Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 Korat is the premier hotel in the city, and conveniently located within the same compound as Terminal 21 shopping mall. It is of high standard, with price to match its value. During my stay, the assigned room was clean and good, all staff including housekeeping staff encountered were polite. There was also complimentary coffee machine at the lobby. For my breakfast, the restaurant was very crowded, with some challenges and unpleasantness in getting a table and long wait/queues for some of the live stations (including Thai tea, eggs). Overall, still a good and premier hotel of Korat.
The location is good and near national parks.
The breakfast is delicious with good environment.
Massage is good.
Only thing is the shower water some time hot and some time cold. Difficult to adjust.
Beautiful environment, but cleanliness really need to improve from shower head to bathtub , the bathtub really throw me off , when running the water , there is like hair and tissue paper coming out . And the whole bathtub is so powdery and dusty
Truly 5* in all aspects. Beautiful huge property with the rooms surrounding a lake, giving great views in the day. But don't worry about the size of the area, they have buggies to shuttle guests around. Our 2 bedroom suite was a huge comfy space, a master bedroom with a huge bathroom that comes with a luxurious bathtub. The other bedroom had 2 single beds with an attached bathroom with a standing shower but still spacious. Huge sofa in the living room (which can possibly sleep another person) and a dining table, all in between the 2 rooms. Everything is well maintained and clean, mini bar all inclusive, it's funny how they continue stocking the fridge even when we didn't drink any. I love the open wardrobe concept. Wished they had a full length mirror in the Twin-bed room though.
The breakfast spread is good, a wide variety including live stations for eggs and congee and cuisines ranging from local Thai to international. They also have an extended selection on the weekends including a noodles live station. The pool, right beside the breakfast restaurant is a little small but enough to keep the kids occupied. The water is perpetually cold regardless of the time of the day. Staff here are excellent, always full of smiles, friendly and welcoming, from front desk to the buggy drivers, to the servers at breakfast.
Certainly my choice hotel if I ever return to Khaoyai.
Perfect place to stay in Khao Yai area. Always number 1 in my mind. Great breakfast, variety of foods, great staff with service minded. Room is very clean and well maintained. Quiet and very private to relax.
Service was awesome, super spacious room with high class equipment and design inside the room, amenities is more than what you expect from a hotel room. Food for breakfast could be improved, not many variations, it's a la carte with some small dishes you can take from buffet, but that's it. Would I come here again?within same price ? I'd rather try another resort,
Good staff, smiling, clean room, soft bed, automatic toilet, fragrant throughout the hotel until the room, stayed on the mountain view side, quiet and peaceful.
Breakfast is ok, there is an electric car charger (slow type), good location, run out 500 meters to the intersection with a market, 7-Eleven. Overall, I like it.

MMrs SiOverall, my experience was good, thanks to the stunning views and the size of the room. We booked an ozone suite with mountain views, and I absolutely loved the scenery! However, due to its distance from local attractions, it’s important to plan for extra travel time. This wasn’t an issue for us, as we had a driver.
That said, there were some areas for improvement. The shower facilities, particularly the water pressure, need attention; otherwise, it would have been a perfect stay. The breakfast options also fell short of a 5-star hotel standard—there was a limited selection. It was only on our last day, Friday, that the breakfast improved.
On a positive note, the buggy service was prompt, and the staff were friendly. However, the pool water was not as clean as expected, and it closes at 7 PM.
In the evenings, there isn’t much to do, as there are no attractions nearby.
GGuest UserMuthi Maya's staff has really good service and they went beyond my expectation to provide me with a cake as it was my partner's birthday. I have stayed with their other hotel within the kirimaya group, Atta, and my experience there was a really good and pleasant one, hence chose to stay at another of their sister hotel. However, Muthi maya is very far from most facilities and facilities are only accessible via their shuttle service based on certain timings or by driving. During the stay, one of my kids experienced a medical emergency, a allergy reaction, a first for me, and Kirimaya group's hotel is not the hotel you want to stay at when you are faced with a medical emergency. Firstly, Muthi Maya's reception does not have the basic necessity of a medical kit or medical bag. We even contacted the Kirimaya's hotel reception and Atta's hotel reception and there was no medical bag that we can have access to. Secndly, the nearest hospital is at least 30km away. My kid's breathing pipe was closing and waiting for the ambulance was definitely not a good idea. So if staying here, Driving is the best way to get here. Other than this huge scare, because i stayed during their 'non-peak' period, the hotel breakfast was not the usual buffet and this was a huge disappointment for me as i was looking forward to a good breakfast given i have stayed at Atta before and the breakfast was really good when i stayed there. one night in Muthi Maya cost twice as much as atta as well, Hence the high expectations. Overall, i would say the room was really huge, and pool in the villa was really clean. but sadly because of the situation i had face, i would reconsider booking this group of hotel in the future.
GGuest UserNot bad. The service is very good and the environment is very good. I want to go again next time, but the location is a bit far. The food and environment make people relax. It is good if you bring your family.
GGuest UserWhat a pleasant stay... the was in a complex of hotels, restaurant, club, pools. And we can go anywhere around the complex by hotels shuttle bus or buggy car. Nice stay, great room, hotel and restaurant with italy ambiance. Definitely going to stay here again..

SSamritI had a great experience. Travelled as a family of 4 and the reception was amazing. The welcome drinks were tasty and we couldn’t have picked a better room. However, may i suggest for the following improvement:
1: Anti slip mats in the bathroom. The whole floor is marble and my 1 year old is slipping about trying to get from the bathroom to the private pool.
2: Pesky mosquitoes are everywhere. Would be good to install those electric socket mosquito repellent.
3: Because of the amount of bugs at night its a bit of a drag to get to the minibar since we have to literally open the door to the veranda to access it.

BBen9141One of the best hotel in Thailand so far. Love everything about this hotel, rooms are modern, clean and very well designed, foods are great, staff is polite, well trained and providing best service.
We will come back again when we are in Khao Yai.
