Hotels with Parking in Almaty

We stayed several nights at this hotel. We tried both the superior double room and the standard double room. If you're torn between the two, both are excellent choices. There are a few subtle differences, which you can see in the photos. The hotel has a 24/7 front desk, and the staff speaks excellent English! The team is top-notch; they helped us every time we needed something. There's also a laundry service available. They have a luggage storage room, which is great if you're going on an excursion for a few days. Unfortunately, the breakfast isn't exceptional. It's a bit greasy and repetitive if you stay for several consecutive days. The hotel's location is outstanding, right next to the lovely Panfilov and Arbat pedestrian streets.

Facilities: Very good. The room type is clearly marked and the private bathroom is even better. Hygiene: The hygiene is also good. The maid cooked a good breakfast. Environment: The location is pretty good. The only drawback is that we don’t know the local language. I was asked to ride an electric donkey to find a hotel. I went around and came back again. Haha. Service: We are northerners. There is nothing to say. It’s great. ps Being alone in a foreign land is like being a stranger. 🈶️For Chinese people, a place is a home. It’s much better than staying in a hotel with communication problems.

I had a pleasant 4.5 nights stay with them! Room is huge and the is comfy! The room had a washing machine, so it made laundry seamless! Location is fine as long as you book thru Yandex. Sadly, only the cafe needs more work.. Many breakfast items were not available & the kitchen staff took too long preparing a simple meal. Hope you can look into it & make this hotel 5* standard! Thank you once again!

We had great time at Tenir Eco. At first, im a bit worried as im unsure how to go up and bring luggages direct from airport since we arrived direct from istanbul trip. But actually its quite easy. The hotel arranged to bring luggages up to hotel with payment of 5000 tenge(from shymbulak station to hotel reception). U have a choice to bring it yourslef but mind you that it is quite slippery from combi 2 to reception. So if u want to enjoy the moment just ask the hotel to bring the luggage for u. The hotel will give QR code for cable car ride from Medeu station to combi 1-combi 2 and back down. If u want more can ask them to buy for you. Around 4000 tenge. The hospitality is amazing , they provided all the necessity. And fast action too. They fixed the netflix so we could enjoy our 2nights stay. And although -12celcius was a challenge but the room got quite nice heat ‘ and u can always heat urself in the bathroom sauna, even the floor was heated. So we never feel tortured with the weather. Bring some food for dinner if u dont want to spend time going down too much. And u can heat it in sauna as well🙈. Host (ingkar) was a very nice person. He gave us two nice cheesecakes since netflix took time to be fixed. We stayed in Room Tenir 10 which was the last end room with nice romantic vibe and view. There’s night skiing and the skiers sometimes stop and wave to us while we watch them pass by. We also hike to nearby mountain and enjoy the scenery. It is super cold during winter and like a dream come true stay for us. As per going back you can request them to bring down luggage as well with same 5000 tenge tilk symbulak station. The food at syn32 also yummy n good. Go try the blueberry mint tea with mountain view. Its amazing. U can ski in ski out from the room itself. Sunset is perfect as well. I will return again in future. Perfect stay in Shymbulak 3200m…. Never regret it. And may try the paragliding as well. Looks fun too!

We really liked the location, there are a lot of cafes and restaurants directly next to the accomodation. The host is responsive. The apartment itself is a good size and in a new complex. The wifi is good. However, there are some improvements that we would recommend. Cleanliness needs to be improved - there was dirt on the bed sheet, hair in the shower and drawers, dirty kitchen towels, stained mats in the bathroom, dishes were dirty (needing washing before use) and the inside of the fridge was dirty. Whilst the bed was relatively comfortable, the sheets were too small and didn’t stay on the bed or cover two people. When we booked the accomodation, we picked it due to being able to complete washing; however the washing line on the covered sunroom was full of the hosts linen washing. We had to fold this and put it away to be able to use the facilities we paid for. The amenities are also lacking, there wasn’t any clothes washing liquid/powder (just an empty bottle), the shampoo and conditioner were half used tiny bottles from another hotel, no drinking water, no tea/coffee etc. The kitchen lacks certain things to make basic meals (no pasta strainer) and there is nowhere to put hot pots when you take them off the hot plate. We were also given the wrong room number before our arrival, meaning that we were trying to get into the wrong apartment for 30 mins - after a long travel day this was a bit exhausting. Overall, more attention to detail would help improve this accomodation. We hope this helps the hosts improve.

«Excellent apartment with a great view and a caring host!» We stayed in this complex (Raiymbek district), and everything was perfect. The host explained everything very thoroughly and clearly: she sent us the PIN codes for all the doors, the geolocation, and the Wi-Fi passwords. Check-in was smooth, even with the language barrier – she communicated in both Russian and English. Apartment 120-2 (12th floor) is amazing! The view from the window is stunning, everything is very clean, and it has a modern renovation. The bed is comfortable, and the air conditioning works. Overall, the stay was very comfortable, and you feel safe (intercoms, codes). I will definitely come back!

Location is strategic, over all staffs were courteous, breakfast spread was good and room was clean. However, I requested for nice Mountain View facing opera house in my booking and were given city view instead. I booked for 2nd June (1 night), due to our flight, we were only able to check in at almost 4 am the next day and still had to check out at 12pm or will be charged for another day stay. It would be great if the staff on duty is attentive on customer’s request and shown some empathy since we only spent 8 hours in the room that we paid for full. Thank you

The hotel is in a good location, room is clean abit smaller than when i stayed in holiday inn express but still able to put 2 luggages in the room. The breakfast spread is very good. Thumbs up. Plenty of food to keep you full. The dining area is abit small but there is still enough tables to serve at least 30 people. I think others who complaint about this probbaly came during summer or peak season. I was in in Oct 2025, it was only half full when i went for breakfast (i stayed for 2 nights). Breakfast is served 7am to 10am. Just be smart about the timing if you feel the hotel is full. Also i took picture of the aircond because someone else also mentioned, the aircond light is bright which is true. And we could not switch it off since it was not the original remote controller. We both use eye mask, hence it was ok.

This Chinese business hotel is decent overall. The location is quite convenient, and the rooms are clean and tidy. The breakfast was very much to our Chinese taste, with a good variety, including hot congee, which made for a very comfortable meal. The biggest drawback was the terrible soundproofing, which made our stay quite annoying. Every night around 10 or 11 PM, there would always be inconsiderate guests shouting and chatting loudly in the corridor, completely disregarding others' rest. In the mornings, various noises would start early, making it impossible to get good sleep. I honestly suggest the hotel put up ”no loud noise” signs in the hallways and manage guests a bit more in the evenings. Otherwise, no matter how good the breakfast is, with all this noise, the overall guest experience is really diminished.
