I arrived at the hotel very late at night, people were very tired, so I casually said that I was afraid of the room being noisy and couldn't sleep well. Yu Ling really put my words at ease! She didn't just give a room card and it was over, but specially helped me check it and check it again, and found a room far from the elevator, especially quiet. The next morning I asked her what delicious breakfast was nearby, and she didn't point to a place casually. She asked what taste I liked to eat, and recommended several old shops that locals often go to and taste authentic. Sure enough, I didn't step on the thunder, so that a breakfast became a pleasant starting point for exploring the city's fireworks.

I guess she was a foreman, and she kept her word😁. What I want to say is that the yogurt is not valuable. She can take it if she wants. "We stopped for a month and then extended for another half a month. The location is magnificent, quiet in the neighborhood, not far from the business area, and close to an incredibly beautiful park. The staff was nice. Breakfast is simple and not much different from day to day. There is a gym. We really liked the room.
What we did not like is that there is a lot of smoking in the corridors and other public places. This is a typical issue in China."

Unfortunately there are no completely non-smoking rooms or floors. The bed smelled of tobacco the first few days. There is not much to do in the hotel, there is no children playground anywhere nearby.

One of the highlights was the breakfast buffet, which offered various Chinese and Western options, ensuring a satisfying start to the day. The hotel’s location within the Wanda Plaza complex is also convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.
The only slight drawback was that the room did not have a minibar, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this did not take away from my overall positive experience.
I would highly recommend Bengbu Wanda Yue Hotel for both business and leisure travelers looking for comfort, great service, and a convenient location.

On the way home, we received a call from Xiao Chang from the hotel, telling us that our backpacks were left in the hotel. We only found out that we had left more than 100 kilometers away, so we were very anxious at the time. Miss Xiao Chang immediately helped us contact the courier and sent it directly home for us, which made us feel at ease. We were very moved and grateful for her actions!
