Upgraded the room, one bedroom and one living room, very quiet and comfortable, air-conditioned and bathtub. Sleep well! The grandfather at the front desk is also very enthusiastic and efficient! I will go to Wellington in the future!

Tracy was great and very responsive. We got to the apartment very late after our Hobbiton tour and was happy to see many food options. Check in was easy with the instructions provided. Stay was pleasant and the apartment was well furnished with very new dishwasher, kitchen utilities and washing machine. This lobby is really stylish, I thought it was a five-star hotel, we drank two beers here, it felt good! There is a Chinese tour group wow wow, so embarrassing! It is best to stay away from the place with compatriots, especially the tour group! The house is fully equipped, quite clean, the room is large, and the bedding is comfortable! The breakfast is quite rich, with my favorite coffee, mushrooms, eggs, sausages, and these are more friendly to our Chinese stomach!

A converted private country villa with an elegant environment. On the highway side, the entrance is small and difficult to find, and it is a bit noisy. The room decoration is relatively simple.

Service was good room is warm and nice. The aircon was on when we arrived. Coffee provided is nice and little kitchenette provided. Was a bit more expensive than what it should be though. Beds are comfy.

I loved my three night stay here. Great bed! I loved the little kitchen and within walking distance is a great cafe in a garden as well as a lake. Great for work!

The couple running the place was really nice! Love the double floors and the 2 bathrooms.

Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.

The property is located in a beautiful and quiet park. You have everything you need in a lovely space. The rooms are clean and neatly decorated. Even though there is no reception at the property, you can still easily get assistance by phone and texts. I left my backup cell phone in the room when I checked out, thanks to the staff who immediately informed me when he found it and managed to return it to me. I really appreciate their kindness.

Very comfortable bed and room. Reasonable gym. Excellent breakfast.
