The location is excellent! The manager Kemal and all front office staff were helpful. Kemal booked the hot air balloon ride for us and it was brilliant! The breakfast was excellent! It’s a halal hotel and even my long black leggings were not suitable for the public areas according to their dress code. This is a little inconvenient as I had to carry a skirt to wrap around. Didn’t enjoy this part and the daily cleaning was not good. Very lazy cleaning I felt. Otherwise nice hotel and friendly staff.

This is the best hotel in Cappadocia!!! The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. We are very happy to chat with them. We can see many hot balloons around the hotels every morning. Really beautiful! This is our honeymoon trip. There were beautiful decorations when we arrived at the room. The room is very comfortable! On the last day, we need to go to the airport at 6:30 a.m. The staff gave us a bag that had breakfast Toast, Fruit, Tea, and a bottle of water. It was such a pleasant surprise! The hotel service is excellent! It made us a happy memory in Cappadocia!

This is really the best hotel in Cappadocia! The hotel is even more beautiful than shown on the pictures and (all!) employees are friendly and goodwill. Further, we loved the concept as every detail of the hotel is well thought off and the standard of hygiene is a 10/10. The breakfast very varied and delicious as all served was organic (self made and harvested) and all our wishes were always fulfilled with a smile on the face! We would like to thank the whole AJWA team (especially Nur Hanim, Musa and Onur bey, Orhan and Mehmet Chef) an unforgettable time and will definitely come again!

The hotel service is extremely bad. When seeing Chinese people, most of the front desk staff and waiters didn't even smile and were indifferent throughout the whole process. The hotel restaurant is even worse. I sat down in advance and emphasized three times that I had to catch a flight. As a result, the foreigners who came later were served, but not me. The waiters were chatting the whole time. Rubbish ****. I also want to praise Ctrip for its timely follow-up and good attitude.

We really enjoyed our stay, the hotel’s location is convenient for traveling, shopping and restaurants, the breakfast was amazing, great quality food and service. We liked the swimming pool , gym and sauna too. The room was comfortable and clean. We’ve got some help from the reception when needed a taxi to go to the museum and also we had late check out at 2 pm, it was very nice. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was nervous to go to the tea row at the breakfast room in the hotel's dining department. Because the tea service was made from a semaver.Everything taken except breakfast and dinner was even reflected in the price. The room TVs weren't working. We were in room 4005. The children had tablets from God, they didn't need the television. When we arrived at the hotel, our bags were moved to our room, when we left the hotel, we carried our bags. The table, glass, coat, shell, knife cleaning was not hygienic. The glasses were dirty.
