Anji Sky Land Squirrel Tribe Hotel

I stayed in a family room with my child for two days. There were toothbrushes and small toilets for children. I really liked the children's bed in the room, as well as the climbing ladder and rocking horse. When I checked in, there was also a butler service. Our butler was Zhang Dengzhan, who was very nice. He gave two toys to the children, and they couldn't put them down and took them home. When we went to the scenic spot, the butler also helped to call a car and carry luggage. The service was great. What I like most is their breakfast, which is rich and colorful, and there is food for young children. There is also a squirrel tribe next to the hotel. When I arrived on the first day, I was afraid that the children would be tired by car and didn't go to the scenic spot. I played in the squirrel tribe for an afternoon. There were little squirrels, little rabbits, peacocks, and slides for children to play, excavators, etc. The children had a lot of fun. This time I went to Yunshang, the children had a lot of fun. They didn't complain about being tired after running all day, and kept saying that they wanted to play. The rest in the hotel was also great. In short, it was worth the money.
KE GAMER

Lingfeng Tourist Resort
Travelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed! We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving. One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home. Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

Recommended by locals, it is said to be ranked first in Pujiang. Bring your children here to play during the May Day holiday. The room is clean and tidy, mainly European style. The customer service brother also provided good service and sent the children's toiletries. The shower 🚿water temperature is a bit hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust. The swimming pool is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a bit low. Many pools are not open, and I didn't go to soak, which was a waste
West Lake Ele Jane Hotel (Longjing Guiyu Branch)

West Lake, Lingyin Temple Scenic Area
Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

mixed review. some really excellent points and then some real improvement needed too. excellent: the food and beverage manager and restaurant staff were always friendly and the food was excellent (though I think the price of a beverages is outrageous). the Thai curry is highly recommended. the pools and spa pools are great the room is nice and the whole building is beautiful. a birthday cake and card to celebrate was very special and thoughtful. to improve: the cocktails we're awful each time we tried a new one...the ingredients were listed but not all present in the drink the check in and checkout - first and last impressions need to be improved. check in we didn't receive a friendly smile to guide us to the counter, check out was a long queue during the busy time, more shuttle cars are required, we had several 20-30minutes wait times and guests act a bit silly and selfish, pushing to get on the shuttle bus even when families with small children where waiting longer. it was 40degrees Celsius so walking was not a safe option. I had to call three times to get housekeeping on the first day and was told usually housekeeping only come every second day, which doesn't make sense. I don't need my bed made or towels changed, but I do need the trash removed daily. a bit of a strange policy for a pretty expensive hotel. the play are for kids is nice and the staff are generally friendly and patient. very mixed review I'm afraid.

My friend has stayed here before. I heard that the hotel environment and service are very good. I recommend this hotel. This time, I booked a room with hot springs and breakfast for my husband's anniversary. Before I came, I saw on the Internet that the transportation was not very convenient, but on the day we checked in, the front desk of the hotel was very considerate and sent a group check-in guide. According to the guide, the hotel is just beside the main road. You can drive to the hotel's underground parking lot and the elevator goes directly to the lobby, which is very convenient. When I arrived at the lobby, the front desk staff led me through the entire check-in process and was moved by the hotel's beautiful environment and service concept. I took photos throughout the whole process, and it was a scene at every step. It can be said that it is the hot spring hotel with the best environment in Hangzhou. The raw materials of the guest rooms show that the owner really wants to build a good hotel. I used the hot spring voucher, bought a dinner voucher online, and experienced the traditional Chinese massage (highly recommended, visceral massage can regulate sub-health). The salt bath is also very unique. After the experience, I feel that the cost performance of the entire hotel is still very high.

My husband and I stayed here with our 18m old daughter for a couple of nights in July and had a wonderful time. The owners and their daughter were incredibly welcoming and friendly along with all the staff who you can communicate with promptly via WeChat. The food was delicious, the noodles at lunch were exquisite and they were always happy to accommodate and prepare delicious and healthy food for our daughter too. They have big vessels of plum wine you can purchase to take home which was such a great way to remember our stay there. The hotel has a small selection of unique rooms, we stayed in the one with a built in hot tub which the whole family enjoyed. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful, there are a selection of romantic and picturesque dining locations. We are looking forward to returning in the winter to make use of the hot springs. The pool was lovely and warm and very close to the room so in the evening we could leave our daughter to sleep in the room and take a swim, listening to the frogs talk to each other. There was no fridge in the room and so the staff allowed us to keep a cake we brought in the fridge in the kitchen. They recommend to bring fruits/snacks with you and we also stopped by the roadside on the way to the hotel to pick up a basket of local peaches that tasted delicious. I was pregnant and we have a small toddler and it was the perfect place to relax and enjoy family time.

Overall stay was nice in the hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast had many western and Chinese options, which were good. Our package included indoor hot-spring experience which was suitable considering the cold weather outside. Only disappointment was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' which was included in the package while booking from trip.com. In trip.com under package details it was mentioned that it was a scenic stop/park and we thought entry to that place is free but additional rides are payable. This information was absolutely misleading as after wasting lot of time, the information we received (after calling the provided contact number, talking with Hotel staff) was 'Nausicaa of the Wind Tour Ticket' was not located in or nearby the hotel but was in a totally far-off place. No clear information was provided by calling the contact number on how to use the offer as mentioned in trip.com booked package description. Either trip.com should remove that offer or provide a clear description about the location of that place, with pictures if possible, otherwise people will feel lucrative about the offer and go for the booking which actually is misleading.

I literally hate when I book a room looking at the picture and get something different in reality. I’m a fan of hotsprings , and when I planned this little getaway with my husband, the room with a private outdoor soaking tub caught my eye. According to the photos on Trip.com , the room had a spacious terrace and a cozy corner soaking tub. When we arrived , they gave us some middle room and the soaking tub was right next to neighbors’ one, separated by a short see-through fence, as if we were supposed to bathe all together. When my husband pointed this out to the front desk , they made up some excuse how all the rooms have the same photo on the website and how they can’t change our room saying someone already booked that better room. I can’t confirm but I had a feeling they were lying because I never saw anyone on the terrace of that room. This unpleasant experience aside, the hotel territory is lovely , they have a glamping area and the swimming pool. Very suitable for families to enjoy . We had a dinner in their restaurant and it was delicious . The Chinese traditional breakfast was included in the room price , it was very fresh and good as well. So in the end I’d still recommend this hotel but if you have a choice better not come during national holidays .
