"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! QQingwaJThis was my second stay, and the experience was still very good. The parking lot was huge, and the front desk service was efficient. They would select a suitable room type according to the guests' requirements. Perhaps because it's close to Dahe Street and Liuye Lake, this hotel seemed to be very popular and busy. The complimentary iced lemon and cucumber water in the lobby was very refreshing, and the availability of both hot and cold drinks was a thoughtful touch. When the service manager noticed a child crying in the lobby, he immediately brought a small gift bag to soothe the child. The room was clean and tidy, and the complimentary desserts in the evening were also very delicious. Overall, this is a hotel worth the effort to write a review for.

Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance.
Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required. In the room one can find a majong table.
