The owner was very nice and upgraded my room. The service was also excellent. The hotel is quite new, the TV can project images, the air conditioning is a perfect temperature, and the shower has a strong flow. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

Really clean, cozy room and exceptional service. Close to the city square, where the night market takes place every evening (about 15 min walk). Buffet style lunch place is nearby. Really cool park is just 10 min away. Highly recommended. The window view is quite authentic too.

這幾年走過這麼多城市，第一次訂格林豪泰酒店，就遇到一個賬户訂了2個房間，居然被分在不同樓層，來之前有前台兩次來電是否確定當天入住，工作人員衹字未提房間事宜。到酒店前台一直催辦理入住，投訴也衹能找門店店長，加盟還是直營也説不清楚，告知客滿無法協調房間和更換酒店。兩家人喝了酒釀車也帶不走，一住一個不吱個聲。 電梯也沒有刷卡功能，所有人隨意出入，房間基礎功能都有，沒什麼問題。 多的不説了，將來出行不會再選擇格林豪泰酒店了，也不會來蚌城了～
