The location is excellent; you can walk to Hejiang Pavilion and Taikoo Li. The area is lively, yet the hotel itself is very quiet. The executive lounge was closed, but all benefits were moved to the all-day dining on the first floor. Both afternoon tea and happy hour were decent. The minibar and complimentary laundry service were a nice touch. Service was prompt and the staff were friendly. However, shortly after I booked, the pool was suddenly announced to be closed. When I spoke to the front desk, they said they didn't have the authority to upgrade me to a suite. Upon check-out, they mistakenly charged for the complimentary laundry service. I only realized it after leaving and had to go back to remind them to refund the extra deposit, which was a bit annoying.

Stayed here with a friend who's a 40N Platinum member. We got an upgrade to a higher room category and complimentary lounge access. The lounge offerings were very generous. The room was newly renovated and felt fresh. Customer service also proactively reached out and offered us breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic.

Honestly, everything was pretty good except for the gym being in the West Wing, which was a bit inconvenient to walk to. The gym actually exceeded my expectations for a hotel at this price point; it wasn't just treadmills and ellipticals, but also had a functional trainer, lat pulldown, Smith machine, preacher curl bench, and a decent dumbbell rack – clearly a thoughtful setup. The only minor downsides were that some equipment was a bit old and not perfectly maintained.

I booked a suite for my family trip, and the room was incredibly spacious. Three of us stayed there comfortably, with plenty of room to spare. Cassie Niu called the day before to ask about our room preferences and airport pickup service. The pickup was super convenient; they tracked our flight in real-time. The airport is also very close to the hotel, less than a ten-minute drive, making it an excellent choice for early flights or layovers. The shuttle service to the airport every half hour was also very convenient. Cassie's service was also excellent, always ready to answer any questions. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

An exceptionally thoughtful stay – a huge shout-out to duty manager Evan! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This stay truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I entered, I felt the exceptional care and attention! The lobby was clean and bright, check-in was incredibly fast, and the room was impeccably clean. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and all the amenities were provided. I had a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend duty manager Evan. His service was professional and attentive throughout. He patiently answered all my questions about nearby attractions and restaurants, and even thoughtfully recommended fantastic local routes. His attention to detail was truly commendable. When I casually mentioned a small request, Evan immediately helped coordinate and resolve it efficiently. I truly felt valued. The hotel breakfast was also plentiful, offering both Chinese and Western options. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, and the overall value was excellent! From convenience to service, everything was perfect. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends. Thumbs up for Evan's outstanding service!

First time staying here, and the hotel's facilities and service were beyond standard – it felt like a five-star experience, haha, even if it's a bit older. The front desk service was excellent; a special shout-out to Rara at the front desk for bringing me a late-night snack, even if it was all carbs. Plus, booking through Trip.com was super smooth! 😀😀😀

Fantastic stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spotless and odor-free. The bedding was so soft, I slept really well. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, and check-in was quick and efficient. All the facilities are well-maintained. Overall, great value for money – definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling.
