Upon arrival, the staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel immediately welcomed. My room was nothing short of amazing—spacious, immaculately clean, and well-equipped with every amenity we could need. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful touches like selection of premium toiletries. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning with a wide variety of fresh options. The gym was well-maintained and were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of sightseeing. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was the staff. Every interaction we had was marked by genuine warmth and a commitment to ensuring our stay was perfect. They went out of their way to provide helpful recommendations for local attractions and even arranged a last-minute transfer when we needed it. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hotel staff are very friendly. Stayed there for 8 nights with my fiancé for our holiday in Chengdu and got a free room upgrade ☺️ The housekeeping auntie also help us to wash our clothes and check in every morning if there’s any clothes we would like it to be washed! Hotel have delivery robot which is very cute, fast & efficient. Our room is very very big, comfortable and it does feels like home. Will definitely book back this hotel when I come back to Chengdu for a holiday in future 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Hotel is walking distances from the metro and few mins drive to places like Tai Koo Li, Chunxi Road, IFS and other eateries! I have lived in many similar high-rise buildings in the hotel. This is really good, especially the details are well done. The smart toilet is equipped with alcohol wipes, the mattress is moderately soft and hard, the layout of the room is very simple and compact, and there is no sanitary corner. This is very comfortable. Stayed for two nights, the front desk was very refreshing to upgrade the room type, the first day the room window was facing the Global Center, the view was excellent, especially at night. The surrounding area looks deserted on non-working days, but there are enough time for D5 and Poly. The walking distance from Guixi Ecological Park is also very moderate. I will consider setting it here next time I come to play. Don't increase the price.

Great~ The service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good~ It was very late when I used the shower room and there was a small problem, which was solved immediately. There was a red panda at the door~ Happy~ And the paper towels and bottled water were also replenished in place, not bad~ Chunxi Road is downstairs, which is also convenient for playing, and the third-floor KKV is next to it! It is also very fast to take the subway to the giant panda base, very good~
