IillusionxxxbbThe hotel is brand new, and the room layout is very well designed. The wet and dry areas are separate, and the details like the hairdryer, lighted makeup mirror, and comfortable, clean bedding all significantly enhanced the experience. The view is similar to the Curio Collection hotel I stayed at before, but the overall experience here is much better. It's a quiet oasis amidst the bustling city, and the staff isn't as chaotic.
The location is also very convenient. There are so many takeaway options, and they even deliver right to your room! Getting to restaurants I wanted to try and attractions by taxi all took less than 20 minutes.
The hotel called to ask about my preferences before check-in, and I didn't have to wait long even though I arrived early. The room perfectly met my requirements, which was really great. And the best part is the dog in the lobby is absolutely adorable, even though I only saw it on the first of my three days. The concierge service on the first floor was truly exceptional, very enthusiastic but in a perfectly appropriate way. After checking out, I forgot something, and Miranda was very proactive in contacting me and helping to arrange shipping. This hotel has absolutely no flaws. I stayed for two days and was extremely comfortable. I can't praise it enough; the value for money is outstanding. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit.

QQianshanmuxue～*Whenever I visit Chengdu, I almost always choose to stay at the Kuanrong Suite Hotel. It's a place I've become very familiar with and trust implicitly.
The hotel's location is super convenient, making getting around incredibly easy. You can walk to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, and it's right next to the pier for the Jinjiang River night cruise. The overall flow is very smooth, making it perfect whether you're looking to shop or enjoy a relaxed evening activity.
The rooms consistently maintain a good standard; they're spacious, clean, and very comfortable to stay in. The service, as always, is reassuring. The staff are friendly and efficient, and any requests communicated via WeChat are quickly addressed, making the entire check-in and stay process very hassle-free.
The breakfast offers a wide selection, and the afternoon tea is also of a decent standard, making for a pleasant light meal or a relaxing break.
Overall, this is a hotel that strikes a good balance between location, comfort, and service. For anyone visiting Chengdu, I would naturally recommend it.

GGuest UserFive-star review! I’m truly impressed with my stay at Xishu Hotel. From the moment I checked in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and efficient. Their professionalism made the whole process smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, well-designed, and comfortably arranged. All the facilities were modern and well maintained, and the attention to detail was excellent. The bed was especially comfortable, and I slept very well.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing, and the public areas are kept in great condition as well. Whether it’s cleanliness, service, location, or overall convenience, everything exceeded my expectations. I genuinely couldn’t find any flaws during my stay. I will definitely choose Xishu Hotel again next time I’m in the area and will gladly recommend it to friends!

Hoshino Snow Mountain Manor is a very new hotel with fantastic facilities. More importantly, the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, and soaking in the hot spring was just pure bliss!

AAnonymous UserThe hotel seems to share a building with other hotels and businesses, as there were many people coming and going. The location is decent; it's a few hundred meters straight ahead from Exit B of Wenshu Monastery.
**Facilities:** Alright.
**Cleanliness:** Clean.
**Environment:** It's close to the subway station with lots of food options, and there are many late-night snack stalls downstairs. The driver even told me there are some 'fly restaurants' (local slang for small, unpretentious eateries with great food) if you turn left at the traffic light ahead.
**Self-service afternoon tea:** A bit disappointing, by 2 or 3 PM, there were only a few plates of fruit left.
**Late-night noodles:** Didn't get to try them; there were just too many delicious options downstairs, and I was already full.

TTiantianquandelaobaI've always wanted to try the first Hotel Nikko in Southwest China, especially after a great experience at one in Nara. This Qingming Festival long weekend, coupled with a discounted Chengdu accommodation voucher, made it excellent value for money. I saw on Xiaohongshu that the executive lounge was open, so I booked an executive lake-view room.
After exiting South Lake Interchange Station (Line 5, Exit B), I hopped on a shared e-bike and easily reached the hotel's main entrance. A welcoming staff member greeted us with a warm bow. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in. They proactively explained the lounge, various restaurants, the gym, and the kids' club locations, and offered a 3 PM late checkout for the following day. Our room was on the 25th floor, just below the top floor where the executive lounge is located, which was very convenient. However, the elevators were quite slow; it felt like it took at least over a minute to go from the 1st to the 25th floor. The room featured a minimalist Japanese light wood design, which was very aesthetically pleasing and won't easily look dated like a 'senior official' style.
After dropping off our luggage, we headed straight to the lounge. It wasn't crowded. Afternoon tea came with a charge, but coffee and soft drinks were complimentary. I ordered an iced Americano, which was decent. Afterwards, we took our child to the kids' club, where we had the place to ourselves for over an hour, giving us some free time. For dinner, I originally planned to have Cantonese dim sum at the Chinese restaurant, but was told that reservations were required a day in advance for holidays. I tried the Japanese and Western restaurants, but both were fully booked with a waiting list. In the end, we had to check out the Executive Lounge's Happy Hour. Similar to overseas lounges, their Happy Hour didn't offer a full meal, just drinks and some snacks – barely enough to fill us up. There was almost nothing suitable for kids, so I ended up ordering two pastries from the lobby bar to keep them happy, haha.
After dinner, we experienced the 'starry sky' swimming pool, which was quite unique and our child absolutely loved it. Breakfast the next day was excellent. Besides the usual Western and Chinese options, there were also Japanese ramen, ochazuke, and natto.
Overall, it's a perfect place for a staycation and truly embodies 'omotenashi' (Japanese hospitality). I'll definitely consider coming back again!

MM253152****The hygiene was good! The bedding was comfortable, and the pillows weren't too high, very soft! The service attitude was also good. The breakfast was quite simple, with buns, eggs, soy milk, and coffee. For this price, the surrounding area is quite noisy, and the sound insulation isn't great. The only downside is that there were so many mosquitoes... I got bitten by mosquitoes in the middle of the night, and it happened in both rooms, even my child was bitten. There was nothing we could do. We had planned to stay a few more days. I hope the owner will provide mosquito repellents in every room and do a better job with pest control in the future.

It is located right next to IFS and the main street of Chengdu with lots of local food stalls near by (even a fresh fruit stand outside the hostel). But the absolute best part were the staff!! They all spoke very good English and super helpful. I was almost stranded in Chengdu and Keya is the only reason I managed to catch my flight back home! Also wonder place to meet people - they have many common areas :)
