A top choice for airport transfers! This Holiday Inn truly delivers on comfort. The room was more spacious than expected, and the bedding was so soft – I fell asleep instantly, completely undisturbed by any airport noise. In the morning, the breakfast spread in the restaurant far exceeded what you'd typically find at this price point, with freshly cooked noodles, fresh fruit, and a variety of Western pastries. What truly stood out was the service from Ryan Jiang at the front desk and the hotel's shuttle service. Ryan was professional and enthusiastic, patiently explaining everything. The hotel shuttle was perfectly on time, and the driver proactively helped with luggage. It only takes 10 minutes from the hotel to the airport, so there's absolutely no rush. Whether it's for a business trip or a travel layover, this hotel will definitely be my first choice next time. I've already recommended it to my colleagues who fly frequently!

This hotel is a hidden gem for family trips! We booked it for three nights during our 5-day Chengdu itinerary, and both rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable. It's right next to a subway station, making transportation super convenient – a perfect 10 in that regard. The only minor downside is that taxis can get stuck in traffic during peak hours. What I loved most is being able to walk to Taikoo Li; no need to squeeze onto buses or subways, making shopping and dining so enjoyable! The hotel's cleanliness was impeccable; both the hallways and rooms were spotless, and the cleaning staff were very considerate. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and we enjoyed something different every day. Both adults and children loved it. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Chengdu!

When I chose Chengdu for my business trip, the hotel manager, Mr. Liu, even arranged a room in the west wing and provided a fruit platter because I regularly work out. Although I don't visit Chengdu often these days, he still takes care of me when I do, making me feel right at home. This time, I noticed the hotel reception had added information about tourist attractions, and the inscriptions on the ginkgo leaves were a unique touch of Chengdu and quite eye-catching.

Room was great. Breakfast spread was good. Combination of local and western. They have coffee machine that provides for takeaway, convenient for the on-the-go. Located at the outer 3.5 ring from centre of Chengdu. We stayed here for 1 night before heading north west.

Overall, this hotel is an intercontinental brand hotel worth staying in. Attentive service and unique experience make people feel very comfortable and elegant. The security brother at the door was very caring, because there were more luggage, he took the initiative to help me with my luggage, the room was quiet, and welcome fruit was also delivered. The important thing was that it was close to the International Convention and Exhibition Center. It took 5 minutes to walk. It was more convenient for the meeting. I also saw the large screen of 3D after the meeting. It was very beautiful. I recommend it to everyone.
