"Had a fantastic stay! As an established five-star hotel, both the facilities and service maintained a high standard. The location is excellent, right opposite Wanda Plaza and next to Baima Lake Park, making dining and shopping very convenient. It's also quite close to Changde's major attractions like Daxiaohe Street. Of course, if you're heading to the wildlife park, it's about a 50-minute drive. My child absolutely loved the family room; the giant panda plushie, tent, and baby walker kept her entertained all day. What truly impressed me was their breakfast buffet – the selection was quite extensive, and the rice noodles and mixed noodles were incredibly delicious, as were the wontons. I must also mention the hotel's exceptional service; check-in to check-out was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very enthusiastic, offering great tips on local attractions and dining, which really enhanced our overall experience."

"I traveled from Changsha to Changde on the weekend and chose this hotel which is close to the high-speed rail station! My experience when I arrived at the hotel: It greatly exceeded my expectations! The hotel decoration is very grand, warm and romantic, which is the style that young people like! The hotel has robot service, laundry service, gym, and is a very fashionable hotel. "1️⃣ The service from waitresses Xiao Yang and Shan Shan was excellent. 2️⃣ This is the first Orange Crystal hotel in Changde, currently in its trial operation phase, so it doesn't participate in Huazhu's benefits program. However, the service level is truly impeccable; as a Changde local, I felt very welcome staying here. 3️⃣ There are three washer-dryer combos, and the washing and drying performance is excellent. They also offer laundry service. The gym has two treadmills, one elliptical trainer, and one rowing machine. I hope they can add some simple dumbbells. 4️⃣ The breakfast was very good. Having stayed at a 0.5 version of Orange Crystal in Changsha the day before yesterday, I still feel that newer versions are always better. 5️⃣ Because it's newly opened, there's a slight smell of renovation. Ventilation needs to be improved. 6️⃣ The hotel's location is excellent; it's right next to Changde Pedestrian Street and Wuling Pavilion. I hope the hotel continues to improve! The first time I lived in the whole season 4.0, I felt pretty good. The lobby is elegantly decorated, parking is very convenient, there is a ground and an underground parking lot. The wood color decoration has a certain high-end sense. The screen projection function of the TV is fairly smooth, the bath water is warm, and the bed is comfortable. The small disadvantage is that the floor height is slightly lower, and then there is an elevator, because his building is shared with other commercial entities. The front desk service was very good. The sofa can be pulled out as a bed, which is very convenient for families traveling with children, and it is also very comfortable to sleep. The attitude of the front desk is very good, and any situation can be handled in the first time. The variety of breakfast is average, not too much or too little. The bathroom space is well designed, and the shower room does not leak at all, even if a little water is brought out, it does not affect going to the toilet. I stayed twice during the Spring Festival, and the overall feeling was very good. There are a few points that I hope to improve: one is that the air conditioning is not turned on in the lobby. It doesn't matter if you go there for a short time, but you will feel a little cold while eating breakfast; the other is that the shower head is not good enough, the water pressure should not be low, but the water coming out of the shower head also feels a little weak.

We needed accommodation for the night to catch an early flight the next morning. Location: Ideally located within 10-15 minutes from the Airport, with convenient access to restaurants and massage services within walking distance. Cleanliness: We found the place to be impeccably clean with no issues whatsoever. Service: The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Facilities: One standout feature was the presence of a little shop in the lobby, which we found quite convenient. Some shops were closed as we were traveling during Chinese New Year. I liked the availability of modern sitting toilets and squatting toilets. The provided slippers were remarkably comfortable, and we also found the establishment to be U.S. passport-friendly. Not bad for the price you pay for.

I came to this treasure hotel on the last day of the May Day holiday. It was really full of surprises. The beautiful sisters at the front desk of the hotel provided excellent and thoughtful service! Every time I passed by, I was proactive and greeted with a sweet smile. The breakfast dishes were also very rich! In summary, this is a very suitable hotel for vacation 🏖️Lie down, come here, you can get rid of all the class smell! The scenery is beautiful and pleasant, the air is fresh, the whole resort is a natural oxygen bar, the body and mind are relaxed, you can leisurely watch the sunrise and sunset in the beautiful Yunpan Mountain 🌅 The scenery is amazing! The location is good and there is a hot pot restaurant next to it. It is such a happy thing to eat hot pot with your loved one on a rainy day and then return to the hotel to hide in bed! The service is really good. I have to say that this store is so heartwarming. I had dysmenorrhea and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help us pour a cup of hot water for warmth, and also gave us a warm baby patch. I felt full of happiness~ The room is spacious and clean. Not only is it very clean, but the decoration and facilities are also in place. It is very comfortable to sleep in the room; it is cost-effective. I really recommend this store.
