Find 2-Star Hotels in Almaty

The house is hot and poorly ventilated, probably because of the construction downstairs. During the day, the smell of formaldehyde from paint is strong and the noise is extremely loud!

I found a Chinese hotel when I came to Almaty for the first time. The hotel is clean, close to the airport, the owner is friendly, airport pick-up, and Chinese food is available. I will stay here again in the future.

The landlord is Chinese, there is no communication barrier, he is also nice, you can see the view of snow-capped mountains from the window, there is a kitchen with complete kitchen utensils and a washing machine, you can cook here

In the case of generally expensive and low cost-effective hotels in Almaty, this is a very cost-effective homestay! The mountain is a wealthy area, and the air is good. The boss and his wife are very polite, and the breakfast is freshly made and prepared very considerately. After a tiring day at work, it is very comfortable to come back and sit in the yard to relax. I took a few photos of the dining area!

This stay was great! The room was warm and elegant, the facilities were new and complete, and the bedding was so comfortable that it made for a good night's sleep. The front desk staff was warm and thoughtful, checked in quickly, and recommended fun places around. The breakfast was rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, and tasted very good. The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for travel, and surrounded by many delicious restaurants and shopping malls. Highly recommended!

The hostel is situated in a good locality, easily accessible, near and clean, maximum tourist attractions are reachable on walking distance, cooking facility available in the hostel, a small glossary store is adjoining the hostel, the mattress oh hostel are old needs to be replace. Whenever I go to such place for resting or crashing, what I always wanted to know about the place is the warmth of the people running it. Mostly, you would find owners that are plainly into sucking your money or budget. At Hostel 02, you'll find the host with a big smile in his eyes, wearing a very welcoming positive vibe and that absolutely leaves me the feeling ”I'll be alright in this place!”  It's a hostel - of course, you dont expect a cozylike hotel. But in here, though it holds the business idea of sharing rooms with strangers, one can totally breathe with much comfort. Guests are initially intro'd to what's expected in the house and from the guest - mutuality. The guests are respectful to each one's privacy and boundary. The facilities are maintained clean - hourly, daily, or as much as needed to be attended. The friendly atmosphere is another happiness here. People smile.  My sleep for a couple of days of stay here has been so replenishing - the premise seems so quiet and peaceful outside. No annoying noise at night though it is surrounded by big apt buildings, which is really good. I can fill my gut with tea as much as I want and at any time. It surely spares me from reaching for those nasty soda drinks. The hot shower is not gona frustrate you, it surely warms you. Bedding is so attended with clean sheets (owww , I never worry of anything that would bug me of bites as I lie down) - this is another positive thing about this place. To wrap it up, it is like HOME... so I absolutely LOVE the place. And for sure, you gona love HOSTEL TWO, too!
