"Initially, I was a bit worried due to some negative reviews, but after checking in, I realized my concerns were unnecessary. My experience was excellent, very satisfying, and the place was incredibly clean. I believe anyone staying in a hostel would prioritize hygiene, and this hostel was exceptionally clean. It's cleaned daily. Check-in was self-service; I booked online first, then used the self check-in kiosk at the front desk. I booked an all-female dorm, which was very clean, and the beds were already made up upon arrival 👍. There are also separate washroom facilities, including showers and toilets, each with its own door. Toothpaste, toothbrushes, hair dryers – everything is provided, and they even had feminine hygiene products in the toilet, which was a thoughtful touch. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to all my questions. The location is excellent too, right next to Sensoji Temple Station, just three stops from Tokyo Station. I ended up extending my stay for another night, haha, because I was so pleased! Wishing the owner great success and prosperity in business."

Located just a two-minute walk from Hamamatsucho Station and Daimon Station, it is conveniently located for staying the night before departing for a flight or Shinkansen. "I stayed in the men's guest room. After checking in on the 1st floor, I received a card with a QR code. Then, taking the elevator to the 2nd floor, I could use the locker corresponding to my room number. The 2nd floor has lockers, bathrooms, and sinks. In my case, I was assigned to the 5th floor. I left my luggage on the 2nd floor and slept soundly on the 5th floor. Also, on the 10th-floor lounge, you can enjoy the night view (Tokyo Tower is visible) or eat food. However, there's no microwave, so you have to heat up convenience store meals at the convenience store. One inconvenience is that you can only move between floors via the elevator, which is a hassle. Everything else is convenient and the facilities are good, but this elevator is really frustrating. Even more so from a Korean perspective. Nevertheless, the capsule room is relatively spacious, which makes it convenient. However, it's unavailable from 11 AM to 3 PM, so you can't comfortably rest during the day. Aside from about two downsides, there don't seem to be any other major issues. The serious one is the elevator. That's all."

"The staff were very friendly and even took the time to sit down and chat with the guests, which made us feel very welcome. They were accommodating throughout our stay. There was always a good supply of tissues and toiletries, and the pantry offered free hot and cold water, along with chopsticks, spoons, and forks. A microwave and tea were also available for guests to use. The only thing I was hoping for was complimentary coffee, but aside from that, everything was excellent. I had a pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place."

Hotel near Shinjuku Area,Tokyo
Designed for an easy and stress-free stay, the room is equipped with all the essentials you need for one night. By removing unnecessary extras, we deliver the perfect balance of affordability and comfort.

"I chose Shinjuku Kuyakusho-mae because of its convenient location, but I was disappointed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the capsule. The capsule had visible dust buildup in the gaps and corners, indicating that these areas are not cleaned thoroughly. More concerning, the air vents inside the capsule were dusty and did not appear to be working at all. With little to no airflow, the capsule became stuffy and uncomfortable, especially during the night. For a capsule hotel where guests spend hours in a small enclosed space, proper ventilation and cleanliness are essential. I hope management improves its cleaning standards and ensures that the ventilation system is regularly maintained and functioning properly. The excellent location is overshadowed by these sanitation and maintenance issues."

"Oh, I forgot to mention something in my last review: sometimes booking separate nights can be cheaper than a continuous multi-night reservation. I stayed a total of 5 nights across 3 different bookings. For my Tokyo trip, the absolute highlight was staying at this all-female hostel – it's truly the best of its kind! It was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and this entire 9-story building is dedicated to women. 1. **Convenient Location**: It's just a few minutes' walk from Shimbashi and Shiodome subway stations, with FamilyMart and 7-Eleven nearby. 2. **Capsule Pod**: It was much bigger than I expected! 1.3 meters wide and 2 meters long. I chose an upper bunk, and at 1.75 meters tall, I could sit up straight without my head touching the ceiling – I was very pleased! The pillow and mattress were comfortable too; I prefer firmer pillows and bedding. 3. **Communal Bathing Area**: Located on the 8th floor, you need to take off your shoes and enter barefoot. I was surprised to see so many long-haired women, yet there was hardly any hair on the floor; it was kept very clean! After a long day of walking, being able to sit down to shower and then soak in the artificial hot spring bath to relax was pure bliss! There were also many different toiletries to choose from, and the hairdryers were Refa – my hair felt so smooth afterwards. The hair oil smelled lovely, and I enjoyed using the peach-scented Johnson's body lotion. 4. **Communal Lounge**: On the 9th floor, there are tables for working. Free drinks are available 24 hours a day, free popcorn and waffles (motion-activated, quite cool!) are available after 5 PM, free ramen after 7 PM, and free curry rice in the mornings. There are also free massage chairs in the lounge, which was fantastic!"

"I'm a Korean who's been to China three times, but this was my first trip to Japan. I spent 4 nights and 5 days at this capsule hotel. <What I liked> 1. The hotel's location is pretty good. In Korean terms, it's like Gwanghwamun and Yeouido. In Chinese terms, it's around Tiananmen/The Bund. It's in the heart of Tokyo, so getting around was easy. 2. The interior facilities are incredibly clean. From the hotel itself to the sauna and restrooms, you can see staff constantly cleaning. It always smelled nice too. 3. The sauna was just... amazing. It completely wiped away all the fatigue from traveling. While the capsule hotel space isn't huge, the common lounge area made up for it. 4. The staff's service was very polite. I don't speak Japanese, but English and non-verbal communication were more than enough to get the help I needed. <What I found disappointing> 1. The sauna was so perfect that I didn't even need a bath basket, but there was a toothbrush but no toothpaste... ;;; That was a bit of a letdown. I also wondered if they could provide toner/lotion. 2. The capsule hotel provides earplugs. However, they were a bit too small for me. They kept falling out while I was sleeping... So, on the second day, I personally bought new earplugs (3M is the best) from Family Mart. 3. There are three storage spaces in total: the hotel, the shower room, and the shoe locker. But the storage space wasn't very generous. <Overall Impression> - Overall, it was an excellent capsule hotel. The facilities, cleanliness, and service were all up to par. What's more, the sauna really won me over. I'm still looking for saunas even after returning to Korea. - Besides the sleeping areas, there are also lounge areas and a restaurant. I highly recommend checking them out. There's a good variety of food, and ending the day with a beer or sake feels great. - On rainy days, the subway... The Tokyo subway had a fresh, soapy scent (??). I've never had any issues with smells anywhere in Tokyo, and this hotel was no exception."

ocated within the Akasaka neighborhood, the space offers openness while shielding views from the outside, creating a bright environment filled with natural light and surrounding greenery. The floor is composed of cube units made up of four capsules rotated 90 degrees vertically and horizontally, arranged randomly throughout the space. Each capsule delivers a distinct spatial experience. Accommodation plan with breakfast, hotel will provide breakfast vouchers valid at Komeda Coffee (nearby cafe).

"This hotel is super convenient with a great location. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and clean. It's a shame that the front desk staff were unfriendly! That's the most annoying part, especially since it was my first stay and I just wanted to ask a simple question. The two Japanese staff members seemed particularly annoyed and impolite. They even took my suitcase without asking me first."
