Great hotel experience, great breakfast, enviable location close to subway and best shopping. Clean rooms and staff are courteous and fantastic. Recommend to stay again.

I brought my family from Liuzhou to Baise for a few days. I passed through Nanning on the way and decided to rest for two days. I chose this Yicheng Hotel. I stayed in Nanning last year and felt very good. The hotel is in a good location and convenient for travel. The Aegean Sea Business District is downstairs. There is a large underground parking garage. Parking is free when staying in the hotel. It is very friendly to self-driving people. This is very important in Nanning. Many hotels do not have exclusive parking garages. The car is parked at B2 or B3. There is a direct elevator from the hotel to the 1st floor, which is convenient for luggage. The hotel lobby is on the 1st floor, bright and comfortable. The front desk service staff has a good attitude and upgraded the room; the room is large, clean and sanitary, with complete facilities and dry and wet separation; breakfast/laundry/gym are all on the 7th floor. The breakfast is very rich, with everything you need, and afternoon tea; the self-service laundry room has 3 washing machines + 3 dryers + 2 steam irons + 1 ironing board. If I come to Nanning again in the future, I will choose to stay here.

This time I stayed at the Yicheng four-star hotel and the experience was great! As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be attracted by its elegant and warm environment, exquisite decoration and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom was odor-free. The safety is impeccable, the access control is strict, and the security measures are in place, so you can feel safe when living here. The hotel facilities are complete, the gym equipment is brand new, and the smart devices in the room are also very convenient, which can easily control the lighting and temperature of the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, Yicheng Hotel meets my needs and I will choose it next time I travel!

The room and bedding are very clean, and the air conditioner is very comfortable, but the paper box is a bit old. Opposite is the Baisha Seafood Market. It is very convenient to eat seafood. It is also quick to take a shared electric car to Pingxi Night Market. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk It's not bad. The buffet breakfast provided has many types and tastes good. I saw the person at the next table brought a dozen boiled eggs, which I guess took away. No one said anything about the grandeur of the hotel, haha! All in all, it’s a good review. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Nanning!

Environment: The view from the upper floors is good, you can see the fountain, and it is convenient without having to go out.

Service: I applied for late check-out. The front desk asked if it was a Ctrip order and gave me a gift. It was pretty good.

For those visiting Liuzhou specifically for its culinary delights, I truly recommend this hotel; it offers excellent value for money. Right downstairs, just across the street, you'll find Sister Liu's Fresh Meat Luosifen – an absolute must-try! A few minutes' walk (no need to cross the road) leads to Dang Niulao Beef Offal Hotpot. Even Qingyun Market is easily accessible on foot, which is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing our family of three, they kindly upgraded us for free to a more spacious Deluxe Twin Room. The room was clean, and the bedding was comfortable. Plus, every day, the mini-fridge was restocked with a complimentary can of Sprite and a can of Coke. However, as it was a smoking room, the lingering smell of smoke was a slight drawback. In the evenings, a security door between the elevators and the room corridor requires a key card swipe for access. On the bright side, food deliveries can generally be brought directly to your room door.

This stay experience is perfect, must be five-star praise! The service is a highlight, the front desk warm and active greetings, to the efficient and professional check-in, every employee is smiling, responsive, really feel the warmth of being at home, the hotel environment is very good, the lobby is spacious and bright, the fragrance is elegant and high-end. The entire hotel, whether in public areas or in the rooms, maintains a high standard of hygiene, clean and tidy, and lives in peace of mind. The facilities are not inferior, the gym equipment is professional, and the professional details of the laundry equipment reflect the intentions and quality of the hotel. I will definitely choose here again next time!

2. The location is very good, there are many supermarkets and restaurants around, and it is not far from the transportation hub and urban attractions;
3. The room is at the end of the corridor, which is a common problem of online booking rooms; the window is the commercial residential building opposite, which is still under renovation, the building distance is close, and the sense of privacy is low;
4. There are welcome fruits and snacks every day, and the smoke-free treatment noted must be praised, but there are many smokers in the lobby and elevator and no supervision;
5. The room area is large enough, and the facilities need to be improved: the automatic curtains are faulty, the water pressure is low (the water volume for bathing and flushing the toilet is insufficient), and the water temperature is hot and cold (the switch is difficult to adjust, and the water temperature will change by itself)
6. The biggest complaint: There is a self-service laundry room, but it is fully self-service. The washing machine and dryer are not integrated. You need to wait for the washing to be done and change to another machine for drying, which is very time-consuming. There is no sign for the washing and drying queue, and there will be queue jumping if you don’t keep watch. There are notes, but no staff will handle it according to the requirements. The clothes that have been coaxed are required to be hung up, but they are thrown into the basket next to you and piled up for you to find;

Hotel location is very good, just in the city center, to the daughter city and toast city can be reached in ten minutes by car, taxi is also very convenient, at night can go to the daughter city to feel the folk customs. The surrounding living facilities are complete, it is especially convenient to buy specialties and eat snacks. The room was clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, the front desk Xiaoguan service was very warm, took us to see the room to explain the room type, and also sent the child biscuits, the child was very happy! The hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended to friends who come to travel!
