"The hotel environment is decent, and it's pet-friendly with good service. The showerhead in the bathroom seems a bit old, but the water pressure is still okay. The wet and dry separation is a plus. We got a free upgrade to a sea-view room, which was nice. There are charging stations downstairs, which is convenient, though charging is a bit pricey at 1.55/kWh. I'd recommend coming back early if you go out at night, otherwise, you might not find a parking spot and have to park on the street in front of the hotel. It's not too far from the Coastal Market, so you can take a leisurely stroll there if you don't mind the walk. Watching the sunrise in the morning is quite lovely. The area around the hotel is a bit desolate, so you'll have to eat breakfast at the hotel. The buffet breakfast is 28 per person and offers a good variety."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. We received a welcome fruit platter. Around 10:30 PM, I tried to open the sofa bed but couldn't figure it out. I called the front desk, and a staff member came up almost immediately to help set it up. Check-in and check-out included a shuttle service. Our experience within the park was also seamless; there was no hassle with ticket checks, and the shows were spectacular. Overall, we had a fantastic time. After getting home, we realized my child's watch was missing from the hot spring area. I called the hotel, and Manager Miao Linshuang, along with the entire hotel staff, launched a full search. They found it quickly and mailed it back to us. We were truly touched by their kindness!"

"This place offers a rich variety of activities and experiences. Whether you enjoy feeding animals, playing in the water (it closes when it gets cold), watching performances, or playing games, you'll find something suitable for you. Big plus: The park's service details are excellent, and the staff are very friendly towards visitors, making for a fantastic experience. 🅿️ For self-driving guests, the concierge will register your license plate in advance. Parking lot D is the closest, but if it's full, you can also park in areas A, B, C, or H. 🔔 Important note: The park is closed for winter from October 8th to April 29th of the following year. Animal Feeding Interaction: There are over 20 types of animals you can feed. The environment is odorless, and staff members are constantly maintaining it and protecting the animals. The interactive experience is excellent. Water Play: We stayed in Building 6, and the entrance to the Water Tribe is conveniently located between Building 5 and Building 6. The facilities are well-maintained, and the water quality is clean. However, when the weather gets cold, it will close completely or partially, so be sure to check the park's announcements. Performances: The grand show along the river is visually impactful, and the chorus segment has a very infectious atmosphere. Personally, I don't like crowds and prefer to wander freely without rushing, so I didn't see other performances. The only show we watched was at night, and the lights shone directly into the audience, which was very dazzling. I hope the park can improve this."

"Our family stayed at Nuoan Yuanjin, and our butler, Wendy, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout. When we booked the deck time, I was concerned about mosquitos for the kids since it's outdoors, and I shared my worries with Wendy. She informed me beforehand that mosquito repellent would be available on-site and even helped reserve a more suitable seating area for us. During the deck time, we enjoyed some drinks and snacks, and it was a very comfortable and relaxing experience for the whole family. Afterward, she proactively asked about our dining experience. For daily needs, whether it was calling for the shuttle or requesting extra amenities for the room, communication was simple and efficient. The service was genuinely sincere, without any pretense or empty words. I'll definitely prioritize staying here again the next time I visit Aranya."

"Staying at Aranya this time, I truly understood why so many people are willing to return repeatedly for a vacation. Living within the community isn't just about visiting attractions; it's more like a temporary stay in a seaside town. The entire park area is clean and tidy, with a relaxed and healing atmosphere. Strolling by the sea in the mornings and evenings, watching the sunrise and sunset, with the sea breeze on your face, the fatigue accumulated from a busy life slowly melts away. The accommodation experience was very comfortable; the room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the amenities were complete. The shuttle buses within the park make getting around very convenient, with easy access to the cafeteria, coffee shops, seaside chapel, and library. Here, there's no need to rush your itinerary; simply slowing down to space out and take a walk is wonderful. It offers both the unique romance of the seaside and the warmth of everyday life. It's perfect for escaping the city's hustle and bustle and giving yourself some time to unwind. The overall experience was excellent and definitely worth revisiting."

"The room is spacious and clean with a balcony, with children's bathrobes, slippers and mouthwash cups, very intimate. There are welcome fruits and drinks every day, and you can interact with cute pets downstairs. The children are super happy. The breakfast is rich and amazing. I recommend the hotel's Luyu restaurant. The dishes taste great. Thanks to the hotel butler Zhou Shuang for his thoughtful service, timely reply to the information, patient and thoughtful!"

"Arcadia is a well-established entertainment complex with meticulously maintained pools, lawns, and beaches. We booked a pet-friendly room, and upon check-in, the resort arranged a shuttle to take us to Zone 3. The room was incredibly spacious, with great natural light, and they even provided a pet welcome kit, which thoughtfully included tick repellent spray. Right outside our door were a lawn and a pool, which our dog absolutely loved, and our child had a blast too. It's definitely a top choice for family trips! Our personal butler regularly checked in to see if we needed anything, which was a very thoughtful touch. All in all, I highly recommend Arcadia!"

"This hotel is nestled within 'Rushi Hai' (a scenic area, likely a lake or sea), offering an exceptionally beautiful and serene environment. Our room was a private, independent space, a short walk from the main lobby. However, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service for all transportation needs. I especially want to commend the complimentary yoga class. I was the only student that day, so it essentially turned into a private 1-on-1 session. The yoga instructor was hands down the best I've ever encountered – so dedicated and meticulous in her teaching. The hotel's spa also boasts a wonderful ambiance. Overall, it was a truly healing and enjoyable trip. I'll definitely be bringing my family here next time for some relaxation."

"This was my first time celebrating my birthday in Aranya, and I chose what's considered the best hotel here. It truly lives up to its reputation and is worth every penny, immediately setting the bar high for future trips! We had a wonderful and delightful three-day, two-night stay. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again! **Environment:** Extremely comfortable, a quiet haven amidst the bustle. A small gate leads directly to the beach in just a three-minute walk. Non-guests aren't allowed in, and the soundproofing is excellent, offering maximum privacy. There was no noise at night, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. Relaxing by the pool was incredibly pleasant. **Hygiene:** Excellent. Supplies were replenished promptly, and the room was tidied. Turn-down service was provided at appropriate times. No insects, and the dehumidification worked very quickly. **Facilities:** Upscale and modern, ergonomically designed. The in-room bar offered a wide variety of drinks, including beer, soda, cola, and water. Umbrellas were provided at the room entrance and were of high quality; during a strong gust of wind, other umbrellas failed, but the hotel's umbrella held up perfectly. **Service:** The front desk communicated with us in advance to confirm our arrival time and high-speed train schedule. A professional partner car service picked us up; although we booked a comfortable car for two, a business car arrived, and the driver was very patient – incredible value for money! There's a WeChat group where all requests were quickly responded to and resolved. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and respectful of boundaries. A big thank you to General Manager Rosalie Luo, Front Office Manager Li Bin, Restaurant Manager Peter, and Private Service Managers KIKI, Levi, Kelly & Leo for helping us book restaurants, handling purchases and pick-ups, and recommending delicious food in advance. Upon arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and a guided tour of the park. When it hailed on Sunday, they immediately offered to bring us an umbrella. Transfers to any location in Phases 1-9 were always prompt. Since it was my birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and surprised me with a small cake, which was delicious! 😋"

"Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny."
