"**💡Ambiance:** Rooms in popular tourist destinations typically experience high occupancy, leading to more wear and tear. While not brand new, the hotel's predominantly white design is surprisingly well-maintained, which is quite commendable. The bedding was fresh and clean, free from any strange odors, and didn't cause any skin irritation. **👯♂️Service:** The staff demonstrated excellent service awareness. It's clear the manager is deeply committed to running the hotel and fostering positive guest relationships, always striving to resolve any issues. The housekeeping staff were also incredibly diligent; I often observed them meticulously cleaning and tidying up when passing by. **📍Location:** The hotel is situated right inside the scenic area, making it very family-friendly, especially with children. In the mornings, the kids were taken out for a stroll while we enjoyed some extra sleep at the hotel. Shared electric scooters and tricycles are readily available right outside the entrance, offering very convenient transportation. **🚘Parking:** There are only two 'first-come, first-served' parking spaces directly in front of the hotel. However, the hotel does provide a dedicated parking lot about a ten-minute walk away. When we needed to retrieve our car, the lovely manager kindly lent us an electric bike to ride to the parking lot. I'd suggest the hotel consider offering a shuttle service to and from the remote parking lot. This would be incredibly convenient, as guests typically rely on tricycles or shared e-scooters for getting around the area, meaning there's often no need to drive once parked. With light rail construction ongoing nearby, driving can also be very congested. We didn't use our car at all after parking it for the duration of our stay. A parking shuttle service from the hotel would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐Overall, our stay was very positive. The convenient transportation options significantly enhanced our travel experience."

"This five-star rating is genuinely earned, not inflated or requested by the front desk. I've noticed many hotel front desks ask guests to give them a perfect score, but this one didn't. The hotel's location is excellent, right next to a bustling market street. It has two adjacent parking lots, which is very convenient for those traveling by car; a kindergarten is located between them. The room was spotless, equipped with a smart assistant, and they even offered robot delivery for takeaways. All the toiletries had a pleasant orange scent. Key card access is required for the elevators. The surrounding area is packed with all sorts of eateries and snack shops, offering everything from beef hotpot to raw fish congee. A fruit dessert shop is just across the street. Service was generally satisfactory. There's a gym and free laundry facilities on the second floor. It should be quite close to Paifang Street, but unfortunately, we encountered a typhoon, so we only stayed for one night before heading to our next destination."

"This was probably my favorite hotel during my seven week trip around China. I had the third-floor room with view of the lake and a bathtub in my room. The bed and pillows was extremely comfortable. The hotel provided plenty of bottle water and gave a gift of fruit upon arrival. The price quality ratio was better than expected. The staff were very kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"A friend from Shantou came to Chaozhou for a visit and decided to stay overnight. At about 10 o'clock in the evening, he hurriedly booked Apartment 2808 on Ctrip. Unexpectedly, the apartment manager was also enthusiastic and diligent. He assured us that we could check in in 10 minutes. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were full of surprises. The kitchen, refrigerator, washing machine, and Gongfu tea set were all available. The room was tidy and clean, and even the bathroom was clean and reflective. The bathroom was fully equipped with disposable toiletries. The home hardware was purchased from big brands with quality assurance, such as TOTO's bathroom. His mattress was actually a Slumberland mattress (PS: soft and comfortable, the experience is simply too good to sleep)... When I got up in the morning, Chaozhou was still raining heavily😂, but I also saw a different rainy scene of Guangji Bridge through the floor-to-ceiling windows of the apartment. The misty Guangji Bridge was like a landscape ink painting with heavy makeup and light makeup, which was also an unexpected gain😄"

"Location: The location is superb! It's right at the entrance of Paifang Street, just a short walk across a traffic light. There's also a night market conveniently located directly behind the hotel. For those arriving from Chaoshan Station, a tourist bus is available, and its stop is a mere 60 meters from the hotel. Ambiance: The hotel boasts a very welcoming and clean atmosphere. My friend and I booked a double room, which was on the second floor. The second-floor courtyard features a lovely tea-making area and beautiful ginkgo trees for guests to admire. Each room's doorway is also charmingly adorned with a miniature bronze replica of Guangji Tower. Room: Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and simply yet tastefully furnished. It was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. They also thoughtfully provide self-service laundry facilities, which is a great bonus."

The boss will send you the location of the public parking lot in advance, so it is easy to park and only about a hundred or two hundred meters away on foot. "The room is next to the roadside, but it is not very noisy. The B&B is located in the ancient city. There is an open-air platform on the third floor, where you can drink tea and chat at night. The boss and the landlady are very hospitable to guests. I arrived too late and was not familiar with the surrounding area. I was a little hungry. The landlady immediately found some unopened biscuits for me to eat. I originally wanted to stay the next day, but unfortunately I had already booked on the platform. The rooms are full, so I have to find another place to stay. Next time I have the opportunity to go to the ancient city, I still want to stay there."

"Our room was spacious and immaculate, with beautiful traditional Chinese aesthetics incorporated throughout. The small courtyard was tranquil and offered a truly relaxing ambiance. The butler service was excellent; they proactively contacted us a day in advance to help reserve a convenient parking space right at the entrance. The complimentary breakfast, served at 'Shibazhu Yujiao' (just a five-minute walk away), was absolutely delicious. We also appreciated the thoughtful self-service laundry and drying facilities. A lovely touch was the complimentary Dancong Duck **** Fragrance tea bags provided in the room, complete with a professional tea set and table for brewing. Highly recommended!"

"This designated five-star hotel is conveniently located very close to Shantou Station. Both the exterior and the lobby are quite grand, and the service is excellent. I even added a front desk staff member on WeChat, who proactively offered to arrange my drop-off at the station, which was very thoughtful. Upon entering the lobby, there was an unpleasant odor, which felt like a damp and musty smell from old carpets. I'd suggest they use an air freshener or air purifier in the lobby to alleviate this. While the room facilities were a bit dated, the cleanliness was decent. The gym and outdoor swimming pool looked quite appealing, and I'd be keen to try them out on a future stay."
