Hot water took a long time to come out during the day; it took 3-5 minutes to reach the desired temperature for showering. Hot water came out much faster at night. 3. There were two bottles of shampoo and one bottle of conditioner in the bathroom, but no shower gel. The cleaning staff may have made a mistake, but the room check didn't find anything wrong. I called the front desk to request shower gel, but room service brought a bottle of shampoo instead. 4. They said a fruit platter would be provided for extending my stay, but I never received it before check-out. 5. The breakfast selection was limited, but the taste was acceptable. When I went at 9 AM, there was no soy milk, milk, or yogurt. They need to replenish what they need promptly. In summary: The rooms are spacious, newly renovated, and well-cleaned. If you want a room where you can't hear the karaoke noise, it's actually quite nice."
