Although the room is not big, it is very convenient and warm. The bathroom has a clothesline;
Now is not the peak tourist season, although the other courtyard is in the scenic area, because there are not many tourists, sleeping at night is very quiet, the focus is on the bed is very comfortable;
The atrium, hall, and periphery of the other courtyard are arranged in a more ancient style, suitable for taking pictures;

When I walked into the lobby, a waiter brought tea. The front desk clerk was very enthusiastic, the lobby environment was very good, my girlfriend especially liked the tea fragrance in the lobby, the lobby facilities were also very complete, there were paintings and calligraphy, there was a place to check in, there was a Hanfu check in, the room was clean and hygienic, the bed was comfortable, there were desserts in the evening, and the breakfast was also rich. I personally like it very much! Worth recommending!

Ok, the front desk service is the best I have in Changde, although I don't live much in Changde. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . The front desk service is definitely worthy of praise. A small suggestion, I don't know if it is going to be the New Year, the quality of breakfast can be improved.

The room was very clean and tidy, and the hygiene was in place. The front desk and room service were very good. The front desk was very warm and polite. I couldn’t find the elevator service staff upstairs. I even led the way to help press the elevator and waited for me to enter the elevator. The service staff left. There was also a buffet breakfast. The variety of options was not like other hotels. There was only a single choice. The front desk lady is beautiful and sweet, the room sister is gentle and generous

The room was very comfortable and soundproofed. Phoebe at the front desk was really attentive and considerate! The other staff at the hotel were also very enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile, making us feel at home. YYinghuocaoService: The store manager came to pick us up from the high-speed rail station and took us to the hotel. One-stop attentive service. He also held up a huge pick-up sign. He was very enthusiastic ❤️🔥
Facilities: The hotel is very new, the heating is sufficient, and all the facilities are beautiful. The pillows are not very soft, and they are very comfortable. The water flow in the bath is very good, and the water is so strong that it feels like a massage, which surprised us.
Environment: There is a river view outside the window and you can see the sunset. There is a small supermarket and a delicious fruit shop downstairs, which is very convenient!
Overall, I am very satisfied and hope the hotel will continue to work hard! Stay the best!

You can take the elevator from the parking lot to the hotel lobby on the 7th floor. There is a private hot spring. It can be seen that the designer is very attentive. The indoor selenium-rich hot spring incorporates natural flowers, caves, lights and other elements into the environmental design, which truly allows the guests to fully relax physically and mentally. The beautiful lady at the hotel front desk saw that we brought children and gave us a free breakfast and hot spring experience, which was very thoughtful. The hotel also sent a welcome snack to each room. The room was very clean, the breakfast variety was very rich, both Chinese and Western, and the taste was good. From facilities, hygiene to environment, service and other details are very good. Next time I come to Changde, I will still choose this hotel. It is worth recommending to everyone!

The kids at the front desk were very enthusiastic. Seeing that I had a cold, they not only prepared a mask, but also gave me freshly brewed brown sugar ginger tea. The breakfast was rich, with many varieties and good taste. I sincerely recommend it and will come again next time!

AAnonymous UserI deliberately chose the Huandao Hotel to get up early in the morning. The children were going to ride bicycles around the lake. The waiter told them that there were no bicycles to rent. Several bicycle locks at the door had lost their keys and could not be opened. Several bicycle chains were broken and had not been repaired. It seemed to us that the problem could be solved in ten minutes, but the waiter said that the repair report had been submitted for several months and no one had responded, which showed that the management's ability and service awareness were weak. Another note: The indoor swimming pool is not free for hotel guests. Other nearby hotels are free. Many customers have expressed their opinions, but I don’t know what the hotel leadership believes in charging a fee.
