Nice hotel, great location, friendly staff. I arrived early and called Ms. Gao at the front desk, who helped me arrange an early check-in. Mr. Li Xiang from the hotel provided warm and thoughtful service. When he saw that my luggage was heavy, he took the initiative to put it on the luggage rack in the room. Overall, the service is very good, recommended.

The owner was very nice and upgraded my room. The service was also excellent. The hotel is quite new, the TV can project images, the air conditioning is a perfect temperature, and the shower has a strong flow. There were two free bottles of water, free laundry, and the cleanliness was also very good. This alone is enough to give it a five-star rating, and the shortcomings can be ignored.

This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had. First, there was a cigarette butt in the bathroom, so much so that the shower smelled of smoke as soon as we opened the door. Second, the elevator was too loud, disturbing us at night. When we called the front desk, they explained that it was the elevator making noise and said they couldn't fix it. Third, starting in the early morning, a child was crying in a room on the second floor, which we could hear clearly from our room. We didn't sleep well all night. This was the worst Atour hotel experience we've ever had, and it didn't match the price at all.

Really clean, cozy room and exceptional service. Close to the city square, where the night market takes place every evening (about 15 min walk). Buffet style lunch place is nearby. Really cool park is just 10 min away. Highly recommended. The window view is quite authentic too.

The newly opened hotel is very close to the net red Xiaohao sesame cake clip and Xiaopan International Hotel, and Gongnong Road is also within walking distance. The hardware is the configuration of the whole season, and the service attitude is also very good. Unfortunately, there are too many delicious foods, I didn’t try the hotel’s breakfast, I will definitely try it next time I have a chance.

The room is clean and tidy, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, and the bed is soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very dry and wet, and the bathroom is clean and bright. The service is intimate and thoughtful, the environment is quiet and private, the price is super high, the living is comfortable and safe, highly recommended!

Hygiene is very good. The toothbrushes, cups, towels and slippers are all disposable. There are also disposable toilet seats. But the soundproofing is so-so. Only one socket has electricity, and the one beside the bed doesn't have electricity either. Overall very satisfied and the price is cheap

There is a snack street in front of the hotel. The environment is a bit messy and it is difficult to park in time for meals. The overall decoration of the hotel is modern Western style. Although the room is not big, the lighting effect is very good, and it seems that it is quite attentive. Next to my room is the laundry room, which is very convenient for washing clothes. We stayed here in winter, and it took some time for the room temperature to rise after the air conditioner and heater were turned on.
