This B&B must be seriously reviewed. The humane proprietress and her family made our trip a different kind of joy. It is not far from the tofu shop by car, and there are enough parking spaces at the door. The proprietress is an extraordinary cook. She cooked simple fried eggs with tomatoes, dried bamboo shoots and green peppers to make them fresh and delicious, and the three-yellow chicken was even more delicious. You can also go to KTV, soak in hot springs, drink and barbecue at night. The point is that the store owner's family did not take profit as the focus of many B&Bs, but made people feel at home. I will recommend relatives and friends to play here, and I hope I will have the opportunity to stay again

The room is big and the mountain air is very good. This village is located in the inner part and is not as noisy as Yu Village. Although the B&B is right on the roadside, there are not many cars and it is relatively quiet. Breakfast is basically self-produced and self-sold. The bamboo shoots are dug from the mountains, the pickles and dried radishes are pickled by ourselves, and the green rice dumplings with meat are also made by ourselves. They taste very good. The first dinner was at a famous hotel and the taste was pretty good. The price is acceptable. However, it was more cost-effective to eat at nearby restaurants in the next two days. Overall, it's a good place to relax. It would be more fun in summer
It was a trip with a full experience. The park has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and first-class service. Special thanks to the customer service Xiaoyue for her first-class service. I left something in the room after checking out, and I didn't know it myself. She called several times to confirm and helped me to express it. The shuttle bus service was also very good, and every driver had a very good attitude.

The room was comfortable and the service was thoughtful. Each room was given a coffee coupon and welcome fruit. The peaches were delicious. There is also intimate afternoon tea. This bowl of mung bean soup is really delicious. The homestay has its own stream, which is super convenient and will not be crowded. Dinner was booked in advance, the chicken soup and old tofu were very good and tasted very good. I also gave a souvenir when I checked out, and I was very patient with the children.

A 5* hotel for Chinese customers, not international guests.
The hotel facilities are really nice with nice bedrooms and the park around the hotel is a real plus. They also propose a lot of activities. On that side, this is up to intercontinental standards or even above.
However, there were 3 points that were disappointing and for us are not up to standards for a 5 stars hotel:
- no English-speaking staff is not acceptable for an international brand. We could not communicate at the reception or restaurant.
- it is mentioned 4 restaurants are open on the website and in the public area (1 Japanese, 1 Chinese, 1 buffet and 1 international) while actually only 2 were opened : the Chinese and international one. The latter is not up to international standard: no dessert menu, drinks menu only available in Chinese and the quality was average at best.
- Service for food and drinks is generally speaking very slow (1h to get hamburger while being the only customer/ +30mn to get drinks at the bar) even though the staff is nice.

As someone who always automatically confirms receipt of goods on Taobao, I really want to give the boss a big praise this time! ! ! Staying here is also a coincidence. It may be because the owner's hotel has just opened and there are not many reviews from guests. Our original plan was to only travel to one hotel. The other one we searched on Ctrip had more positive reviews than this one, so we did not decide on this one. . After hearing our travel plan, my sister wanted to go with us, but the B&B we booked had no rooms, so we searched Ctrip again, and then we booked a room at the boss’s house. It turned out that the boss saved my life! Our family of four lives in another home and they told me that we can only accommodate two persons, one large and one small, in one room at most, and if there is an additional room, we will have to pay extra! This is really the first time I have encountered this when I stayed in a hotel! I had no choice but to send the boss to my sister's place overnight! My sister's two adults and three children plus my eldest's four children stayed in a standard room with two 1.5-meter beds! The boss didn't tell us that a room could only accommodate three people, but instead treated us warmly! It was already around eight o'clock when our boss delivered it. The children wanted to play on the trampoline in the yard, and the boss even turned on the lights in the yard for us. I have to say, the room is really clean! We arrived in the evening, and the boss turned on the air conditioner in the afternoon. Everything from towels to bedding was excellent! Really feel at home! It's just that I didn't take photos of the room, I only took photos of the yard. I had no choice but to ask the boss for two photos to evaluate. The breakfast the next morning was very rich, and there were 6 of them eating breakfast. The boss specially arranged a round table, served breakfast again, and did not ask us to pay more for breakfast. On the other hand, when we went down in the morning, the three of us were told that the breakfast for another person was It’s a gift, and it’s different from us! ! I will definitely recommend Amway to this store with my friends! Come again next year!
PS: My niece was doing homework in the hall, and the boss turned on the lights and air conditioner. Thank you very much!

