"Easy to find. Easy and smooth check in process. Lovely decor. Lift to all floors. Large rooms. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Hairdryer and iron available. Great view over looking the city. Fab breakfast. Lovely staff. Only complaint was the shower wasn't as powerful as we would of liked and the floorboards were very creaky so we could hear the people above at night and also when they ran their taps. £15 per night to park our vehicle. Fast and effective check out. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff."

"Sumptuous would be the word to describe this hotel. From the lobby to the room to the free snacks pantry, everything is sumptuous. The room we booked is absolutely huge with high ceilings and large windows. The bed and bedding is super super comfortable and we slept really well. The bathroom is nice with a big tub. Location is also excellent, minutes from downtown, the bridge and Roman baths. Looking forward to staying here again."

"The hotel's location in the Bassac Lane area is fantastic, with a wide variety of restaurants nearby, and it feels very safe to walk around at night. Although the room isn't huge, it's incredibly well-designed and has everything you need, including a great selection of complimentary tea bags. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Bassac Lane."

"The hotel facilities are normal, but there is no air conditioning. The location is ideal. Parking is chargeable. Breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet; although the variety isn't extensive, the price is cheap and very good value."

"Facilities: Perfect! The shower is spacious with great water pressure, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which was a lifesaver for drying clothes. The room also has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks and biscuits, and a capsule coffee machine (though I don't drink coffee). Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness: Excellent, spotless. Ambiance: British-themed, with truly beautiful decor. From the common areas to the room and the restaurant, every detail is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye. Service: Flawless. I couldn't find the main entrance, and the front desk staff actually came out to meet me. They were thoughtful, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bath."

"All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. the location is very convenient , shops, restaurants and public transport within walking distance. Hotel Rooms were comfy and clean. Hotel restaurant food is good and they provide in room dining. special mention to duty manager tony and kylie. food department Felix.  will surely come to stay again for the next trip to Bath "

"A must-stay for Bath hotels. It is one of few hotels to have in-house spa facilities for guests to use for free. I liked the location too – it is next to the Roman Baths."

"Great hotel and very close to town and train station. Superb staff very polite, respectful and friendly. Breakfast was also good. However it’s usually very busy in the mornings so being a wheelchair user it was very difficult to get a suitable tablet. However one of the staff members did come to my help but it was a little bit late. Non dairy milk was also provided but being self service the wait was quite long and I ended up leaving without any hot drink. The room also didn’t have a window and it was also a bit small to manoeuvre my wheelchair. Bed was comfortable but the air conditioning kept coming on which was not good for my health."

"Our family of three stayed here with breakfast included. The room was lovely and unique, and our son enjoyed the exciting extra pet, which had a hidden room. There were also games available. My husband and I had a double bed. For breakfast, we chose eggs Benedict, poached eggs, fried eggs, or an omelet, and all were delicious. The front desk staff were also very friendly and attentive. Be sure to visit Henrietta Park, located just outside the hotel. If you're lucky, you might see a squirrel. Enjoying a forest bath is a great way to relieve your travel fatigue!"
