"As usual the service was great apart from the room allocated was an end room, which doesn’t really like. The toilet was smaller as it was also near the staircase had a corning chopped off. If we are allocated again will definitely change it. The desk top was really clean as i use a piece of cleaner and there was lots of dirty on it, this was a bit disappointed. As usual the bellboys were amazing."

"We booked the 3-day, 2-night all-inclusive package for two, which included unlimited access to Spaceship Park and Ocean Kingdom. The hotel room was incredibly spacious and spotless, designed with a delightful, child-friendly theme. Hotel service was exceptional, with staff being consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive. Spaceship Park is conveniently located right inside the hotel, making access incredibly easy. Getting to Ocean Kingdom from the Spaceship Hotel was also a breeze, with a shuttle bus service that takes only about 5 minutes. The Chimelong Show on the first day was absolutely breathtaking. Day two at Ocean Kingdom offered a fantastic blend of marine animal performances and numerous thrilling rides, appealing to both adults and children. We enjoyed a perfect balance, switching between the attractions and watching the shows when we needed a break – just be sure to keep an eye on the showtimes! Day three was dedicated to Spaceship Park, an ideal spot for kids to learn about marine life and even get up close with the magnificent orcas, truly the 'kings of the ocean'! A huge plus is that the entire park is indoors, so you're completely sheltered from wind, rain, or intense sun. Overall, this 3-day, 2-night getaway was incredibly enjoyable and entirely stress-free!"

"The hotel's location is its absolute strongest point. Just across the road from the entrance, the border crossing is to your left, and the high-speed train station is to your right. Plus, there's a massive shopping mall right downstairs, offering endless retail options. The room was exquisitely clean and tastefully appointed. This includes thoughtful items like makeup remover wipes for women, hair ties, and even disposable earplugs. I was very satisfied with the service. Thank you! **Praises:** I arrived at the hotel around 12 PM, and the entire Front Office team gave an excellent overall impression. From the moment I entered, most of the staff seemed perceptive, professional, and courteous. I'd like to give a special shout-out to the female staff member who checked me in (the one with long, radiant-looking hair). Her tone was gentle, she returned my documents with both hands, and her communication was impeccably professional and polite, truly meeting 5-star hotel standards. The male staff member with glasses standing next to her was also very good; he seemed to be a new front desk agent and appeared genuinely sincere. The female staff member with glasses nearby also made a good impression, exuding a sophisticated demeanor. This morning, I checked out and was assisted by the same female staff member who helped me yesterday. I could tell she is a person of genuinely high caliber! Yesterday around noon, the door on the 2nd floor leading to the mall was broken. Initially, I thought I couldn't figure out how to open it and even tried swiping my room card. Later, I sought help from the greeter (with a slightly plump build) standing at the entrance of the Shanhai Tower Chinese Restaurant. She initially said it should open... but then proactively walked with us to the door, and indeed, it couldn't be opened! The fact that she accompanied us there was very kind and helpful, especially since it was quite a distance. Many thanks to her again! Yesterday afternoon, I left the hotel around 2 PM, and this morning, I departed around 7 AM. The security guards at the entrance were all very pleasant and proactive in their service, even stepping forward to help close car doors. Thank you to them! **Conclusion:** The Front Office is very well managed, exhibiting a rigorous work ethic. Most staff members are perceptive and professional. The entire team seems cohesive and free of internal politics. **Drawback:** The hotel staff's name tags are extremely small, making it impossible to read their names. :) Overall, I'm very satisfied! The vanity also came well-stocked with toiletries, showing great attention to guest comfort. Beyond the excellent facilities, Lishang Hotel's service is equally commendable. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. Ms. Nini, in particular, was exceptionally helpful, offering enthusiastic travel advice and assisting me in planning my itinerary, which quickly allowed me to discover Zhuhai's must-see attractions. However, the front desk staff's attitude and professionalism were severely lacking. During check-in, I vaguely remembered some complimentary perks with my booking (having made multiple reservations, the details were a bit fuzzy) and inquired about them. I was told there were none. Later, around 7 PM, I discovered my reservation *did* include afternoon tea. Upon approaching the front desk again, their response was extremely unhelpful and brusque, insisting I go to the bar counter myself to sort it out. This was something that could easily have been handled with a quick phone call from their end. Once at the bar, I found most of the advertised items were unavailable. Despite being advertised as a 'choice of six,' there was practically nothing to choose from. If the hotel isn't genuinely prepared to offer afternoon tea, it would be better not to advertise it at all, saving both guests and staff unnecessary hassle."

"The bed is very comfortable ! Staffs are friendly . And it is such a great deal including two theme park tickets for two . Good to dinner next to the cute penguin 🐧. Wish it is cleaner , but understand it is for email with toddler so lot of food stains at most seats and rugs . Next time would like to try the newer spaceship hotel?"
