Generally ok hotel as location is very centralised , clean, spacious and with good service. Breakfast offered a wide variety of local n western options. Only minor is the hotel is not that new n aircon leaks water( they fixed it eventually) n last day , there’s an outage of electricity since night till morning which we understand only happened to our room.

The location was great, so many places to go can through just by walking, the price was very affordable, it’s nice to stay here, and the staff was very polite too, you can find Karen as GRO to help you during your stay at Golden Flower Bandung 🧡

Super happy with the room. Spacious. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Toilet was simple and clean. A lot of counter space to put our stuff in the room. Great selection of tv channels with options of different language subtitles. Staffs were excellent and helpful. Very happy with their breakfast buffet. Great selection and half of it changes everyday. Check in took longer time because our room wasnt ready. But they have some refreshments prepared at the lobby. And also you can surf internet at the lobby with their computer. It was a gamble to book 4 nights straight, but it paid off. Totally satisfied and would repeat this hotel in a heart beat. And they have atm just right outside the hotel entrance. The downside of this hotel I would say is the location of their swimming pool which is too near and visible to their cafe/restaurant. And the road infront of the hotel was always busy and at pick time, traffic jam.

I recently stayed at Braga Hotel in Bandung and had a mixed experience. Positive Aspects: The hotel’s location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the city. The breakfast spread was impressive, offering a wide variety of choices to suit different tastes. A special mention goes to the jamu lady, whose homemade jamu added a unique and delightful touch to the dining experience. Additionally, the staff was very prompt in addressing in-house requests, which was appreciated. Areas for Improvement: Cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. There were visible moulds on the sink and toilet sealers, which was disappointing. One of the two rooms I booked had a choked toilet, which added to the inconvenience. The frosted toilet doors lacked privacy, and the unlocked doors made it worse, causing discomfort for guests. The staff’s responsiveness to certain situations also left room for improvement. When I sought assistance in booking Woosh, the staff simply replied that they were unable to help, without offering any alternative solutions. A more proactive approach in such situations would have been appreciated. While the hotel does have its merits, addressing these concerns could significantly enhance the guest experience.

Conveniently located in considerably Cirebon most crowded mall - Cirebon Super Block Mall Great if you are traveling with children as mall is adjacent to the hotel, there are plenty of food selections and kids playing area Parking is one of their weak points, as mall are mostly over crowded. We were not able to enter the location, and need to call hotel team to talk to security from the mall to allow us to enter, hotel team is helpful which solved our frustration. Gym equipment are adequate, however there are 3 broken treadmills that need to be fixed. And air conditioning is not working creating the feeling of working out in cheap gym. Room is a bit dark at night, there is working lamp to support a bit of work with laptop. Cleanliness can be improved, we have noticed dusk at the corner of the room. Overall, hotel location is a positive point, with poor parking because of mall operation and impolite mall security, room is acceptable with cleanliness to be improved. Service is good with room for improvement.

Location is good on the city center of Bandung, many food variation nearby in walking distance. beware of traffic jam during rush hour in front of hotel. Finding parking spot on high occupancy definitely also will be challengng. Overall pleasant stay, my diamond select status has been recognized with free upgrade room (eventhough you have to ask first!) I have not try the gym and pool but looks decent for this 4 star hotel I’ve missed the afternoon tea when check in but they offered me in evening to bring some nice ginger drink + local snacks to my room, appreciate the service gesture. If you dont mind with the traffic jam I can recommend this for short stay.

Good place, good location. Not too far away from exit tol gadog, large area. Nice people's/ staff. Really recomended resort who find a place to escape and relaxe. nature hotel near by puncak. i was stay here last year and very happy! the staff name Alva help me a lot to stay here even im booked sudden but he give me room with pool view, and the hotel have facilities like a zoo (ada kandang ayam&burung) very amazing service! make us not bored during stay here. will come back soon!

A bit dissapointed as we booked deluxe room which has open-air bathtub (showing on the application) but there's no bathtub actually for the deluxe.. I'm asking the hotel staff why the room hasn't a bathtub while on the application we saw even for deluxe, they told that bath tub is on Suite room only & the wrong information on the application.. Hi Trip.com please update that hotels details on application, give information clearly & correctly, do not fraud! The others are good. My experience staying at this hotel was remarkable. The ambiance of this hotel was awesome with nice lobby, great fragrance, the staffs was friendly (especially ms. Wenda, who help me upon check in) the breakfast was quite various and really tasty, most of all i really like the room with amazing view, will be back soon thank you Bigland Hotel Sentul for your kind hospitality and keep it up...

