Hotel/Motel that goes the extra mile. Lots of extras. We stayed in a King Spa Room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. High quality linen. Real coffee and a coffee press in the room. Reclining chairs to watch TV. Quiet at night. Located outside of the main downtown area, but a short drive by car. Friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Comfortable and basic apartment with everything you need to make yourself at home - fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer. Close to the mall for shopping and supplies. Onsite parking is convenient and seems safe!

This lobby is really stylish, I thought it was a five-star hotel, we drank two beers here, it felt good! There is a Chinese tour group wow wow, so embarrassing! It is best to stay away from the place with compatriots, especially the tour group! The house is fully equipped, quite clean, the room is large, and the bedding is comfortable! The breakfast is quite rich, with my favorite coffee, mushrooms, eggs, sausages, and these are more friendly to our Chinese stomach!

Service was good room is warm and nice. The aircon was on when we arrived. Coffee provided is nice and little kitchenette provided. Was a bit more expensive than what it should be though. Beds are comfy.

I loved my three night stay here. Great bed! I loved the little kitchen and within walking distance is a great cafe in a garden as well as a lake. Great for work!

The couple running the place was really nice! Love the double floors and the 2 bathrooms.

The property is located in a beautiful and quiet park. You have everything you need in a lovely space. The rooms are clean and neatly decorated. Even though there is no reception at the property, you can still easily get assistance by phone and texts. I left my backup cell phone in the room when I checked out, thanks to the staff who immediately informed me when he found it and managed to return it to me. I really appreciate their kindness.

I stayed here for three nights and was quite satisfied with all the room facilities, except for the poor sound insulation. I could clearly hear the sound of car engines outside when I was sleeping in the middle of the night. Maybe it was because of the engines of the cars themselves, but it still caused my poor sleep quality. If you are someone who is sensitive to sound and want to stay here, you may want to consider it. In addition, on the afternoon of the second day of my stay, because there was a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on my room door, the housekeeping staff should not have come in to clean. However, I don't know if one of the housekeeping staff didn't see the sign or for some other reason, but she swiped the card to open the door after knocking on the door three times (I didn't answer the door when she knocked because I was in the bathroom and couldn't respond). At first I thought it was the working habit of people here in New Zealand, but the more I thought about it, the weirder it got. So the next day I happened to meet another housekeeping staff and confirmed with her. She said that if there is a ”Do Not Disturb” sign on the guest's door, they will not open the door to enter, but will only take photos for record. The housekeeping staff was also surprised that this happened, and apologized to me on behalf of the housekeeping staff who opened my door, and said that they would report this matter to their manager again, so apart from these two things, I was quite satisfied with this stay.
