AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the Roman Baths. This hotel directly pipes natural thermal water into the property, making it very convenient to take the elevator from your room down to the -2 level for a soak. However, guests only get free access to the hot springs during two time slots: 8:00-10:00 AM and 7:00-9:00 PM. Outside these hours, it costs £70, which is quite steep. There are three pools in total, plus a sauna and steam room. Overall, it's pretty good. One thing to note: the room and service fees were already paid through Ctrip. Upon check-in, a £100 deposit was taken. At check-out, the staff tried to charge a £10 service fee. If you haven't incurred any additional charges, you can refuse this unreasonable request.

ZZhanqianyingSmall luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

AAnonAnonQuite an old hotel, which has managed to preserve it's historical rooms beautifully. I do warn that the rooms can become quite chilly at night especilaly when the heating isn't turned on in september. And the windows could barely open so you constantly have to keep them open. But otherwise it's still a very beautiful old hsitorical hotel that I could appreciate. I do admit the price was quite high, for the small room I got, especially considering it was usually supposed to be shared between two people. Not great value for money, but definetly can appreciate its history and beauty.

The front desk brother is very warm, there are maps and promotional pages at the entrance, the room is fully equipped, and coffee and biscuits are also provided. The downside is that the bed is too small ╮ (╯▽╰) ╭ My 1.68 normal height, my feet basically stick out, it is difficult to turn over and fall out of the bed 😂 Other cost-effective is very high!

GGurenfengyuThe environment is good and the room is big enough. But knowing that there are four of us, there are only three beds, which is a bit inconvenient. The service is not good. When eating, you can hear all kinds of noises from the waiters, which is annoying. The plates fell on the floor twice. If there were no local guests next to me, I would have been too sensitive to think that they were showing off to our family. It is a pity that the service of such a good hotel is not as good as the hotel.
