She answered everything objectively, never pushing expensive places, and instead recommended several affordable and delicious local eateries. During our stay, I caught a chill one evening and asked if the hotel had warm water and disposable cups. They were quickly delivered to our room. Another time, I forgot my umbrella when going out, and after I mentioned it to her, she brought it directly to the lobby to wait for us. On check-out day, our luggage was quite heavy, and she proactively helped us carry it to the parking area. Her demeanor was consistently gentle, and she rarely used platitudes, focusing entirely on practical actions. She's a truly down-to-earth housekeeper."

"The suite was better than expected and relatively quiet. The room was spacious, bright, clean, tidy, and quite practical. The gym and children's play area were very convenient. I just didn't get to use the swimming pool. To get to the restaurant in Xiaopuhe Village, you'll need to drive or take a taxi. There's also room service available."

"I impulsively chose to stay outside the Aranya resort, and while the room rate was cheaper, we had to pay 200 yuan per person for entry tickets to the resort. There were no amenities around the hotel, and the room was incredibly small. The second night, we stayed at the Anlan Hotel inside the resort, which was pricier, but much better value for money since we could enjoy the resort for two days."

In the evening, they even brought a delicate small cake, just the right amount of sweetness. The room was clean and quiet, making for a perfect stay. We're extremely satisfied with both the facilities and the service, especially their soft services which are simply impeccable – we always feel right at home. This year, they've switched to disposable towels and bath towels, which are clean, hygienic, and convenient. We'll definitely be back if we have time later this year, and of course, we'll stay here again. I also recommend this place to any friends coming to the seaside!"

"The guesthouse boasts an excellent location, making getting around incredibly easy. Line B is right outside, and Line A along with a branch line are just a short walk away. As we were traveling with children, the amenities nearby were perfect: a town square, a seaside market (which included a grocery store), and even a children's farm. Our kids absolutely adored it! Dining options were also convenient, with an Italian steak restaurant and 'The Third Canteen' just a short distance away. The accommodation was fully equipped. Our children particularly loved the tatami mats. The TV could swivel, and cartoons streamed perfectly. The hostess was incredibly warm and thoughtful, explaining everything clearly. She also guided us on booking must-do attractions and offered excellent advice."

"This was my first time at Ru Shi Hai, and I chose the InterContinental Luxury Selection this time. It's a newly opened hotel, and the cleanliness and environment were good. The room layout was reasonable; at 40 square meters, there was basically no wasted space. InterContinental's room design is still top-notch. Thanks to Kris and Owen for their warm service. The staff in other areas of the hotel were also generally okay, although the service response was a bit slow, which is understandable given the large number of guests and the hotel's recent opening. The height requirements for children's breakfast were sometimes strict and sometimes lax; some children over 1.2 meters didn't ask for extra food, but my child did get extra."

"After staying at Indigo last time, I decided to try the apartments this time. Overall, it was a great experience; the kids were happy, and the elders were satisfied. The apartment's location is very convenient, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, and outdoor children's facilities. Even staying in building 17, which is the furthest, it doesn't feel far at all, as everything is within walking distance. In terms of convenience, it's better than a hotel. The apartment rooms are clean and tidy, with all amenities provided, offering a living experience on par with a hotel. The room layout is well-designed; the three-bedroom suite with three bedrooms and two bathrooms was more than enough space for four adults and one child. The butler service was excellent, and they even helped mail back an item we left behind. We will definitely come again."

"What a stroke of luck to choose such a great hotel on my first visit to Aranya! Even though it's a new hotel, there was no lingering smell of renovation, and it was incredibly clean. What I loved most was the hotel's design. I opted for a courtyard room with a private soaking tub, and in the evening, the staff even drew the bath for us in advance. We came back to the hotel and just relaxed, soaking while enjoying some snacks. Even the toothpaste was O2, and the shampoo and conditioner smelled wonderful. I honestly wanted to take the hotel's super soft, pink bathrobes home with me! All in all, from the service to the facilities and cleanliness, it easily meets a star-rated standard. The only minor suggestions I have are to extend the check-out time to 2:00 PM and to offer a buffet breakfast instead of a fixed-menu meal. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time—it's the GOAT!"
