Hotel Indigo BATH by IHG

The location is absolutely perfect! You can park right outside the hotel on the street. It's incredibly close to the abbey, Roman Baths, the century-old bakery, and the train station – literally a 2-minute walk. You could say the attractions are right behind and diagonally across from the hotel. The room decor is very British, charming, and cozy. The service was excellent too. The front desk staff helped carry our luggage to the room and even chatted with us about his trip to Beijing many years ago, speaking a few Chinese greetings. The restaurant staff also kindly helped us get hot water for instant noodles. Everyone was very enthusiastic. Breakfast was an à la carte English breakfast, complemented by a self-service area with drinks and bread. Bath truly deserves an extra day!

An excellent hotel! They pay great attention to every detail. Even though it's an old building, it's incredibly well-maintained and has a wonderful classic atmosphere. The service is top-notch and of a very high standard.

A delightful surprise during our 16-night UK trip! I loved the Cotswolds so much that I decided to stay an extra night in Bath instead of heading straight back to London. It was a last-minute booking on a Saturday, so the price was a bit high, over 2000+. The location is absolutely fantastic, close to all the main attractions and great restaurants. The hotel itself has a wonderful British charm and a very artistic vibe. Our room wasn't huge, but the layout was incredibly well-designed and efficient. We also met a very enthusiastic Spanish guy at the front desk who gave us some excellent recommendations! I really hope to have the chance to visit again.

This hotel is just a 2-minute walk from Bath Spa station. It's located in a charming century-old building, but the facilities are new and unique. A big thank you to Emily at the front desk for arranging a garden room for me and for thoroughly explaining all the hotel's amenities. It's close to all the attractions in Bath, offers great value for money, and comes highly recommended!

Location is excellent, couldn't be better.

Facilities: Perfect! The shower is spacious with great water pressure, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which was a lifesaver for drying clothes. The room also has a mini-fridge with complimentary drinks and biscuits, and a capsule coffee machine (though I don't drink coffee). Overall, it far exceeded my expectations. Cleanliness: Excellent, spotless. Ambiance: British-themed, with truly beautiful decor. From the common areas to the room and the restaurant, every detail is aesthetically pleasing and a delight to the eye. Service: Flawless. I couldn't find the main entrance, and the front desk staff actually came out to meet me. They were thoughtful, enthusiastic, and incredibly accommodating! I would recommend this to anyone visiting Bath.
