The location of the hotel is very convenient. You can walk to the pier to take the canal boat and walk to museums nearby. We also walked to the west lake, about 1.4 km. The breakfast is good (Chinese style). We went during Chinese holidays and the hotel was full, people took all the pudding as soon as it arrived, but the hotel kept refilling. The room was very comfortable, big, with a bed and a nice view of the city (13 floor). The cleaning lady was very patient and cleaned our room past mid-day. The receptionist kiki helped us in English using WeChat translation, and gave us a lot of information on the walking tours to the west lake, pagoda and canal.

I booked a smallest room of hotel with no much exception because the bed is small but it was a nice surprise when it was a well furnished room with spaciuos bathroom and comfortable bed. The breakfast restaurant is romantic and I like all the items of the hotel like teacup or bowl. Highly recommended and I definitely book again when have change come back.

I traveled in Hangzhou for 3 days and 2 nights and chose to stay at Sofitel Hangzho West Lake because the location of the hotel is near West Lake. The room is clean and spacious, with complete equipment. The staff is very welcoming and helpful. The breakfast is very delicious. I also received a set of mooncakes as a gift from booking this time. I am very impressed. In the future, if I have a chance to travel to Hangzhou, I will come back to stay here again.

I stayed in this hotel two days (2 nights) and I am more then satisfied with the service. All the facilities are great. It’s clean, very cozy and nice place.

Wonderful location which is located inside of the one of top reserved natural beauty area - Xixi Wetland, can easy assess to wetland and visit the surrounding beautiful great natural landscape and wildlife. Moreover, the hotel built by Su style, one of most famous landscapes style in the ancient Chinese history. It’s also convenient to travel to another great place called Tian Mu Li where has lots of great foods and shoppings.

Reception is extremely friendly and helpful. Location is convenient only 5 mins walk to metro station. There is luckin coffee and family convenient store within walking distance to the hotel. The hotel offers free afternoon snack which includes sandwich waffles fruit and dessert, as well as coffee machine. I would recommend this hotel to solo travellers as well as family travel.

The ramps, elevators, and room amenities ensured seamless navigation for my father, who uses a wheelchair. The accessible room was spacious, well-equipped, and meticulously maintained. *Staff: Friendly and Helpful* The housekeeping staffs went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. When my father accidentally created a mess in the room, the housekeeping team promptly responded with kindness and efficiency. Their warm smiles and willingness to help were genuinely comforting. *Respect for Elders:* What struck me most was the hotel's inherent culture of respecting older adults. From the gentle assistance offered by staff to the thoughtful amenities provided, it was clear that they value and honor its senior guests. This attitude permeated every aspect of our stay, making my father feel valued and cared for.

The room is spacious with the upgrade. We enjoyed our stayed here with the limited view of west lake from our room. The breakfast is good with variety of selection. Very near to metro station as well. Thank you for the good service from the counter staff. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Only suggestion is probably can consider to supply a better choices of breakfast pack other than fruits and 🥯 when we requested for it as our flight is early morning. The same request as rushing for early morning flight, we make for hotel in Beijing yet they able to provide variety of choices including xiao long bao in the breakfast pack.

The rooms were modern, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was attentive and friendly, but they didn't speak English and were sometimes unwilling to help. For instance, they refused to help me heat my food in the microwave. Additionally, you have to carry your own luggage as the hotel staff does not assist with it. Location is great, no doubts.

Overall is ok, with a great restaurant, and a chef making superb omelet. But there are 3 points that made the experience a bit disappointing: 1. the gym was temporarily closed. 2. The room I booked, a king Deluxe, was very very small, too small for being a Deluxe, and for a leisure hotel like this. The bathroom has no bathtub, and even not enough space for towels. 3. The staff was always apologizing for some inconvenient, but didn't instead try to solve the problem. For instance in the pool side, I asked for a couple of drinks with ice and straw: they had no straw and no ice there, and didn't want to ask the bar or the restaurant to bring, so I only can take it in that way, with their apologies. Really not what you expect in this kind of hotel.

Good location, we had fun at the night market. Lots of restaurants in the area so food was really easy. For a quick stop i would definitely recommend. It has everything you need for a night or two

Booked the Egyptian theme family room. Room was beautiful, comfortable and a very good size. Love the breakfast selection. It's freshly prepared mains and also a good selection of salad, cereal, bread etc. Attentive and friendly staffs. Location is great. Cab right to west lake is ard 25rmb. There are 2 really nice restaurants for local food. ( #210 四灶儿， To the right, facing road, after you walk out). The other one further down. Also, number of massage shop around the vicinity Overall, great value for money!

The service was impeccable from the moment we checked in at the central terminal with a personal butler at our disposal 24x7. All the staffs were friendly, attentive and always eager to help. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of a busy street yet quiet and peaceful once you are inside the hotel area. We could come back for short rests before continuing on with the sightseeing or shopping. This is very much appreciated when there’s young kids. We totally enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to come back again for more nights.

Contacted the hotel staff when we arrived and he came to the entrance to take us to the hotel. He also helped us carry our luggage. We need to purchase tickets to Xitang at the entrance.The hotel is quiet and seem to be quite empty on a weekday. Room comes with a balcony which overlook the river view. Good photo spot too. Room furnishing is a little dated but still good for 1 night stay. Location is an easy walk to eating places, bar and shops. It is peaceful during the night and sleep quality is good.

The environment was also great. The hotel was surrounded by greenery and the air was fresh. The lighting and view of the room were very good, especially the view from the window, which made people feel happy. The service was even better. The front desk and staff were very enthusiastic and responded quickly. Any needs could be solved in time, which was very considerate. The price-performance ratio was super high. It was really worth the money to enjoy such facilities and services at this price! Finally, I must mention the swimming pool. The water was clear and the environment was elegant. It felt very comfortable. It was a perfect plus point for a vacation in summer! I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come again next time!

Hygiene: Overall clean and tidy Environment: The hotel is very Chinese-style like a big house. It has charm and is very film-making. It is suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It is a relaxing environment like a wealthy family in ancient times. The flowers and plants in the hotel are well taken care of and there is also a fat goldfish hotel. There is also a tea room owner who specializes in drinking tea. The tea is also very delicious. I heard that the young lady picked it. No wonder the aftertaste is very sweet. The boss was very considerate and recommended this restaurant at the door, saying that it has been in business for 30 years, with good quality and low prices, and the service was really good. The set meal included a set of Hanfu. The children took photos under the 40℃ scorching sun, but they were super happy. There were many choices of Hanfu and they looked good.

When I get here, tell me 200/pet. After a heated discussion, it was decided whether to win for us or 100 per bird. But there is no pet souvenir (cleaning bag + toys). There is still puppy breakfast, and you can take your puppy into the restaurant (designated location), which is slightly better. There are no dog litter bags in the entire accommodation area. Although we have brought them ourselves, there are no litter bags in the entire area, which feels not very good. The overall stay is okay. Let me mention here again that the entire courtyard of Xixi Huajiantang is the best among these experiences so far. You can take the puppy’s litter bag afterwards, which is very good). There are not many types of meals, but they are okay. There is no parking lot, cars are parked at the door. 3km away from the scenic spot, hotel shuttle bus. But the bus closed in both directions at 5:30pm. inconvenient. After the above-mentioned feedback was given to the housekeeper, it was said that an overall renovation would be needed in the near future. Hope things get better later.