The hotel is on the far end of sentul so a bit of a ways to all the other fun around sentul. That said the hotel has its own great activities, morning exercise and games, ATV track, shooting range, cycling and pool and much more. The buffet was also good with lots to choose from. All in all for a family getaway it was great, the kids had a great time participating in the games and winning prizes. Definitely will be back!

This is my very first time stayed here to celebrate my father’s birthday. The room was clean and comfortable. And not to mention the friendly and helpful staff here, Mas Adit - front officer, Mas Ryan - Asst. Restaurant Manager, Mba Silva & Fitri - Restaurant Greeter, and Pak Undang - MOD, Well done! They prepared a little birthday surprise for my dad when we’re having our breakfast. Really satisfied! We had a pleasant stay here! Thankyou for the hospitality!

Highly recommended for a short weekend getaway from busy Jakarta. We did a staycation for one night. Arrived before midday and while waiting for our room, we tried the spa at the hotel which was excellent. Check in time was at 14.00 but at 13.15 we were sent a text to say our room is ready. Friendly and attentive staff across the hotel. I asked for a direction to the spa location and one of the staff I met at the corridor went out of his way to take me right to the front door of the spa - he could’ve told me the direction but insisted of accompanying me there. Really appreciate the gesture. Breakfast buffet is impressive with large selection, and pretty good food. Love the view and surroundings of the hotel, and all the facilities, even a mini zoo behind the villas. We pretty much spent the whole time at the hotel and across the road to Taman Budaya. Highly recommended to stay here; great job to the whole Aston Sentul team to make our stay very pleasant.

I came in a big group, not at once though. Checking in was easy. Everyone in this hotel is friendly I think. Receptionist, room boy/girl, security, waiters and waitress, and also therapists. Parking area for cars are available at basement and sub-basement. There are two integrated lifts for guests. No access card needed to go to the upper floors. About restaurant, various food. They start opening at 6.10 am. Smoking area is available near stairs, at East. Ask for the ashtray as it is not provided on the table. Travelers who enjoy crowds are recommended to stay in this hotel. Located within the busy area of Braga, we can enjoy various culinary, hangout places, live music, night entertainment, etc.

The breakfast is good, the room is clean with a really good lighting, the staff is helpful. Resa, the guest relation staff is making sure my input appreciated. Don't be discouraged with the basement entrance since you'll find a good experience.

The bathroom and room carpet are not clean compared to harris hotel, because this hotel is a 4 start hotel which should be better and better in terms of service. Hopefully the suggestion above will be input to improve service to customers

Located in a strategic area, across from alun-alun Bandung. Considerable amount of food stalls around it, but you may have to check for their hygiene in prior to eating hehe.. The hotel has nice or unique decoration, however, the room that I occupied is a bit cramped or not quite spacious as I thought. Both the curtains, the one near the bed and the other in the bathroom, were quite dirty (there were spots here and there; see picture). In addition, there were some dirt too occupying the small space between the bathroom sliding door and the wall (see picture). Lastly, I have to say that the breakfast was less in variation and in taste. What an unfortunate :)

A while ago, I had the opportunity to visit one of the hotels that were located in Otista area, exactly the Otto Iskandar Dinata 1 street. Looking at the architecture of this hotel for the first time, the taste of heritage and colonial touch still remains sticky. The white dominance and its breadth unparalleled with most hotels makes visitors feel the other side that the Vue Palace Hotel offered. Entering the quiet and warm lobby, the elegant but simple interior makes visitors feel at home. To the next floor we can use the elevator or marble staircase that made a plank so it doesn't make the legs a little sluggish even riding a dozen steps. The pool facilities at Vue Palace Hotel are not so large but it is certain to enjoy with family because of its openness to nature. Besides the toilet facilities are quite good, dear when I visit the tissu was indeed absent. While the Mushola is on the basement floor and still needs touching because there is no muken available for women who happen to not bring mukena. At the Vue Palace Resto, Indonesian food is quite varied, such as soto, bakso and various kinds of porridge. Vue Palace Hotel can be one of the options for budget accommodations because its location is not far from Bandung New Market city shopping center.
