children.

The first time I came to Atour to stay, the weather was very cold and late. Jiang Yu at the front desk helped me to check in and brought me a cup of tea to warm my hands. I felt that not only warmed my hands, but also warmed my heart. I was drunk and my brain was very confused. I couldnât hear the front desk speech and I was in a bad mood. A little annoying, the front office manager Suining calmed my emotions as soon as possible, and then sent me to the room after I checked in. I told me that if I had any discomfort, I could call the front desk. I said yes. After entering the room, I felt that the room facilities and equipment were very new and comprehensive. The room was also very big. Someone knocked on the door in a few minutes. It was the front office manager Suining who sent me a bowl of millet porridge and sober tea and two bottles of warm water. I was uncomfortable and quickly let me drink two sober teas. I also gave me two hot towels to wipe my face. Atour's service is really good. Suining came in to help me turn on the air conditioner and opened the slippers for me. I also sent an air purifier, and put me on the bedside intimately. The service was all-in-one, so I didnât have any picky words. I woke up in the middle of the night and my throat was sore and thirsty, and I didnât want to drink ice water. Called the front desk and wanted two bottles of warm water. The phone didnât ring a few times. Jiang Yu answered the phone. When I learned that my appeal immediately told me that the front desk partner who could go up and send it to me immediately. I was worried that it would trouble them at first, but the front desk acted quickly. Not long after the front desk Jiang Yu knocked on the door and sent me a large cup of hot water and honey lemonade at the front desk, which made me really feel the quality service of Atour. I also stayed at Atour for the first time and felt the intimate service unlike other hotels. I will definitely stay at Atour often in the future.

GGuest UserWe originally booked a double bed room, but our friend's elderly couple had poor sleep and preferred to sleep in separate beds. The front desk promptly helped to change the twin beds. There was a small incident during this stay. I woke up in the middle of the night and was thirsty and wanted to drink some hot water, but I didn't expect that there was a sudden power failure in the hotel. MM.O.T.A.S around the worldThis hotel is what you would expect for the price. beds were very comfortable, airconditioning clean bathroom. Do try to ask for a room on the forth floor as these rooms have just been refurbished (the photos) they are clean and well equiped. The hotel has private parking inside. Customer service is very good. down side was the smoking smell which is in some of the older rooms.

GGuest UserThis time I came out to play, the most fortunate thing was to choose the right hotel! When I checked in, I was amazed by the lobby. The warm light chandelier was equipped with green plants in the corner. There was no sense of excessive luxury. Instead, I walked into the warm public living room and dragged my luggage in. The fatigue of the journey was half gone. The service of the front desk lady is more heartwarming. When checking the news, she is patient and gentle. She also actively reminded us how to go to the nearby snack street, and even helped us sort out the route of the next day's attractions. It is not perfunctory to go through the process. I was more surprised when I entered the room. The room was clean and reassuring. The sheets were not wrinkled. Even the toiletries were neatly arranged and lived more comfortable than at home. The most unexpected thing is that the hotel has a table tennis room! At night, I didn't want to go out with my friends, so I went to play for a while and played for an hour, which was much more comfortable than swiping my mobile phone in the room. From the atmosphere of the lobby to the details of the guest rooms, to the intimate service and table tennis facilities that can be relaxed at any time, it is all real comfort. This is the peace of mind that travel should have. I will choose here next time!
