11861104****My love for Rushihai has grown even stronger. Before my trip, I called and got in touch, and they meticulously arranged everything from location and vehicle information to activity registration, room selection, and other check-in procedures. After checking in, they thoughtfully arranged breakfast and staff registration. At check-out, they even helped with the payment process. The whole experience was incredibly detailed and attentive, with quick responses and extremely proper arrangements for everything. The park facilities are well-maintained, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and there's lawn everywhere you look. The beach and sea are spotless, and each visit brings new artistic sculptures, making it perfect for photos. It's very pet-friendly, with a well-designed pet park area and well-maintained facilities. I can't wait to come back to Rushihai soon!

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

Excellent stay at Ro Easy Hotel with outstanding assistance from Mona, a very helpful English speaking lady.
She made my experience smooth and even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Room was so clean, luxurious and comfortable.

AAnonymous UserThe service here can be described as ”just right”. A cup of warm hot tea served at check-in, and the warm stomach sweet soup delivered at night are all done very naturally. The staff speaks softly and has a low sense of existence, but they always appear in time when you need it. This ”non-disturbing care” truly respects the privacy of the guests.
3. Food: Exquisite fixed breakfast
Breakfast is not a buffet, but a Chinese/Western set meal, beautifully arranged and balanced nutrition. I tried the Chinese ”grain porridge set meal”, with a few side dishes and snacks, light and delicious, wake up the good mood of the day. Although there are not many choices, the quality and care are far more than the ordinary buffet.
4. Experience in detail
· Tea set: The room is equipped with a set of excellent quality tea set and local tea leaves. Afternoon, make a pot of tea and turn a few pages of books.
· Accessories: Toiletries are a small natural plant brand, elegant aroma, comfortable to use.
· Bedding: The mattress and pillow have excellent support and no dream. It is one of the most comfortable hotel beds I have slept in recent years.
