According to the guide, the hotel is just beside the main road. You can drive to the hotel's underground parking lot and the elevator goes directly to the lobby, which is very convenient. I took photos throughout the whole process, and it was a scene at every step. It can be said that it is the hot spring hotel with the best environment in Hangzhou. The raw materials of the guest rooms show that the owner really wants to build a good hotel. I used the hot spring voucher, bought a dinner voucher online, and experienced the traditional Chinese massage (highly recommended, visceral massage can regulate sub-health). The salt bath is also very unique. After the experience, I feel that the cost performance of the entire hotel is still very high.

The breakfast is really too simple, there are not many varieties, and I can’t see what to eat after looking around. The service is still quite polite. Finally, I couldn’t understand why I had to pay a deposit. I stayed in several hotels during the Chinese New Year. Many of them had food in the rooms and drinks in the refrigerators, but they didn’t charge a deposit. However, this hotel was empty and had nothing in it, but they charged a deposit.…Since I live near a scenic spot and there is not much to eat nearby during the Chinese New Year, I couldn’t find anything in the hotel when I was hungry at night. The room delivery service ended at 8:30, and there was no takeout nearby. Many businesses were closed. I think the hotel can really provide some snacks in the room according to its own situation.

It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China. All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

We were planning to stay for 1 night, but ended up staying for 3. I especially appreciated that the hotel provided wheelchair for my elderly parent to use during our stay. Thanks to the wheelchai ruse, my dad was able to visit more sites. Thank you so much for the unexpected service. Our courtyard hot spring room was huge, and the private hot spring pool was very convenient.

We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.

This resort was the perfect getaway for my family. Surrounded by beautiful mountains, bamboo forests, rivers, and tea plantations, it was the picture of serenity and calm. A perfect family resort with great facilities and play areas for my son and relaxing seated areas for adults to relax whilst the kids enjoy themselves. The staff here is super friendly and helpful and the food and bbq areas are great. Look forward to visiting again in the future.

You can walk all the way to the reservoir along the winding country road at the door. The driving is smooth all the way. Although there are continuous bends, there is no need to worry at all. It was a good choice to come to Nanxun this time. The homestay we stayed in was also very good. It was on the riverside of Baijianlou. We stayed in a room facing the river and could see the river when we opened the window. The room was also very clean and the breakfast was delicious. When we arrived in Nanxun, the weather suddenly turned cold, and she helped us turn on the air conditioner and heater in advance. It was a very good experience. The Jiangnan water town is full of beautiful scenery.

Super big room with nice view! Super awesome coming at low peak season. Only item is probably the lights are turn on slightly late. We saw a few ppl riding in the dark. Quite dangerous since cars are travelling in low lights. Feedback to staff and they mention they will bring this to the in charge to adjust the light timing

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

Breakfast was good and the food and drinks on the menu were really affordable. The main reason to come here is the water park. Our balcony faced directly in the park, which is clean and pretty good fun. Crowded on the weekends! Make sure your room reservation includes tickets. We didn’t realize we had to pay extra and had to purchase tickets on both days. There is no additional pool available, so there is not much to do if you don’t use the water park. There is very little else in walking distance of the hotel, but we did find a few nice little restaurants. Best to come with a car or make friends with a local taxi driver, as we did!

Location at the end of a tea hill valley within nature is very beautiful . Service and food are very good and staff is lovely, also with the kids. It can be the perfect getaway for some night/long weekend. BUT ! Currently (beginning of October 2023) there is a lot of ongoing construction in the hotel area. In total three construction sites with heavy impact on view, piece and quiet of the countryside hotel. Especially the rooms/villas located on the hill are impacted. Hotel staff was lovely to find a solution and alternative room. Rooms in the main building are less/not impacted from noise, but didn’t fit perfectly our needs as family of four and they are lacking the Mountain view (construction view). Looks like construction will last for a while… Hotel management should be transparent and inform in advance about the ongoing construction. After construction is finished it can be paradise again…

The children are very happy to see that the animals can't move their legs haha; there are also indoor and outdoor children's parks to play (free); the hotel has a Chinese restaurant and a buffet. We had meals in the hotel, and the taste was pretty good; there are also large fireworks 🎆 to watch at night. I must stay here for two days next time hehe.
