"I chose this hostel for my solo trip, and it was a delightful surprise! First off, the value for money is exceptional. The price was very friendly, and the private room I booked was quiet and secluded. Both the room and the common areas were clean and hygienic, making for a very comfortable stay. There's a self-service tea station in the common area, always available for use. The front desk lady spoke excellent English and was incredibly enthusiastic; she patiently answered all my questions. Payment was also convenient, as WeChat Pay is supported. During my stay, I even met several fellow travelers and we had a great time chatting and sharing our itineraries. Getting around is super easy too; there's a bus stop right outside the door with a direct bus to the airport, no transfers needed. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!"

"The hotel lobby seems to have been renovated; it's quite grand. The elevators were also undergoing renovation during our stay. The room facilities definitely show their age, but overall it was clean and tidy, though the mini-fridge made some noise at night. We asked the front desk for a quiet room and surprisingly got a two-room suite, which was a pleasant surprise! The breakfast was really plentiful and excellent."

"Everything else was fine. It's near the Green Bazaar and also pretty close to the church. But what's with that tiny bed? It felt like I was going to fall off at any moment. I have no idea why they'd put in such a small bed; a tiny bed just makes the whole place feel cheap and unstable. On the bright side, the facilities are quite new, there are USB and Type-C ports, and they offer luggage storage."

The fruit wasn't very sweet, and the stir-fried dishes were generally on the blander side. The environment was pretty clean, but there were a few minor flaws. Free bottled water was a big plus! "Came to Almaty for the first time during the Qingming Festival for a 'special forces' trip (meaning a fast-paced, action-packed trip). Getting a taxi from the airport to the hotel was very convenient. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and asked if it was my first time visiting, recommending nearby attractions. The room itself wasn't too old, though I personally dislike carpets. The bathroom was large, but the shower floor was a bit slippery, so you need to be careful. It was very quiet at night, and while the bed was small, it was comfortable enough. I highly recommend the hotel's breakfast buffet – it was an unexpected delight! The selection was rich, and the food was delicious, providing plenty of energy before heading to the snowy mountains."

Living in such a house and watching the snowy mountains does make people feel a short break from the daily rhythm. Some moments remind me of the quiet, calm atmosphere of some mountain cities in Europe, and even a little Swiss feel. For me, good accommodation is not only the hardware conditions, but also the overall experience, the temperature of people and people, and whether this place has its own temperament. "Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time!"

Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова."
