The service was more than excellent, and all the staff were so friendly and helpful—we absolutely loved them! The view was superb and truly amazing. A special thank you to the whole crew for helping to celebrate my birthday and making it extra special. We really appreciate the thought and effort—love you all! ❤️ However, I feel that the overall ticketing system could be improved. The ticket only allowed us to ascend once, but unfortunately, the weather was bad when we went up. Although we were staying there, we were unable to go up again the next day when the weather had improved. We were told that we had to go all the way down to purchase another ticket. It would be much more convenient if there were a system that allowed hotel guests to re-enter when weather conditions prevent them from enjoying the view, or perhaps additional ticket counters at the property. This would make the experience much smoother for guests. Despite this, we really enjoyed our stay and were very impressed by the wonderful staff and breathtaking view!

A truly satisfying experience! Remember to contact the owner through the booking app before checking in – they respond super quickly. You enter through a building entrance, then follow the instructions to use the passcode to get into your room. The room itself is very clean and has a small kitchenette. It's even nicer than it looks in the pictures, and there are two large bottles of mineral water provided. A special shout-out to the landlady – she's incredibly warm and hospitable. Even though our English wasn't great, she was very patient. Seriously, a fantastic experience! Highly recommend!!

This is the snowy mountain view from Boss Xue's B&B. The room is very clean. The owner, originally from Gansu, is dedicated to running this B&B. The rooms are clean and all toiletries are provided. Highly recommend for self-driving travelers, as the B&B is spacious and offers free parking. The owner provides breakfast and can also exchange currency for you, which is very convenient. As the owner says, 'It's like home away from home.' **Please note: There's no en-suite bathroom, but for this price, what more could you ask for?** The room is very large, and you don't need a travel adapter. The owner is warm and hospitable! Recommended.

Almaty is our starting point for world travels, and we always stay at the Tahar Hotel whenever we're in Almaty. There are many positives: 1) It's within walking distance of Almaty-2 railway station, which is important for us as we arrive by train. 2) The location in the city center is excellent. It's close to major attractions and metro stations. There are plenty of currency exchange offices, cafes, and a Magnum supermarket right next door. 3) Flexible check-in. This is a fantastic option and quite rare! The 24-hour period starts from your check-in time, so whether we arrive at 6 AM or 10 PM, we can check in immediately and have the room for 24 hours. This is super convenient for travelers! 4) The room has everything needed for a short stay: a TV, refrigerator, kettle, dining utensils, and toiletries. 5) The rooms have been recently renovated. We stayed before the renovation, and the difference is significant. 6) Friendly staff. They are always helpful and offer advice. Thank you, ladies! Of course, there are some minor downsides, but for us, they are negligible and can be overlooked. We recommend Tahar Hotel for short stays!

My name is Jomhey and im a solo traveler. Ive stayed for 4 days and i can say the place is totally great and safe, the staff is nice and the rooms are very clean specially the toilet and washroom and the prices is reasonably cheap. I highly recommend it to you guys and try what i experience. Have a good travel 😊

It's important to note that this is a room in a large two-story apartment. We didn't fully understand this when we checked in. The owners themselves live in the apartment. They are Chinese. Our room wasn't locked, but no one touched our belongings, so it was safe. The rooms are spacious, but the floors are dusty, so you can't walk around without slippers. The room doesn't have a separate refrigerator and doesn't have a lock, but it does have air conditioning.

Заселялись в 2 ночи, были голодные после перелета, хозяин без вопросов нас очень вкусно накормил и сделал это бесплатно, было очень мило. Дом большой и красивый, из окна видно горы. Готовят очень вкусно и много, не наестся невозможно. Кровать была просто невероятно мягкая, и подушка и одеяло, я отлично выспалась. Очень рекомендую!
