"This stay was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in an excellent location, and it is very convenient for shopping and dining. The room is spacious and bright, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows have a great view. It is so relaxing to overlook the city night view at night. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. What I remember most is the service. When I needed a sewing kit during the stay, the staff delivered it to the room in less than 5 minutes. XXindeyuanfang.. ...I drove home during the Spring Festival and passed by for a temporary stay. I rushed to the newly opened hotel. Unexpectedly, the experience was really bad. I had been stuck in traffic all day. I entered the hotel at 22:30 in the evening with my children. Unexpectedly, I entered the room as soon as I entered the hotel. When I turned on the faucet, a big sewer smell came up. Then I moved to a non-smoking room. There were a few burnt cigarette butts on the bedside. I contacted the front desk to deal with the problem, but the eldest sister came wearing a mask and said she couldn't smell it. They also asked us if we had eaten something with a strong smell. We were really speechless. The eldest sister told me in dialect that she couldn’t smell it in front of me. After a long time, she asked me to change rooms and check the room. It turned out that I went to a high-end hotel. They directly downgraded me to the bed room, and said that the room could be restored to the room type I booked. Only the small refrigerator was not available, which made me even more speechless. They said that the hotel was full, but I didn't bother to verify it, and I didn't want to. After changing the room, I asked them to take care of the original room. However, my wife still found a toothbrush in the sink drain and asked her to take care of it. The lady in charge of the guest room actually said that she didn’t know how to do it. After contacting me for a long time, two different colleagues came. Later, I was told that there was another room of the same type that I could check out first. It was booked by a guest who didn’t show up later. After struggling for a long time, I finally settled in. We were also careful that they would sell the room in question to that guest, and they even more It's going to be a disaster...
All in all, I probably won't stay here again unless I have to.

Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever.
Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

Quite difficult to locate the entrance of the hotel, we were helped by some aunties outside the palace. The staff do not speak English. A deposit of 100 RMB is required.
