All the staff are so loving, and they respond to my requests tirelessly every day Snacks and dog necessities are also provided in a timely manner The room is also very clean, without any odor (except for a little odor on the second floor, which may be because it has just been renovated) When I left her alone in the room, she didn't bark because of separation anxiety. Maybe the smell here can give her a sense of security! Maybe she smelled the good feedback from her peers? ?? Kitchen Downstairs is the sixth canteen~ The environment is good and the food is delicious The weather is just right now, not too cold or hot, and the sun is not too hot. The puppy is having a lot of fun! Come again next time!

GGuest UserIf there aren't many people around, Anlan is the place to stay. Its central location is super convenient; everything is nearby, and getting around by car is easy. In fact, if you're not going to the North Shore, you don't even need a car for the South Shore – it's all about a 15-minute walk. I averaged 18,000 steps a day and didn't even feel tired. The weekday prices are quite reasonable too. If you're not set on a sea view or unique design, I personally think it offers much better value for money than other hotels. Anaya is really quiet when there are no events in the evening; after 11 PM, it's practically deserted, which is actually quite nice. As for dining, options are limited. I only tried the sea urchin dumpling place. Many other restaurants close by 9 PM, and even the 'Shisan Yao' bistro was empty before 11 PM. Anaya definitely lacks buzz on weekdays without events. On the upside, hotel prices aren't too steep. I hope Mr. Ma can keep it going for another 10 years.

GGuest UserThis hotel is perfectly situated in Aranya Phase 6, right by the sea. It's a tranquil spot amidst the bustle. The rooms facing east offer stunning sea views, while the west-facing rooms are Loft style. I was initially worried about noise, but after staying for two nights, it was fine. I booked a room with breakfast, and there's a good selection of both Western and Chinese options, which was convenient as it saved us a trip to the canteen. The hotel provides free shuttle service for transfers, and the room came with complimentary fruit and various beverages – a very thoughtful touch. If you don't manage to get a sea view room, you can still catch the sunrise from the public terrace on the second floor. A special shout-out to our butler, she was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service – a definite plus! I've stayed in B&Bs in the park twice before, but this hotel experience was great, particularly due to the meticulous service.

GGuest UserI stayed for one night, thinking this would be my go-to hotel for future visits. The service was so good, I was almost sad to leave! It's right across from the ocean, and much less crowded than the auditorium area. There's a small room on the second floor perfect for watching the sunrise, and the view is absolutely stunning. Downstairs, you'll find a coffee shop and restaurant. They offer free and enthusiastic pick-up and drop-off services for wherever you need to go, which was a huge plus! 🫶 (I'm not a shill, I promise. I'm usually too lazy to leave reviews, but I genuinely enjoyed my stay here. And no, I didn't get anything for this review 🫶)

AAnonymous UserSpent 3 nights at this hotel during the holiday season and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located right at the beach which I believe is called Golden Beach. It is very peaceful and the rooms are well kept. The hotel workers are also very kind and helpful, they recommended some good restaurants around the neighborhood. I really had a good time at this hotel.

YYumendelierenWhen checking in, all the staff at the front desk (at least four) were not very kind, not enthusiastic at all, mechanical, and it was obvious that there was a lack of training and disorderly. During the processing process, I asked me to pay a 200 deposit. I said that the food bar in the room was charged. I was afraid that the guests would not pay for it. I decisively refused and clearly told me that I would not eat. The staff at the front desk immediately changed their faces from mechanical processing to ignoring... I just made do with it for one night. What to say, I found out that the room next door was a wedding room. It would be very noisy early the next morning. In order to rest well, I asked for a room change. A staff member who changed the room for me made me feel like a spring breeze. It should be a deputy manager at the front desk (this kind of hotel position can't be so detailed, I have the impression that the badge shows this position), and I didn't have time to ask the name. Not only did I actively solve the problem, but also gave me two breakfasts, and the attitude was very good. To be honest, if it weren't for this staff, I wouldn't have five-star praise. I hope the hotel can praise this staff well.

MMLS755What an amazing place!!! We stayed at the Senzeyuan Hotel which is nicer than the other two hotels in my opinion. Service and cleanliness was excellent and the ladies at the front desk were so helpful and kind. Feng Ting patiently gave us information and quickly responded to any requests we had during our stay. We were very close to the beach and hot spring / water park. There are so many things to do! I went with my daughters and they had a great time. The show and beach party was their favorite! We enjoyed our dinners at the western cafe by the beach. I wish there were more restaurants and things opened but I understand not many people come to the beach in October. I also want to thank the staff at the hot spring/ water park for being so caring. My daughter had a minor emergency and they were very concerned and even walked us back to our room. We felt very taken care of and will definitely be back!

GGuest UserThe Fisher Island resort hotel is quite good. However, we encountered some problems that needed attention to improve their services. First, there was a receptionist at the first station. He was rude in giving instructions to the taxi driver. Second, the room was not so clean. The carpet is not tidy and the room smells cigarette. In general, Fisher Island Resort Hotel has good amenities. Good for the children who like playgrounds and activities. Swimming pools are plenty for young and old to enjoy. But they need to be careful because it's so slippery. This hotel.has a lot of activities to do. I will recommend this to the whole family.