The experience of staying at Qiandao Lake Sheraton completely refreshed my expectations for resort hotels! The room is very large, with a warm and modern layout. The floor-to-ceiling windows face the beautiful scenery of Qiandao Lake. In the morning, I make a cup of coffee by the window and watch the mist on the lake, as if I were in an ink painting. Such a view is definitely worth the room price!
Breakfast is definitely a surprise-from Chinese freshly made dim sum, black rice balls, to Western exquisite dessert tables, there are many choices to start the day in a good mood! I also want to praise the caring housekeeper Cora Pan. From the itinerary suggestions before check-in to the warm greetings every day, the service is meticulous and makes people feel warm like a friend!
The high-speed rail station shuttle service provided by the hotel is also a super plus! It saves the trouble of dragging luggage around. The overall experience is impeccable. It is definitely a highlight memory of the trip to Qiandao Lake. I strongly recommend it to all relatives who pursue quality and service.

The hotel has a good location and convenient transportation. It is right on the edge of Provincial Highway 304 and is very suitable for self-driving tours. The room is facing the mountain, and next to the hotel is the Yaowu Scenic Area, with beautiful scenery. The room is relatively new overall and clean and tidy. I was particularly satisfied with the hot springs. I chose a lavender pool. The fragrance was fresh and the temperature was suitable. I lay down and enjoyed the warmth. After soaking, I took a steamer. It was so comfortable. The check-in experience was great!

In winter, I wanted to go to the hot springs, and I searched online for this hot spring private hot spring homestay in Nanxun Ancient Town. I decided to stay at this homestay because I could both soak in the hot springs and visit the ancient town. The ladies at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. I arrived at the ancient town at night, and the ladies at the front desk had already boiled the hot water for the private hot spring for me, and turned on the air conditioner in the room. After dinner, it was just right to take a beautiful private hot spring bath. Moreover, this homestay is along the lake, and you can enjoy the fireworks of the ancient town while eating breakfast in the morning.
Stayed for the second time. This homestay is by the stream. The surrounding trees are evergreen, and people are comfortable and comfortable here. I upgraded the duplex room and the stairs were quite good. The height of the Taiwan level is just 👍
Facilities can be added. The room we stayed in, I think there is a small table missing, it is not convenient for me and my friends to drink tea. In addition, the water valve in the washbasin is also a bit loose. Everything else is quite good, next time I go to Kaihua, I will stay at this homestay.

