Plenty of food to keep you full. The dining area is abit small but there is still enough tables to serve at least 30 people. I think others who complaint about this probbaly came during summer or peak season. I was in in Oct 2025, it was only half full when i went for breakfast (i stayed for 2 nights). Breakfast is served 7am to 10am. Just be smart about the timing if you feel the hotel is full. Also i took picture of the aircond because someone else also mentioned, the aircond light is bright which is true. And we could not switch it off since it was not the original remote controller. We both use eye mask, hence it was ok."

"We stayed in two double rooms at the hotel, and overall, our impression was mixed. The location is quite convenient: the airport is a 25-minute taxi ride away, and there's a park, a zoo, and a cable car to Koktebel nearby. Plus, there are many cafes just a block from the hotel. The hotel itself is new and clean, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring a sofa, a coffee table, and air conditioning. Each room has everything you need except a refrigerator – there's a water cooler, a couple of tea bags, 3-in-1 coffee, shampoo, shower gel, and a dental kit. The small, enclosed courtyard with a glass table and chairs adds a nice touch of coziness. However, the service was a significant letdown. Rooms aren't cleaned while guests are staying, and breakfast was a real disappointment. The selection was meager, and often there wasn't enough food for all guests. On the first day, there were only a few spoonfuls of porridge, two boiled eggs, a small amount of cheese, and some sliced vegetables – not even bread or butter. We had to ask the reception to cut more cheese and bread. Given that there were four of us, the lack of food was particularly noticeable. The situation repeated on the second day: there was only enough porridge for three out of four of us, and those who came after us got nothing. For drinks, only tea was available; there were no pastries, yogurts, or coffee. Another major drawback was the noise in the courtyard in the evenings. Staff's children were constantly running, playing, and riding bikes there, making it impossible to sit quietly at a table, work, or talk on the phone. It seems like the hotel is a family business, and the relaxation area has essentially turned into a playground. In conclusion, the hotel is a viable option for accommodation, but it's best to book without breakfast. The owners should seriously consider improving their service and guest comfort."

Or we paid 200 pp to the bus driver. No change. But we found it hard to get ONAY card if you have a foreign bank card. Breakfast varied and plentiful. Receptionist Gaukhar was very helpful with advice and ordered Yanex for us and we paid cash to the driver. We are going back to stay in Three days after quick Bus trip to Bishkek. We love the Voyager Hotel."

What we loved: The Room: We stayed in the purple chalet. It was very cozy, warm, and had a great mountain view. The Staff: The service was excellent. The staff speaks very good English and they were so helpful with our questions. Skiing: We had a great time on the slopes! The equipment and the snow were perfect. Our Plan: One day was too short. We liked it so much that we are planning to come back next year in the Autumn season for a longer stay of 3–5 nights to see the colors of the trees. "Title: Decent rooms and quick service, but the restaurant needs improvement Our stay at the Mildom Residence was a bit of a mixed experience. When we first arrived, the room we were given didn't match the pictures we saw on Trip.com. However, the staff was very quick to rectify the situation and get us into the correct room, which we really appreciated. The room itself was fine—the bed was comfortable, and the pillows were very soft, which made for a great night's sleep. We did have one incident where trying to boil the kettle for tea knocked out the room's power, but again, the staff was prompt in fixing it. The main downside of our stay was the hotel restaurant. The food simply wasn't very good and arrived at our table cold. On top of that, the server was very nonchalant and incredibly slow. We had to ask for things multiple times, and often, he completely forgot to bring what we requested. Overall, the rooms and front desk service are perfectly okay, but I would recommend eating elsewhere."
