The room was spacious and comfortable, the bed was cozy, and the view was great, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff were warm and attentive, providing excellent service. The hotel's location is superb, offering convenient transportation, and the breakfast selection was extensive.

Our first international trip with the kids brought us to the Netherlands, and this hotel was perfectly located. It's away from the city center's hustle and bustle, yet incredibly convenient for getting around. A 1-minute walk to the left brings you to NOORD station, which is the first stop on the line, so you're guaranteed a seat. The surrounding area is lovely too, with nature and animals creating a peaceful atmosphere. The supermarket by the station is well-stocked with everything you need, and the food options there are great. The room was very clean and thoroughly serviced daily. Overall, we were very satisfied with everything, especially the convenient transportation.

Really nice hotel. The reception staff I encountered were friendly, room was really clean and nice. Only downsides were there was a really strong draft in the room even though the heavy curtains and window was closed. It’s also a tiny bit far but wasn’t too much bother.

The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from Amsterdam Central Station, making it very convenient for sightseeing and transportation. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. However, the lighting in the room was quite dim. One thing that could be improved is the bathroom lighting. It works with a motion sensor, so if you stay still for a while (for example, during a shower), the lights switch off automatically. It was inconvenient to have the bathroom suddenly become dark while showering. Overall, it's a good hotel with an excellent location, but improving the room and bathroom lighting would make the stay even better.

Booked this hotel during a layover and it has a good location, nice modern feel and friendly staff.

I’m not sure if we were upgraded, but my family stayed on the 12th floor and the view was absolutely stunning. The room and overall space were wonderful—clean, spacious, and even more beautiful than we expected. My children loved it so much that they didn’t want to leave. Sitting on the sofa and looking out over the river, watching boats pass by, gave me a peaceful feeling that reminded me of my hometown. I hope to have even more memorable experiences the next time I stay at Mövenpick.

This is a pretty standard luxury hotel, with no major issues. There's a mini-fridge, but it's not cold enough and doesn't come stocked with anything. However, the umbrella is a high-end carbon fiber one, which is quite rare and a nice touch. The bathroom drain had a bit of a problem, probably a clog from hair that needs to be cleaned promptly. My biggest issue, though, was the front desk – they were incredibly slow! Especially during check-out. I've never seen a hotel where you have to wait in line one by one; usually, you just leave your room card and go.

Facilities: The facilities are pretty good, with a wet and dry separation in the bathroom, and a kettle, refrigerator, and other amenities readily available in the room. Hygiene: The overall hygiene was good, but there were instances where the shampoo was almost empty and the tissues were nearly out, which staff didn't replace promptly. I had to contact them again, so there's room for improvement here. Environment: The overall environment is good. It's less than a 10-minute walk from the central train station, which is very convenient. Even in a room facing the train tracks, I didn't hear any train noise at all; the soundproofing of the windows is excellent. Service: The staff were all very patient. The only thing that needs improvement is that the customer service contact number in the room is basically unreachable. Any requests required going down to the front desk to speak with staff, which was indeed inconvenient. This area needs improvement. Overall, I still highly recommend it.

The hotel was really nice and clean. The area isn’t touristy, so it’s fairly quiet and nice, but very well reachable by metro: only 13 min subway ride to central station , and the station is a short walk away. Amstel train station is also nearby, which is very convenient. The bed is very comfortable, I loved the towels, which were very soft and fluffy. I found the motion activated light in the bathroom a little annoying, especially since it often went off while I was showering, because no movement could be detected, so I had to open the shower cabine to set the light back on. We did not try breakfast as 23 euro per person seemed a little overpriced. Overall, I found the value good for money. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable, and I’d definitely recommend the hotel.

We just spent three nights at Chasse Residency Hotel as a family with three children, and we were very pleased with our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and we felt welcome from arrival to departure. The location was really good with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get around Amsterdam. The room had plenty of space for us, and the small kitchen facilities were a huge advantage when traveling with children. All in all, we had a really great stay and would definitely recommend Chasse Residency Hotel to other families looking for a quiet and comfortable base for a visit to Amsterdam.
