-The staffs are very friendly. Even though English is not their first language, they utilize translation app and enjoy the conversation with the guests. Very open-minded. -The room is super clean. -The location is a bit away from the historical area (30mins+ on foot) but you can enjoy the local life along the way to the area. It was my first trip to Laos, and only for two days, but it became a very pleasant stay. Would love to visit again.

The hotel was clean, employees were very helpful and kind. They had refreshments already in our rooms which was very convenient and the best part was they can check in our bags, weight, and get the luggage tag being they had connections we Lao Airlines. That was definitely a plus. We didn’t have to rush to try to get in our bag at all and they take you back to the airport and make sure we knew where we needed to go. I would definitely try this hotel to anyone.

Very restful, relaxing hotel in a good position for exploring the nearby night market. Easy to organise transport locally but the hotel gave us a free ride to the night market when I wanted to go. ( I have difficulty walking too far) Our room was peaceful, spacious and clean. The pool area is good and offers bean bags or chairs to sit in. The spa is readily available. The breakfast is served in an outdoor, covered long room and the dining area is always busy with a good choice of dishes. The unusual aspect of this residence is the number of lotus ponds and abundance of greenery everywhere which are a UNESCO listed feature. I wouldn’t necessarily choose this hotel for young children but for older children or couples it would be hard to beat for character and history.

Not much to say, which is rather positive. As advertised. The location was convenient without being crowded. The hotel itself was charming and relaxing. The restaurant offered a good mix of options with a wide range of affordable local dishes and some western alternatives. Both were good choices. The cleaning staff were efficient. And the service was great. There was always someone available to help, happily. The spa was surprisingly cheap for an in-house spa, but still maintained standards across the board. The shuttle, which never required any waiting time, was useful. I guess there was a bit to say, all positive. Would comfortably recommend.

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff.  Bedroom and bathroom really good.    Staff were fantastic.   What we didn’t like was the extremely slow WiFi 1,7 mbps is just not acceptable in these days and age.  No iron or laundry facilities , breakfast was more than average offering Vietnamese dishes instead of Lao, very disappointing.  We checked out after 1 night when we had booked 6.

Manyo Hotel and Resort is a new and lovely place to relax in Luang Prabang, Laos. The rooms are spacious and modern, with all the amenities needed. The staff are incredibly friendly and always greet you with a smile. One of the highlights of the resort is the swimming pool, which makes the complex even more beautiful. The location is also good, it’s not on the famous street but is very close to all the attractions. Also, you can rent a motorbike with them and they will bring it to the door, which is very convenient. If you are looking for a place to stay in Luang Prabang, this resort is definitely a great choice!

Nothing to complain about, the hotel is how it should be. But there is always room for improvement. The breakfast is ok, but I would like to have some more bread to choose from and also ham and cheese. The bed are labelled ”extra soft” but to me it's much too firm 🤷♂️

The room looked very nice, just like in the pictures, but on a closer look, there was dust everywhere, the bedsheets had stains and dirt on them, the bathtub/jacuzzi didn’t work and it was very dirty! Even the walls around it were very dirty. There was a stagnant smell in the room and lots of mosquitoes. On top of everything there was not enough hot water to shower and the breakfast was very poor and the food was all cold. So if you’re thinking of getting breakfast there, my advice is to go eat in town for a better dining experience. Last but not least, the hairdryer didn’t fit the socket. Luckily we had an adaptor, otherwise we would have had a hard time with that.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment and it was immaculate and cosy all at the same time. Double balcony; fully equipped kitchen, open plan dining area and lounge and a very comfortable bed but the absolute highlight for me was the free standing bath (beside the shower big enough for a whole football team). There is secure door entry both at the room and the building, parking available, free bicycles to borrow and they can arrange a scooter too (i think it was 180k LAK a day). There is a washing machine on the balcony whihc is also free to use. Comes in handy after a few hours out in the dust.
