It was my first time to come to Anaya. I hesitated for a long time between Yin, Suka and Anlan. Finally, I chose Yin because of the sea view. I was very satisfied. The room type was the dream room. You could see the sea when you opened the door. The bed was very soft and comfortable. I couldn't get out of bed directly under the sun. The service was also very good. You can call a taxi at any time in the park. After checking in, the housekeeper took the initiative to contact and send various guides. When I was taking pictures of the sunrise in the morning, my equipment accidentally fell downstairs. They also helped to deal with it as soon as possible. I highly recommend it and will book it next time

The bed is very soft and comfortable, with floor heating and dehumidification, and fruit drinks are provided. The service attitude is very good. We arranged many shuttle buses a day😂Convenient travel! It takes only a few minutes to walk to Sand Dunes, Chai Mido, Dionysus, Tagi, etc. The breakfast is OK. I am from Chongqing. The Sichuan cuisine is not spicy enough but delicious. Except that the overall room is a little small and the toilet door is a little broken and can't be closed, there are no other problems. Another reason for booking this hotel at that time was that the hotel had a viewing platform. This time I came to Anaya and it happened to be windy and foggy. It was very cold outside. Fortunately, there was this viewing platform so I didn't have to go to the beach to watch the sunrise!

The hardware facilities are complete and perfect, which matches the hotel's positioning very well, and the overall feeling is very smooth. Yunsong Hotel leaves a beautiful and deep impression on people in terms of service. From the moment the room is booked, the housekeeper will follow up in time. The housekeeper has thought of everything the guests thought of and didn't think of. Every detail is very attentive and considerate, helping to book tickets for the auditorium and library; making reservations to queue up for Internet celebrity restaurants; providing 24-hour almost special car pick-up, on-call, responsive, and very warm. Breakfast and afternoon tea are very good, and can be adjusted according to the guests' preferences, just like home. Going out for a walk on the beach at night, the hotel also provides warm babies, which makes people feel very warm in their hearts. Watching the sunrise and feeding the seagulls, the hotel also provides food, which is great. In addition, the hotel also provides photography services, and every detail is perfect! The vacation was not long, but I was well taken care of here. The arrangements were compact and fulfilling. I would like to thank Mike and every staff member for their warm hospitality and care. The service is warm and thoughtful. The room layout is standard and a little old. There is a gym on the top floor. It is a 2-minute walk from the beach. The water is clear and the waves are small. The beach is fine. It is suitable for the elderly and children to play. In the evening, the high building of the hotel blocks the sun, so you can swim without getting sunburned. In the morning, some people go fishing and get a lot of catches. The hotel's hardware conditions will be more perfect if they are upgraded.

I wanted to order a hidden one, but I felt that the newly opened one wanted to try it. I didn't expect such a surprise! ! ! 1. The shuttle bus is basically provided by the hotel in the park. This one is very fast, and the young lady who drives a little detour is also very good at communicating. 2.lucas In the middle of the night, let the waiter help us send brown sugar ginger tea, sanitary napkins and other services are very warm. 3. The little brother and sister at the front desk communicated very well, took the initiative to feed us seagulls, reminding us that we don't have to go out to watch the sunrise, and we can watch it at the entrance of the hotel restaurant. 4. The yard at the door is super big. It is very suitable if you have a puppy. It seems that you can't use the outside pool in winter. Come back in summer!

After checking out of Suka, I feel that I am not satisfied with anything compared to Yinlu except the sea view room! Yinlu is in Phase 8. It is indeed not so good in terms of location, but the shuttle bus is available at any time! ! Compared with Suka, Yinlu's service will be more timely, and I feel that my needs are taken seriously. The staff is also more amiable. There is also a large bathtub for bathing, and there are large floor-to-ceiling windows and tables suitable for drinking a little wine and chatting slowly on vacation. Although it is winter, but that feeling... who knows Here I have to mention Yinlu's guest relations manager Meng. It is really considerate. He will take the initiative to send the weekly menu of each canteen in the park and the supporting guide of the whole park. He is responsible for telling customers in detail that there is a humidifier in the room. If you take a bath or soak your feet at night, he will also ask customers whether they need to disinfect the bath bag again. Generally, delayed check-out requires the guest to take the initiative, but! In Yinlu, Manager Meng will take the initiative to ask if you need to delay check-out. I am really satisfied. I want to give her a big five-star praise. She is an impeccable guest relations manager who cares about customers and deserves the title! ! ! ! I also felt uncomfortable and had a fever late at night. I couldn't buy medicine to enter the park. The staff of Aranya took the initiative to deliver the medicine. At that time, I didn't know which mobile phone number was the last digit. I said three, which really troubled the staff. Although I don't know which staff member it was, every staff member of Yinlu is ”him”. Yinlu gave me a more attentive feeling. The drinks include oolong tea and sugar-free cola, which takes care of more people, and there are anti-collision corners specially set up for children. I think the bathroom is the highlight, with black rock style, spacious and bright enough. I think it is a smart idea to put the bathtub behind the shower, so that you can stretch more when taking a bath. Bath bags, coconut milk, and even the ”bath with oranges” recommended online are also provided, which is warm and considerate.

The photos are very good~ Because I was with my baby, I didn't attend the yoga class and singing bowl class (actually I was greedy and went out to find food at 2 o'clock and didn't come back yet hahahaha The hotel has member welcome gifts, settlement benefits (Perrier, Corona, Swiss Toblerone Chocolate), and free minibar, and it is replenished every day! (Fried chicken with peanuts is delicious, sweet nuts are also delicious, coconut water is my favorite, I also brought a big bottle of coconut water myself 🥹) The restaurant selection is limited, there are only two, we only ate at the hotel's Rushi restaurant, I recommend everyone to group buy the 399 Chinese set meal, which is cost-effective and delicious! Make a phone call and the hotel will pick you up at your place in the park at any time~ This is also very convenient haha! The hotel facilities are complete and high-end. The details and corners are very clean, and the scenery is good. The only problem is that the door to the balcony of our room cannot be closed

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

Lovely stay, there are a lot of activities you can do in the resort( hot spring, games, live shows) and much more. The staff went out and above to make sure we enjoyed ourselves, Jay the supervisor was very helpful, he would tell about events happening that day and even take us there. It was a great experience we even extended our stay because there was so much to do❤️. I definitely recommend this hotel. There’s a Western restaurant and Bar and it has a sea view.
