Good room service and helpful customer services. They helped to order Omakase for us for local Japanese restaurant. Welcome drink good quality. Spa good hygiene with supply of towels, no need to use room towels which earned high satisfaction. However, set breakfast rather than buffet breakfast which was beyond our expectations. 4 set breakfast not much choices during our 7 days stay in hotel. Food left behind most of time due to over size or food not fit the taste. Always food wasting occurred for customers. Will not choose this hotel again if still set breakfast. Anyway Miyako Hotel still earns high rating overall and will be suggested to our friends.

Excellent classic type hotel with top-notch polite and friendly service from the bell staff to reception. Hotel is situated in an ace location just a few minutes from Hakata Ekimae station, where shopping and food options abound. There is also a direct basement link from the sprawling underground train network to the hotel (look for exit P5 “Hotel Nikko Fukuoka”). Room was spacious for our family of 3,  with various amenities available and was clean and tidy. Overall it was an excellent experience for us. Thank you.

A slightly aged hotel, but still very functional, spacious and comfortable. Our plan also included the access to the GRAND CLUB whole day, which provides breakfast, refreshments during the day, and all kinds of wine paired with a good collection of food at night at their cocktail hour. And yes all the food in breakfast and at the cocktail hour were great. The location is fine, though you do need to travel back to hakata station or tenjin station depending on your itinerary

The hotel booked for the concert was a 20-minute walk from the subway station, which was a bit far. On check-in day, we took Uber. As soon as we arrived, the hotel staff immediately helped us carry our luggage. Our luggage was already put away before we even got out of the car. The front desk staff speaks fluent English. It is recommended to include breakfast when booking. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of food and great value for money. The room is a sea view room, the room is big enough and very comfortable. The hotel has a shuttle bus to and from the subway, but it is only available on Saturdays and Sundays.

The hotel is conveniently located a minute’s walk away from Watanabe Dori subway station. There is a Familymart convenience store and supermarket adjacent to the hotel. There are a couple of nearby cafes (ie. Kamakiri coffee and REC coffee) for those who need their daily caffeine. Despite being an older hotel, room in Hotel New Otani Hakata was clean, comfortable with sufficient space for 2 persons. Unless you are seeking a five-star hotel with full amenities, this offers value for money in a great location.

The room is very comfortable and comes with pajamas for guests Very good hotel The afternoon tea desserts in the restaurant are also great The first dish of the dinner was Gyokuro. Add 45-degree water to taste the rich tea flavor, and add olive oil, vinegar and salt to taste the tender buds of Gyokuro. It was very unique.

The room has a great view and is relatively large in Japan. It is very convenient to take the kids to play in Uminonakamichi Park. The dining experience at the Italian restaurant in the lobby bar on the first floor is also good, but the breakfast is very average. The view of the sea is good, and I watched the sunrise in the morning, which was a surprise! An unexpected gain! It is worth recommending when the price is right!
