This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

The hotel environment is clean and elegant, the front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and the check-in is very fast. 這次到蚌埠吃小龍蝦，找了好久，最終選擇了2026年新開業的蚌埠華榕温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店，沒想到這次入住竟成了整趟行程最大的驚喜！必須認真寫一篇好評來安利給大家。 先説説第一印象。酒店位於東海大道6888號，123米高的建築儼然是蚌埠的新地標。開車抵達時，遠遠就能看到這棟氣派的大樓，外觀現代大氣，很有國際五星級酒店的排麪。走進大堂，挑高設計搭配本地人文元素，寬敞明亮又不失格調，瞬間就讓人心情愉悦起來。 房間更是讓我眼前一亮。我入住的是全景客房，面積非常寬敞，透過超大落地窗可以俯瞰蚌埠城市景觀。房間配備了全屋智能中控系統，燈光、窗簾、空調都可以一鍵調控。特別要誇一下温德姆定製的“甜夢之床”，床品柔軟親膚，枕頭高度也剛剛好，那一晚睡得特別踏實安穩。衞生間乾濕分離，智能馬桶、品牌洗護用品一應俱全，細節之處盡顯品質。 服務方面同樣可圈可點。前台工作人員熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都非常高效，前台小杜的服務很好點贊👍🏻，有問題諮詢時，每位員工都耐心解答，讓人真正有賓至如歸的感覺。值得一提的是，酒店還有機器人服務，科技感十足，孩子特別喜歡。 早餐必須單獨誇一誇！龍湖軒全日餐廳的自助早餐品類非常豐富，中西式結合，從中式熱菜、現煮麪檔到西式糕點、新鮮水果應有盡有。特別推薦嚐嚐蚌埠特色的辣湯和油茶，地道又暖胃。現磨咖啡、鮮榨果汁也管夠，一頓早餐吃下來元氣滿滿。 最讓人驚喜的是性價比。以這樣的硬件配置和服務水準，價格卻非常親民，真正實現了“住高端酒店花快捷酒店價格”。酒店還配有室內恆温泳池、24小時健身房等設施，免費停車場車位充足，新能源車還有充電樁，自駕出行毫無壓力。 總的來説，蚌埠華榕温德姆至尊豪廷大酒店無論是硬件設施、服務質量還是餐飲水準，都完全對得起國際五星級標準。無論是商務出差、家庭度假還是高端宴請，這裏都是蚌埠的不二之選。下次來蚌埠，我一定還會選擇這裏，也強烈推薦給每一位到蚌埠的朋友！
