"I got one of those rooms with Mountain View in February 2026 during winter. I liked the hotel. It was quiet and even when I went alone, the room was big enough for two people. The Balcony door was closed not sure why, but the window can be opened. The amenities, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving kit, shampoo, soap, kettle, tea, coffee, sugar, water, cups, spoons, towels, flip-flops, security box, TV, heater, bathrobe. The breakfast was pretty decent, the rice sometimes was a bit hard. The hotel has a very good location and in front there is a University with a starbucks. Also near there are coffee shops and pubs, burger king and etc. At the top of the hotel there is a restaurant where you can see the whole city. I thinn I would stay here again."

The room condition was disappointing the blanket cover was torn, and the bathtub mixer in the bathroom was not functioning properly. In addition, there was no bellboy service available to assist with our luggage upon arrival. Housekeeping entered the room without knocking, which was a clear breach of privacy, even though our stay was confirmed for two more days. This gave the impression that we were checking out. The breakfast quality was also below expectations. Overall, the hotel appears to require a complete renovation, and the staff would benefit from additional training. The environment in the hotel at night does not feel suitable for families. Our stay fell short of expectations, and we sincerely hope the management will address these issues to ensure a better experience for future guests."

"The hotel's facilities are very suitable for Chinese guests; no adapter is needed for plugs, and the Wi-Fi is excellent—much better than the hotel I stayed at in Tashkent! The breakfast is also very Chinese. For breakfast and dinner, you can order à la carte. I tried the stir-fried pork with chili, which tasted more like a Northwest Chinese style and wasn't quite to our liking, but it was okay. The rice wasn't very good, a bit too hard. The third and fourth floors of the hotel are still under renovation, so the amenities are incomplete. When we arrived late on the first night, there were no available rooms. The next morning, they helped us switch to a second-floor room. The facilities on the second floor are great and match the online pictures. The bed is quite large, unlike the narrow beds often found in many foreign hotels. The service was very good. On our first night, which was very late, the room on the third floor that was assigned to us wasn't fully renovated and had no air conditioning. Since we're sensitive to cold, the staff helped us find a heater. When we switched rooms, they also helped us move our luggage and extra blankets. The daytime view is lovely, but the surrounding area is very dark at night."

My room was big, there was also heated floor which countered the chilly winter days during my stay, daily room cleaning and the foods at the cafe especial bfast buffet were amazing and filling!!!! Special mention to all the staff there that welcomed me warmly most especially Yeldoz and the others who were very kind and friendly. The hotel is only an hour of walking from the famous tourist spots like Ascendant Cathedral, Panfilov, etc. And I recommend you to walk from the hotel to the aforementioned tourist spots beautiful you will be amazed by the views while walking 🫶🫶🫶 Again thankful and so lucky to have stayed at this hotel and met the kindest people here!!!"
