"I highly recommend the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL, and I must give a special shout-out to our dedicated butler, Wendy. Our stay this time was truly warm and unforgettable! Before we even left, I was constantly asking questions about the various attractions in the Anaya resort. Wendy always responded patiently, clearly explaining the entry procedures for the park, how to use the shuttle bus, and other important information. She even helped us plan our itinerary based on our travel times and thoughtfully reminded us about the significant temperature difference between day and night by the sea, suggesting we bring light jackets. This saved us a lot of hassle in planning. On the day of check-in, the process was efficient and smooth. Wendy meticulously introduced the hotel room facilities and detailed the hotel's amenities. We had pre-booked the much-anticipated 'Deck Time,' and were really looking forward to it. However, we got delayed en route and realized we wouldn't make our original session. We thought our reservation would be void, and we were quite disappointed. On a whim, I contacted Wendy. She was incredibly understanding of our long-distance travel and the potential disappointment. Instead of just saying it couldn't be changed, she proactively and repeatedly contacted the 'Deck Time' staff, coordinating and communicating with various parties to help us adjust our experience slot. Finally, we successfully made it to 'Deck Time'! The view from the deck was fantastic, and the accompanying drinks and exquisite snacks were delicious. The ambiance was perfect, and the breeze was incredibly soothing. Throughout our stay, no matter how big or small our request, a quick message to Wendy on WeChat usually got a fast response, and everything was taken care of. Her service was attentive and thorough throughout, with a great sense of discretion – never intrusive, but always there when needed. The hardware of the NOAH ANNAYA HOTEL is excellent, but Wendy's thoughtful and professional butler service was truly the biggest highlight of this trip. The next time we come to Anaya, we'll choose this hotel again, and we'll definitely ask for Wendy!"

"Located outside Aranya, the surrounding area is a bit desolate, making it suitable for business trips. For a vacation, the overall experience might be less ideal. It's clean and tidy, with excellent value for money overall. The lighting is very white and direct, which was a bit uncomfortable. It's a convenient 10-minute taxi ride to Aranya. However, on the way back at night, there are no streetlights, so female travelers should be cautious and mindful of their safety."

"My stay at Lanxi Hotel left a truly lasting impression. It had been raining all day, and after a full day of travel, I arrived feeling utterly exhausted, both physically and mentally. During check-in, Carson noticed I wasn't in good spirits and thoughtfully brought me a foot bath, which instantly eased the day's fatigue. I was incredibly touched at that moment. Later during my stay, I realized I had forgotten my laptop charger and was in a panic, as I had work to do that evening. In my desperation, I asked the staff for help. Without hesitation, Carson, upon hearing my predicament, lent me his personal charger, perfectly solving my urgent problem. Overall, the hotel's service was meticulous and thoughtful, providing me with significant assistance throughout my stay. Beyond the standard check-in services, I received many unexpected, heartwarming surprises. The staff were adept at observing guests' needs and were proactive in helping to resolve issues. I felt genuine care and attentiveness everywhere, and my stay far exceeded expectations. Highly recommended!"

"The location is superb, right in the most bustling part of the commercial street. The unique sea view is incredibly comfortable; you can lie in bed and watch the beach, the sea, and the sunrise. The Anaya service is, as expected, unparalleled to this day. The hotel has dedicated butlers and a shuttle service – it's pure enjoyment with no complaints. The absolute best part is that pets are allowed (it would be even better if there were some pet welcome packages)."

