1.首先攜程訂房時顯示14:00退房，前一天入住就晚上了，第二天9點想好好逛逛時就收到管家短訊説11前退房，我把攜程訂單訊息（寫明14:00退房）發管家也不同意14:00退房，就説阿那亞園區都是11點退房。這麼貴的房價住不了24小時就算了，還不按合約執行、毫無誠信可言。 2.房型介紹寫着88平米、一張特大床，一張大床可以4人入住。可我們到時衹有一張1.8的床，在詢問第二張床在哪兒時才將沙發床打開鋪上床褥。2人住着也沒覺得很寬敞舒適，如果説房間有88平米、公攤面積得佔了一半吧… 3.空調外機裝在卧室陽台上特別吵，對聲音敏感的客人不是太友好。 4.民宿位置在四期，在園區內離海灘較遠。
