Booked a classic room and was upgraded to an club room, upgrade is an understatement as stayed in a classic room in the past and was much better than this room. This room was basic. The room was cold and when putting the heater/air conditioning unit on for heat it is so noisy that you can't keep it on over night so woke up a few times shivering. The shower took a long time to heat up and even then it was only warm. This room had no where to put bags without being in the way so only good if you have a small bag. I would of preferred not to have been upgraded to a club room on this occasion as I was so disappointed. Check in took over 10 minutes before being seen considering there were 3 people on reception and again with check out as there was no key drop was asked for room number that I was checking out from but wasn't asked if my stay was good or anything no good customer service. Seems like this hotel has gone down hill compared to my stay about 5 years ago.

Very easy from finding the hotel, checking in and getting to our room. Location is great for main stations plus central London. Onsite food excellent-especially the breakfast but also lots of choice around the hotel also. Staff very welcoming and would definitely recommend a stay here

Great Location right in the center of Piccadilly circus ( Central London) if you book this hotel it's easy access to all parts of London attractions 10ft from the Piccadilly circus underground. The hotel will charge for keeping your luggages extra time upon your check out so mindful about it.. Rooms are clean and nice. Amenities are average. Overall a good place to stay if you are looking to stay around central London

Really cosy room, location is ideal when the DLR is running, however alternative ways to get to central if not. Relatively clean stay. Towels provided every day. Would be nice to have access to drinking water , but then you get what you pay for. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The hotel is located in Heathrow Terminal 4 which is assessable by free shuttle train / free bus. the free shuttle train takes at least 30 minutes to travel from/ to Terminal 3. Also, it operates only from around 5:45 in the morning so you need to take the free bus which takes even longer

Check in was super smooth and very friendly. The room itself was small, but big enough our needs for the week. The staff were nice, but not very aware of surrounding issues. My son got locked in the downstairs toilets and was screaming and screaming and not one member of staff moved an inch until my wife went looking for him, only then did the staff on reception move to see what was wrong, unfortunately that left a nasty taste in my mouth as it showed me a clear lack of care towards not only customers but to children. The rooms were clean and tidy, it did take 5 nights for the bedsheets / duvet covers to be changed, they were made daily but not swapped for fresh ones. Towels were plentiful and swapped daily tough. The daily breakfast was nice with a selection of fresh fruits, cereals and croissants, They also had a selection of hot food such as sausage, bacon, mushrooms, scrambled egg and even vegan sausages if you like them. My only complaint was the scrambled egg were not seasoned at all and required quite a lot of extra seasoning. You could also make fresh toast with a selection of different jams and Nutella. And also get fresh coffee, tea or hot chocolate, although each day one of the 2 machines were broken, it seemed to change each day. They also had fresh orange and apple juice, But the machine seemed to be broken quite alot of the time and they provided it in small dispensers, unfortunately these tasted watered down. Overall the room is nice, decent breakfast, pretty good location and the price not that bad but I expected a bit better.

A hotel with the perfect location to get to anywhere around London. The bus stop and metro (Bayswater & Queensway) is near the hotel. Halal options are available almost everywhere around the area too. If you are a bit on the bigger side please take note that the shower area is a bit small. Other than that I am very satisfied with my stay and will definitely come back here again!

Clink261 Hostel exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect, just steps away from the main attractions and public transport. The staff were incredibly friendly and helped me plan my itinerary, even suggesting some hidden gems. The dorms were clean and spacious, and I loved the rooftop terrace where I could unwind after a long day. Although the Wi-Fi was a bit slow in my room, it was fast enough in the common areas. This hostel is ideal for solo travelers or anyone looking for a social, budget-friendly stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Well it’s very nice, but the amenities like shower/toilet are a bit of a hassle. But maybe as one would expect. Very happy with the service and our whole stay as a whole. Would have no issues with booking there again as it is quite affordable. The social area is great and lovely! Top notch even though we didn’t use it

The room was clean and met basic expectations for a budget hotel, which was appreciated. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, which was a bit disappointing. One of the best aspects of this hotel is its convenient location right in front of the bus station, making it very easy to access transportation. Overall, it's a decent option for a short stay if you're looking for affordability and convenience near Heathrow.