"This was my first time celebrating my birthday in Aranya, and I chose what's considered the best hotel here. It truly lives up to its reputation and is worth every penny, immediately setting the bar high for future trips! We had a wonderful and delightful three-day, two-night stay. If I ever come back, I'll definitely choose this place again! **Environment:** Extremely comfortable, a quiet haven amidst the bustle. A small gate leads directly to the beach in just a three-minute walk. Non-guests aren't allowed in, and the soundproofing is excellent, offering maximum privacy. There was no noise at night, ensuring a very high quality of sleep. Relaxing by the pool was incredibly pleasant. **Hygiene:** Excellent. Supplies were replenished promptly, and the room was tidied. Turn-down service was provided at appropriate times. No insects, and the dehumidification worked very quickly. **Facilities:** Upscale and modern, ergonomically designed. The in-room bar offered a wide variety of drinks, including beer, soda, cola, and water. Umbrellas were provided at the room entrance and were of high quality; during a strong gust of wind, other umbrellas failed, but the hotel's umbrella held up perfectly. **Service:** The front desk communicated with us in advance to confirm our arrival time and high-speed train schedule. A professional partner car service picked us up; although we booked a comfortable car for two, a business car arrived, and the driver was very patient – incredible value for money! There's a WeChat group where all requests were quickly responded to and resolved. The service was thoughtful, attentive, and respectful of boundaries. A big thank you to General Manager Rosalie Luo, Front Office Manager Li Bin, Restaurant Manager Peter, and Private Service Managers KIKI, Levi, Kelly & Leo for helping us book restaurants, handling purchases and pick-ups, and recommending delicious food in advance. Upon arrival, we were offered afternoon tea and a guided tour of the park. When it hailed on Sunday, they immediately offered to bring us an umbrella. Transfers to any location in Phases 1-9 were always prompt. Since it was my birthday, they thoughtfully decorated the room and surprised me with a small cake, which was delicious! 😋"

"Environment: Absolutely fantastic, clean and comfortable. I forgot to take a picture of my room on the 3rd floor, but it had a small balcony with a direct sea view. The room was a bit small, but perfectly fine; it didn't feel cramped since I didn't bring a large suitcase! On the ground floor, there's a coffee shop and a Sichuan restaurant. There's a car rental place right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk across the road. Super convenient! It's incredibly quiet at night, which is a huge plus for light sleepers. Facilities: The hotel has its own shuttle service that can take you anywhere. The resort also has free shuttle buses that stop at various points; the resort is very large. All buses within the resort are free, but the shuttle bus costs 2 RMB per person, which is still great value for money! Service: The service was truly impeccable. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic and patient, making you feel that the hotel was worth every penny."

"The overall experience inside the room was very good. The environment was quiet and elegant, and the bedding quality exceeded my expectations, providing a high level of comfort. The private indoor hot tub was a great feature, allowing us to fill and adjust the water whenever we wanted, offering excellent privacy and convenience, which I really appreciated. The room's facilities were well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant basic stay. The hotel's main selling point, the indoor and outdoor double hot tubs, was a key reason for choosing this place. However, the actual experience with the outdoor hot tub was very disappointing. We couldn't autonomously fill or adjust the water temperature in the outdoor tub; every time we wanted to use it, we had to specially contact staff to come and operate it. If we wanted to change the water, refill it, or adjust the hot/cold temperature midway, we still had to repeatedly call staff to enter the room. Soaking in a tub is supposed to be relaxing, but the frequent need to interact with staff made the process too cumbersome, completely destroying the sense of relaxation a private hot tub should offer, greatly reducing its practicality. Furthermore, the outdoor hot tub lacked privacy. Although it had an electric awning, the surrounding obstructions were limited, and there was visual interference from outside. To bathe in the courtyard, you had to wear a swimsuit throughout, unlike the indoor tub where you could be completely at ease, further diminishing the advantages of the courtyard hot tub experience. Breakfast was a set meal, not a buffet. Although the food was said to be exquisite, the portions were small. For guests with a normal appetite, or even those who eat a bit more, it would be difficult to feel full. So, in the end, I opted not to have the hotel breakfast and chose to dine elsewhere in the resort. During my stay, the hotel's outdoor areas were also undergoing renovation. To get to the beach or the public pool, we couldn't take a direct route and had to make a significant detour, which not only wasted time but also reduced the overall smoothness of the holiday trip. Another detail that made me feel the hotel lacked thoughtful consideration was this: for a boutique hotel that isn't small in size, when I requested a larger bathrobe from housekeeping, the hotel couldn't provide one. All bathrobes in the room were a single, fixed size. Guests with different body types would find the fit varied greatly; those who are a bit larger or taller would feel restricted and uncomfortable. Bathrobes are meant for relaxation, and the lack of basic size differentiation shows very crude attention to detail, significantly reducing the level of thoughtfulness. In summary, the room's interior hardware, sleep experience, and indoor hot tub are all commendable, at an above-average standard. However, the outdoor private hot tub, while seemingly a highlight in design, has an extremely unhumanized service process, which significantly lowered the overall experience. If you're coming specifically for the outdoor private hot tub, you will be noticeably disappointed."

