Everything worked as it should, good AC (not too loud during the night), good water pressure, big enough room, daily water bottles, curtains that cover well. Entrance to 2 subway lines right at hotel entrance. I'd definitely return.

+ Great location, subway entrance is at 20 meters from the hotel. + Good Chinese breakfast. + Room is comfy and has a great view (21st floor). - Even though the staff is friendly, professional and dedicated, they don't speak english. Translator apps work well but so those who seek direct english conversation it could be an issue. - Really bad soundproofing of the room. I could hear my neighbor discussions.

We didn't like the cigarette smell in the room. In general, the carpets  should be changed in this hotel, they were old and dirty in the room and in the hallways as well, the cigarette smell will never go away otherwise. Besides that, the room was clean, the beds were comfy, the city view was great.

I picked this hotel because the rooms specifically said non smoking.  The rooms all smelled of cigarette smoke and looked worn.  Don’t believe their high reviews.  Non smoking was a lie and people were smoking in the rooms.  I had to move out after the second day and booked another hotel due to the smell.  We booked 4 rooms and each room smelled.

Service was exceptional. Friendly staff and helpful. I struggled but they were so helpful. I recommend it. 10/10 excellent service

I stayed here for work. The hotel was built nearly 10 years ago, but it was very clean and comfortable. My purpose was to go to Huaqiangbei. It was one station away and not noisy. (Maybe it was because I was on a higher floor.) The breakfast had a good selection of hot and cold dishes. I would like to stay here again. Thanks a lot.

The room is high up, with a great view and convenient transportation, right outside your door to Metro Lines 3 and 6. The room is spacious, bright, and clean, with central air conditioning and free parking. 🅿️ The service was friendly, and you can even customize your pillow!

The environment was more comfortable than expected, clean and convenient, and very close to the subway station. On a busy Saturday, the room rate was only over HK$400, including breakfast for two, which was a great value.

During the May Day Golden Week, I went on a 2-day and 1-night tour to Shenzhen with my family! Many accommodation places were full, so I finally found this hotel, which made me rediscover the concept of "hotel" as an accommodation place! It feels very good. The subway station is right next to the hotel, which is very convenient. There is also a McDonald's next to the lobby. If you don't want to eat out at night, it is also a good choice for midnight snacks! The staff were also very friendly and answered questions with a good attitude! Although the room environment is relatively old and the lighting is dim, , it is already as good as we imagined. It is very clean and there is no garbage left on the floor! The hotel also provides a breakfast buffet in the morning, which is quite rich! ! In a word, I am very satisfied with the hotel accommodation. The price is reasonable and not expensive. My family also likes it. It is worth recommending! 

Booked this hotel for a concert. The hotel is in a great location. There is a subway station right outside the door. It is very convenient to get to the stadium in one stop. There is a small park next to the hotel for a walk. McDonald's on the first floor is open 24 hours a day. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and they also gave gifts for concert support. The room is on a high floor with a good view, clean and comfortable, and cost-effective. It is worth recommending!
