The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The SPA recommended by the beautiful sister at the front desk is also very good, professional Thai massage ~ and it is also a Thai technician, super satisfactory stay experience

HHuiWe needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning.
Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

CChongqingbabaThe first thing to praise is the parking lot self-driving travel is the most worried about parking difficulties, this hotel is completely unworried. Follow the navigation to easily find the entrance, the parking lot space is particularly spacious, the parking space is very reasonable, even if it is a novice, it can easily park the car, compared to the hotel parking lot that has lived before, the experience is directly full.
After checking in, I walked into the room and the first feeling was ”clean”! The sheets were flat and stainless, the table top and bedside table were spotless, and even the corners of the bathroom were cleaned thoroughly, without the slightest smell. The entertainment facilities are also very practical. After a tired day, I nest in the soft bed to watch the drama. The fatigue dissipates instantly and the quality of sleep is superb.
The breakfast the next day was even more pleasant. The restaurant was bright and clean. The dishes were so rich that it was difficult to choose. Hot dishes, cold dishes, snacks, fruits, and drinks were all available. The taste was also very authentic. I preferred Chinese porridge. I could find the food that was suitable for my heart and I was particularly satisfied.
The most heartwarming thing is the front desk service. From the patient introduction of hotel facilities at check-in to the initiative to ask about the check-in experience when leaving the store, the staff always maintain a warm attitude, answer all questions, responsive, and the intimate details are impressive.
In short, this stay experience has no slots throughout the whole process, the price is super high, I have recommended it to friends around me, I will choose this one next time I come here!

GGuest UserThe location is remote, the air conditioner in the work area (including the lobby) is not turned on, it is very hot, staying for two consecutive nights, entering the room at 14 pm the next day, the sanitation is not done, the occupancy rate is very low, the floor aisle is doing carpet cleaning, the noise dust is super large, I am a little disappointed in Vienna, the air conditioning in the room is not good
