GGuest UserI’ve had Anlan Hotel on my radar for years, and I finally got to visit! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Aranya, making it super convenient to get around. The in-room amenities are also great, and the snacks were delicious. My only minor gripe is that the water pressure in the faucet wasn't very strong, but that's a small detail. What truly stands out, though, is the incredible service throughout the entire Aranya resort. It truly makes you feel at home. Every staff member across all departments at the hotel provided service with a smile and a patient demeanor. The Guest Relations department, in particular, is the best, most prompt, and most thoughtful I’ve ever encountered in the service industry. Even in the current market, they always respond immediately and provide comprehensive care and assistance to guests. They truly embody the idea that service is the primary productive force. Huge bonus points!

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

WWeber.PFirst off, the room view is quite good, and the room itself is pretty spacious with a layout that's great for enjoying the scenery. However, the bathroom has an independent water heater, and there isn't enough hot water. The price went up a bit during the May Day holiday, but it was still acceptable. I'd say it offers good value for money on weekdays.

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.

Excellent stay at Ro Easy Hotel with outstanding assistance from Mona, a very helpful English speaking lady.
She made my experience smooth and even surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade. Room was so clean, luxurious and comfortable.

GGuest UserThe room had a sea view with Shaun the Sheep decor, which my child absolutely loved. We could even watch the sea from the balcony. They provided a children's toilet, and kid-sized toiletries and slippers. The restaurant food was quite good, and there's a kids' play area. The hotel has its own lawn and a private beach. Both the lawn and the sea were very clean, and there were many water activities available. We came the weekend before May Day, and even the speedboat rides were already running.