Stayed here a night before a departure from Heathrow T5. The location is excellent, easy to get to by road from the M25 and plenty of parking. The hotel on the outside looked a somewhat run down affair but internally, although it was a little bit tired in places, was certainly clean and comfortable. A good choice of food in the restaurant, served up fresh to order and a nice size bar area to relax in was a bonus. Breakfast was good value and set us up well for our travels. Access to T5 is by the automatic pod service (cost £8.00) which is accessible from a collection point a few minutes walk (flat ie no steps or lifts) from the hotel, this is a 10min, extremely convenient ride straight to T5.

Heathrow has always been tricky in terms of finding a good hotel pre-flight but despite not being the Ritz, the Styles hotel is very good indeed, especially at the Trip price. The room had everything for a comfortable night sleep, breakfast ( in the price) was first class and the staff were very helpful. Sipson is very close to the airport. Bus stop right outside. Two stops to T3. Don’t waste your money on a taxi! We will be back for sure.

It should be said that it is the guest house of Brunel University. It is inside the school. You can eat in the student cafeteria. It is less than ten minutes away from the bus station. It is super convenient. Unfortunately, there is no room available when I want to book it again.

This hotel provides rooms at a great price point considering its proximity to Heathrow Airport, which is very convenient!

Clean and tidy. Access to food and drink downstairs as well as vending machines. Easy to check out, just drop the keycard into a slot or give it to the reception. Beware of parking, it’s a bit confusing. Shuttle bus to terminals right outside, but it costs around £7 and they don’t give change for cash.

Great location next to tube station, 30 mins to central London. Clean, comfy hotel with pleasant staff. Parking is secure at an extra charge. My go to hotel when visiting London.

Double Plus Room No Window LOCATION This hotel is super fit for purpose! Located in the Terminal 3 Arrivals hall at the far end (next to the buses and coaches terminal), there’s just a large sleek wooden reception desk behind which the stairs and lift to the rooms are. ROOM Normally I could not stay in a room without windows, but for the purpose of sleeping a few hours before your flight, the rooms make perfect sense. Just enough space for a couple carrying two midsize suitcases. There’s a kettle with coffee and tea, a simple TV, hotel phone. The bathroom, small as it is, impressed me most: new, clean, well designed. No hair conditioner though. FOOD From the refrigerated shelves at the hotel reception there’s a decent choice of food and beverages a la Pret A Manger. Alternatively: cafes at the Arrival Hall SERVICE Fine. Though upon check in we were asked to fill in the hotel form with our details but we arrived so late at night that I turned it down as we were just too tired.

This is not the first time we are staying at this hotel. We keep coming back as it is a fantastic hotel. The staff are really professional, friendly and helpful.

The Rosemay Hotel is not just a boutique escape—it is a living, breathing act of reverence. From the moment I arrived, I felt immersed in detail, not decoration. The chandelier reflected perfectly in the mosaic beneath it. Real plants framed like art. The Orwell Library by reception offered a nod to legacy, not a shrine. To sleep in Orwell’s former room, as Matthew ”Huxley” Forrest, was to experience a collision of timelines—where two philosophical lineages whispered across the decades. There was no fanfare, no museum velvet rope—just an unspoken truth carried through the wood, the light, and the quiet. The family behind this space deserve enormous credit. Their design is masterful. We were attending an event at the O2, the hotel was an ideal location only 15/20 minute walking distance and plenty of amenities near by. Hotel was clean and staff were really friendly. Only stayed 1 night but value for money.

Toilet Flush is not working properly. one button is spoiled ,the other one is very hard to press. Air conditioning doesn't have cool air,so the room is quite warm. Shower screen need improvement as water keep escaping into the dry area of the bathroom when showering .

Nice and friendly staff. Have coffee machine with free capsules for guests. Room has a small open kitchen and is quiet but at a convenience location. Across the street, there are some cherry blossoms along the side street on both sides too.

A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay

For the cleaning of the room you have to notify every morning if you stay more than one day; the room is large with a view of the Thames, but the upholstery of the chair is worn and unpleasantly stained; the staff is very helpful and kind; the breakfast good and varied. At dinner the food is very good but the waiting times are very long.

The location is relatively biased and the surroundings are relatively desolate.
