"This seems to be a brand new hostel. Everything is new, and after 11 PM, the owner (a woman) makes sure everyone is quiet, so you can sleep soundly. I'll definitely come again next time!"

"I really like the common areas and would sit here every night before going to bed. I stayed here for 3 nights. I usually stay up late and wake up early every day, but on the last day of my stay a female staff asked me if I was okay. Did I have a problem with resting? It was very impressive because the staff paid attention to the little things with the guests. The room may look small but it is suitable for a solo traveler. There may be a smell of paint. It is a smell from the hotel being new, but it is not a problem for my stay at all. I like having a washing machine and dryer for free, and of course I use it every day. If I have the chance I will definitely come back to stay."

"A beautiful hotel conveniently located near the airport. It was clean, and the linens were lovely – great bedding and towels. There wasn't a kettle in the room, but there's a coffee shop right next to the hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was good. Trip.com mentioned a buffet, but it was actually served as individual portions: milky rice porridge, scrambled eggs, ham, and vegetables. You could grab pastries and make coffee or tea at the counter. If I return, I'd definitely choose this hotel again."

"Everything was fine except for the payment process. It's really inconvenient when Trip.com charges your card, and then upon arrival, you have to pay the hotel again, with Trip.com eventually refunding the initial payment. Hotels with this payment method should just not be offered at all."

"I hope that in the future there will be clearer signage reminding guests to use the provided tongs and serving spoons when taking food from the buffet, or that staff can occasionally monitor the buffet area to ensure proper hygiene. Unfortunately, I completely lost my appetite after seeing some guests, specifically Indians, using their bare hands to take food, despite the serving utensils being readily available. I also noticed other guests looking on with visible discomfort. It was an unpleasant and unhygienic experience that detracted from what is otherwise a very nice 4-star hotel. In addition, the dining area was affected by a mix of very strong perfume and noticeable body odor from some guests, which made the breakfast experience even more unpleasant. While I understand the hotel cannot control personal grooming, maintaining a comfortable dining environment is important. I hope this issue can be addressed to help maintain the hygiene standards and dining experience that guests expect."

"Останавливался здесь на сутки и остался очень доволен. Хостел чистый, комнаты аккуратные, постельное бельё свежее. Особенно понравилась атмосфера — персонал дружелюбный, всегда помогал с вопросами и советами по городу. На кухне есть всё необходимое, интернет работал стабильно. Удобное расположение: рядом магазины, кафе и остановки транспорта. За свою цену — отличный вариант. Если ещё буду в Алматы, скорее всего остановлюсь здесь снова."

"Choosing this Chinese-run hotel while traveling was absolutely the right decision! All the staff are fellow countrymen, so communication was incredibly smooth, and they were very warm and attentive. The room was spotless, the bed was soft, and it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel's dining also exceeded expectations. The breakfast had a rich variety, with porridges, dim sum, and home-style dishes all available. The flavors were authentic, just like familiar home cooking, and it was all very palatable. The location is also good, convenient for getting around and shopping. The overall experience was excellent, it felt like finding a sense of belonging in a foreign land. I genuinely recommend it and will definitely choose to stay here again next time!"

"Everything was very nice and clean, the towels were perfectly clean and snow-white. The only downside was the mattress was very soft. It was uncomfortable to sleep in. It was good for 1-2 nights at most, but if you stay longer, you'll say goodbye to back pain. It was quiet, and the air above Al Farabi was wonderful. Thank you ❤️."

"I was very satisfied with my stay, especially with the service, cleanliness, and environment. When I told the owner I wanted to surprise my friend for their birthday the next day, they immediately arranged for their driver to take me to buy flowers. The next morning, they even specifically instructed the driver to cook longevity noodles for my friend. In the evening, they invited us to have a BBQ in the courtyard. Since we didn't have a local SIM card and couldn't call a taxi, we kept bothering the owner to call cabs for us, and they never seemed annoyed. The driver was also incredibly kind; he even helped me translate and bargain when I bought the flowers. I highly recommend this place!"

"For a three-star hotel, the room facilities are quite basic, but the price is really a great deal. The front desk staff are warm and attentive, and communicating in Chinese was absolutely no problem. The upgraded breakfast was pretty good, and the dishes at the downstairs restaurant were especially delicious. I'd definitely consider staying here again next time I'm in Almaty."