WWorldCitizen101Highly Recommended! The hotel offers what it promises and provides quality service with exceptional views!
Location ⭐️
Perfectly nested in the picturesque Anji natural landscape! Ridiculously close to the tele cabins to Skyland- which is an adventure land park/hiking/ skiing:
Cleanliness ⭐️
The room was very clean and nicely set up. Everything was carefully designed and hygienic.
Staff ⭐️
Very helpful! (Despite my limited Chinese). We got an upgrade and lots of smiles!!
We definitely recommend to friends!
GGuest UserTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.
GGuest UserRecommended by locals, it is said to be ranked first in Pujiang. Bring your children here to play during the May Day holiday. The room is clean and tidy, mainly European style. The customer service brother also provided good service and sent the children's toiletries. The shower 🚿water temperature is a bit hot and cold, and it is difficult to adjust. The swimming pool is good, and the outdoor hot spring is a bit low. Many pools are not open, and I didn't go to soak, which was a waste
AAnonymous UserIt was overall an alright stay, don’t expect Japanese standards. Apparently they had a soft opening period and just opened on April 15. You can see that things aren’t running so smoothly yet, trip.com shows that spa needs to be booked a day in advance, but on WeChat they said no reservations required and we can use anytime. The second day we wanted to use the spa our second time, and was told by a staff we couldn’t use it again, which we were confused about. Later other staff said we could.
The spa itself had spectacular views, but the outdoor pool weirdly had half eaten and rotten apples floating around. After talking to the spa staff they said it was for aesthetic purposes and guests must have eaten them without knowing that. Worrying hygiene standards 😨 apart from that overall hygiene seems to be alright.
All rooms have our own private courtyard so there are two doors, the main wooden door and then the glass door to our actual room. The main wooden door broke down twice - we couldn’t lock it (more like they didn’t fix the problem fully the first time), which wasted our time as we had to sit around to watch the maintenance staff fixing our door.
Breakfast was okay but half the dishes were way too salty for my taste. Weird mix of “Western”, “Japanese” and Chinese dishes. Cheaper to buy on the spot (168 yuan as of today).
Service was not up to the standard of a hotel of this price point. The staff welcoming us seems like she was reading from a script, we couldn’t hear half the time even after asking her to enunciate clearer twice. Felt like they were here to monitor us more than take care of us. Instead of “how may I help you?”, they actually responded “what’s wrong?” on two separate occasions. I don’t think this is acceptable! Some staff also do not greet guests properly.
SSusanEle Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

Excellent
GGuest UserLocated in a village near Cicheng, it is about half an hour's drive from downtown Ningbo and about two hours from Shanghai. It is a quiet and convenient location.
The housekeeper will contact in advance to confirm the dinner and bathing time. The special bathing pool is by appointment, which is basically a private bath experience. It is very comfortable.
The restaurant tastes good, the stir-fried asparagus is very tender, and a bowl of glutinous rice balls was given when checking in during the Lantern Festival, which is very considerate.
It is very comfortable to stroll around the bamboo forest pond in the village in the morning. The rape flowers are about to bloom recently, and it is a good place for leisure and vacation.
GGuest UserBring your baby to Shaoxing, the hotel upgraded our room for one day for free. Welcome fruit, dessert every day, butler service is very timely. Especially this housekeeper Xiao Ni. The hotel's Chinese restaurant for dinner is not expensive, there is a small zoo and horse riding 😀. The lawn is very large and suitable for outdoor. The hotel is very large, and there are many places such as the wine cellar that I don't have time to visit because I have a baby. I will come again next time.
GGuest UserIt was a trip with a full experience. The park has a beautiful environment, fresh air, and first-class service. Special thanks to the customer service Xiaoyue for her first-class service. AAnonymous UserWhen I booked the hotel, I just thought it was in the scenic area, which was convenient for my dad to visit. When I checked in, my eyes lit up. The Chinese-style decoration in the room was elegant and comfortable, the facilities were clean and considerate, the service was thoughtful and warm, and the large windows in the room were full of greenery, surrounded by rocks, gurgling hot springs, and koi fish. It was full of poetry, which made us linger and savor it for a long time!
LLawrenceThis place is really beautiful. And it's close to Xiang Lake which I think is worth visiting besides the famous West Lake. We had a very comfortable stay there. Rooms are clean n spacious. But their central warming system turned the place really warm during the night. So much so we have to open the window to let cold air in to cool the room. The air conditioning can't cool it down enough.
For service I'll give it 4 stars given this is 5 star hotel. So I have higher expectation. The counter staff when we checked in that night did not give a good first impression. She wasn't rude n in fact was courteous in her words but I couldn't feel it in her tone or body language, something like coming out of a robot. I felt that in other service staff in other places too. But fortunately the other staff we encountered the next day wasn't like this. We can feel the warmth in their tone. And the next day during breakfast, there is no service at all. No one to bring us to the table. No one to clear our table. Nor anyone asked if we want any drink. The two staff in the restaurant stick together n stand around a pillar n will move together once in a while to clear tables after a table left. Otherwise they will stand there chatting.
So, except a little service lapses, this hotel is definitely worth staying when you are in Hangzhou.