"This is my third stay at Yinlu, and this time I brought my family for a vacation. I really missed the peanut milk soup in the Yinlu hotel lobby and the cream for breakfast, so I chose Yinlu Hotel again. The previous two times were in winter, but this time during the National Day holiday, the weather was great, with clear autumn skies, perfect for a slow-paced vacation. As expected, there were a lot of people during the National Day, but the Yinlu lobby is spacious, with plenty of seating in the lounge area, making for a great experience. The first thing I did upon arriving at the hotel was to get my long-awaited peanut milk soup. I got a freshly brewed, hot, fragrant, and perfectly sweet one. No matter how many times I drink it, it's always amazing. The room is exceptionally large, and the entire hotel smells wonderful. The room even had the sunrise time and temperature for the next day ready, which was very comprehensive and thoughtful. The snacks and drinks in the room are also abundant. This time I noticed that the snacks were different from before, and the new items were also delicious. I've always felt that my hair became particularly fluffy after using the hotel's hairdryer, and this time I asked my family, and they felt the same way. I really love all the toiletries from Lujia Duo; they have a certain scent memory. Every time I shower and apply the Lujia Duo body lotion provided by Yinlu, I feel like my vacation has truly begun. The front desk staff are all very young. Phone calls are always answered quickly, and all issues are promptly dealt with. If you need a bath, the hotel staff will even come and help you put on the bath bag in the bathroom. The hotel basically has everything you need. At one point, my family thought the oolong tea was very refreshing and wanted to ask if they could get a few more bottles. I was worried that we couldn't ask for too many, but the hotel immediately said yes and quickly brought them up. For instance, when we needed ice, they brought a huge bucket of it. My family all said they had never seen such a generous hotel while traveling. The Yinlu hotel shuttle service is incredibly fast. They always say 15-20 minutes, but it usually arrives within five minutes. They drop you off at the closest possible point for each destination. Both the front desk and the shuttle staff are very efficient, so even though Yinlu is located in the Eighth Phase, there are no inconveniences regarding transportation. My family said that Yinlu's breakfast was the best they'd had recently. Although the variety isn't extensive, every dish is prepared to perfection, and there are additional à la carte options. A bowl of sour beef noodles in the morning is simply divine. Each serving is delicious, exquisite, and fresh. The yellow jade wontons are also exceptionally fresh. There's even a live station for Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, and we each had more than two bowls. And the freshly made taiyaki next to it is truly fragrant, with a not-too-sweet red bean paste. I must also mention the cream yogurt. Every time I come to Yinlu, it's for this one bite of cream yogurt. The homemade cream yogurt is incredibly fragrant and tastes different from what you find elsewhere; it's especially delicious 😋. Yinlu's breakfast is something I absolutely have to wake up early for. There's no pain in waking up early, only the thought of why I don't have ten stomachs. For the peanut milk soup and the delicious breakfast, I will be returning to Yinlu again this winter."

"We had a wonderful five-day, four-night stay at Arcadia. The hotel butler greeted us warmly, upgraded our room to a sea-view, and even helped with our luggage. They left daily messages asking if we needed anything, which was so thoughtful. The hotel environment is excellent, with a spacious lawn where kids can play soccer. It's also very close to the beach. In front of the hotel, there's a swimming pool, and the hot spring center has various hot tubs and pools. Every evening, there's a bonfire party on the beach. Overall, there are so many activities – it's a great place for families with children. The breakfast selection is rich, offering a wide variety of delicious food. The rooms are clean and hygienic, with comprehensive facilities and a sufficient supply of drinking water daily. In summary, we had a delightful five days at Arcadia and made beautiful memories. We'll definitely be back next summer."
