I arrived at the hotel very late at night, people were very tired, so I casually said that I was afraid of the room being noisy and couldn't sleep well. Yu Ling really put my words at ease! She didn't just give a room card and it was over, but specially helped me check it and check it again, and found a room far from the elevator, especially quiet. What I didn't expect most was that she even took the initiative to call my room and asked me how the sound insulation effect was, confirming that I was satisfied! This careful effort, absolutely! I feel particularly at ease at once.
The next morning I asked her what delicious breakfast was nearby, and she didn't point to a place casually. She asked what taste I liked to eat, and recommended several old shops that locals often go to and taste authentic. Not only tell me where, about what time the door is opened, there are not many people to line up, I feel particularly understandable, but also very real! Sure enough, I didn't step on the thunder, so that a breakfast became a pleasant starting point for exploring the city's fireworks.
In Atour, Yu Ling's existence perfectly interprets the true meaning of ”neighborhood service” - she is not only a front desk employee, but more like a trustworthy and thoughtful warm neighbor in this strange city. The room was spacious and bright, and the super-large bed looked very comfortable. I went out for a walk and came back to find that local yogurt and fruit were put in, which was a little surprise. Seeing that I drank a lot of water, she took the initiative to put 2 more bottles of water, and said that if I needed it, I could contact her at any time to deliver it. It was very considerate. It was very convenient to go shopping around. Turn right when you go out, and you will see Huaishang Wanda across the community. Opposite is the Haiyun Supermarket. There are many snacks in the alley. There is a night market opposite Wanda, which is quite depressed.
The only shortcoming is that the hotel closes the breakfast stall at 9 o'clock. I went there at 9:30 on the first day😱, and got up a little after 8 o'clock on the second day. I heard a little sister shouting that she saw a little sister putting yogurt into her bag, several bottles, and said that she would not put yogurt anymore. I guess she was a foreman, and she kept her word😁. What I want to say is that the yogurt is not valuable. She can take it if she wants. As long as she doesn't waste it, it's just advertising Bengbu Heping Yogurt. It's the best of both worlds!"

"We stopped for a month and then extended for another half a month. The location is magnificent, quiet in the neighborhood, not far from the business area, and close to an incredibly beautiful park. The staff was nice. Breakfast is simple and not much different from day to day. There is a gym. We really liked the room.
What we did not like is that there is a lot of smoking in the corridors and other public places. This is a typical issue in China."

GGuest UserBig rooms. Nice hotel. There is a large selection for food, Chinese cuisine. There are washing machines for free.
Unfortunately there are no completely non-smoking rooms or floors. The bed smelled of tobacco the first few days. There is not much to do in the hotel, there is no children playground anywhere nearby.

The service was good and staff members were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. My check-in and check-out were smooth, and the concierge provided helpful recommendations for exploring the area.
One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered various Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel’s location within the Wanda Plaza complex is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The only slight drawback was that the room did not have a minibar, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not take away from my overall positive experience.
I would highly recommend Bengbu Wanda Yue Hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location.
Would definitely stay here again!

Moreover, when we left, we left our backpacks in the hotel room (containing valuables). On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions! I sincerely say here: Thank you Miss Xiao Chang! At the same time, it also made me feel the effect of the daily work management of Vienna Hotel (Bengbu Wanda Branch), and cultivating excellent employees is the best proof.
Next time I go to Bengbu, I will definitely go to Vienna Bengbu Wanda Branch again
