"Cleanliness: Very clean; both the rooms and hallways were spotless. Environment: Nice environment; there's a park across the street, very quiet, and Wanda Plaza is within walking distance. Service: The staff were very friendly; the front desk even helped find an item that had been misplaced by a delivery person. Facilities: The staircase indicated a gym and swimming pool, but they weren't actually there. I suggest adding a gym. The breakfast selection was plentiful and the taste was good!"

"This has to be the worst Sheraton by Marriott. The facilities are old and outdated. They started clearing dishes for breakfast before I even finished eating, which points to a management issue. There were foot massage ads prominently displayed, and the elevators are shared with other businesses, making it feel more like a small guesthouse. I could understand this if it were a different brand, but for a Marriott Sheraton, it really changes my perception of Marriott. Perhaps this is just what Marriott has become in its old age."

"The homestay is very good and the rooms are very beautiful and practical. The hygiene is really too clean, and the wooden floor is not stained. We arrived at more than three o'clock in the afternoon and were hungry. The manager Qiang brother enthusiastically made noodles for us and mixed cold dishes. Simple ingredients. Maked delicious. It is very comfortable to stroll around the small courtyard after dinner, maybe the weather is getting cold! In short, it is worth recommending, next time you come to Changde to continue to book here"

"The facilities were okay, but the service was terrible. The pool was supposed to be open year-round, but it was closed during the ***** New Year, which was bad enough. The shower water was either scalding hot or freezing cold, and it was hard to adjust. The worst part was the breakfast. The selection was limited, and by 9:00 AM there was almost nothing left to eat. They didn't replenish it, not even simple things like eggs, milk, and fruit. The vegetables were even worse; there was practically nothing to eat—just a few greens, bread, and steamed buns. Later, we asked a staff member to get some fruit, and they only gave us two kinds, oranges. It was utterly ridiculous. The worst five-star hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none. The food was even worse than a guesthouse."

"I usually don't give bad reviews, but I was woken up at 3 AM by noise. I'm a heavy sleeper, and this kept me up all night. I called the front desk in the middle of the night to complain about a mahjong room, and they said it was on the 16th floor. I'm staying on the 19th floor, so you can imagine hearing several men talking downstairs from three floors above. Secondly, the elevator noise was unbearable. It kept going up and down in the middle of the night, making incredibly loud noise. The hotel's soundproofing is terrible. I won't stay here again. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you're a light sleeper. Cleanliness: Clean Environment: Too noisy"

The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is warm and thoughtful, and there is free parking. It is a good value for money and worth staying."

"This is a smart room, you have to push a button for everything (like moving the curtains). The toilet is also a smart toilet: I had to ask how to use it because it was not that obvious. But the cleaning lady is nice, the receptionist is nice and helpful. First I just booked one night, but than I extended my staying for one more night and I asked to stay in the same room so they arranged it for me. They also brought me more water when I asked for it, and also asked me on Trip if I need cleaning service today or not. The rooms are through the left door, but the receptionist is at the right door. There is also a nice security man who doesn't speak English but very helpful and nice. He took my big and heavy luggage to my room. My flight was at 9pm but the check out is at 1pm. I asked to stay for a little bit longer, and she let me stay until 4pm without extra fee. I am so gratefull!!"

The hotel was so clean, the design was modern yet with a traditional touch, the hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling and made sure all of our needs were met, and the cleaning lady was so nice and always made sure we had lots of water in the room. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of local flavors and the best coffee we had in China. The view from the hotel is amazing and we sometimes just hangout in the room to enjoy the view. We had such a good stay and will definitely be back!"

"The deluxe twin room was very small; besides the two beds, there was hardly any space to move around. The bathroom faucet was very illogical, with the water outlet on the edge of the sink, causing water to spill onto the countertop after washing hands. The soundproofing was mediocre; conversations in the hallway could be heard in the room. The laundry room only had two washing machines and two dryers, making laundry crowded. I also encountered an inconsiderate guest who threw my wet clothes into the dryer before they were even finished washing and spun dry. The breakfast was so-so; the selection was limited and the taste was average. The advantages were the hotel's excellent location, surrounded by restaurants, entertainment venues, and several parks. It was a short walk to Poetry Wall Park and Wuling Pavilion Pedestrian Street. The hotel facilities were relatively new and clean."
