↑ I stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a truly enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the service stood out. The staff were consistently friendly, polite, and genuinely eager to help with anything I needed, whether it was answering questions, their warm attitude made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. The location is also excellent, especially for someone visiting Hangzhou for the first time. Many popular spots are easy to reach, and the area around the hotel feels convenient and safe. It was a great starting point for exploring the city. Overall, my three-night stay was very pleasant. The combination of great service, helpful staff, and a prime location made it a wonderful choice. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

I thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at this hotel. Firstly, its location is incredibly convenient, being close to the city center's main attractions and business districts. We found it easily accessible by taxi or public transport. Moreover, the hotel boasts a comprehensive range of facilities, including complimentary Wi-Fi, a gym, a swimming pool, and more. During our stay, our room was very comfortable and spacious, and the bedding was spotlessly clean. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and enthusiastic, always ready to assist us with any issues. Additionally, the hotel offered a complimentary breakfast, which was delicious. All in all, this hotel left a deep impression on me, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to my friends and family.

We stayed at homestay No.17, everything was so good. Very welcoming host, friendly, warm and helpful. The room is clean, cozy, fully equipped for basic needs. Our room has the town view which is so poetic and dreamy, breakfast area has river view (so beautiful and tranquil) 10/10 experience, gonna miss Wuzhen much.

The hardware facilities in the room are excellent. There are a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a gym. It's very convenient. L The air in the room is very fresh and odorless. The hygiene of the room is also very clean. The hotel's parking lot is also very large, making parking very convenient. I recommend staying here.

Really amazing room we have stay so far! The king bed is so comfortable and the doraemon is so adorable! Both the bedrooms have toilets attached to it and the room provide umbrella for guest to use. The corridor can oversee the Westlake and there are even rabbits below our level! The only thing is the hotel do not provide clothes washing service. We likes the stay vacation here as the hotel is 10 mins walk to Westlake and there are lots of eatery shops and malls nearby. The scenery is nice as there are lots of trees and weeping willow planted along both sides of the streets. Will definitely select this hotel again next time we visited Hangzhou! 😉

When you are out of station for business purpose, your entore focus is on business meets you dont even feel hungry because cracking the deal is important the only free time is breakfast , variety is there that too indian vegetarian food what else you want Walking distance from district 1 and 2 hardly 15 mins

The hotel's location is excellent. While claiming a five-minute walk to District 1 might be a slight exaggeration, it's certainly no more than ten minutes away. We spent most of our two days exploring District 1; it's so extensive, we barely scratched the surface. The room amenities were sufficient and perfectly met the needs of our family of three. We particularly appreciated how quiet it was and the comfortable pillows, which were crucial for a good night's sleep. It's a short distance from Santing Road Night Market and World Yiwu, and taxis are easily accessible. There are also many great dining options nearby. The staff were incredibly warm and always greeted us with a smile. The breakfast was clean, hygienic, and offered a decent variety. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children planning to explore the trade city. Five stars!

They upgraded my room automatically to a Premier Rm...huge with all the amenities we needed. It was as the name suggest a hotel based on the Italian explorer Marco Polo. The decor are all based on that from that theme. It has the Japanese type of electronic toilet seat with all the features! A downside is that the coffee in the room could have been of better quality since it is based on the Italian Explorer theme 😀 There were noisy guests at night, sigh. Not a problem of the hotel. Near to major attractions especially Westlake.

My biggest takeaway is that this is not a service-oriented hotel. The hotel has been established for many years and enjoys a steady clientele. Its proximity to the trade city likely means many foreign trade business people book rooms here for their clients, hence the large number of international guests. Overall, I didn't perceive much in the way of hotel service; it's quite different from many other similarly priced hotels in China. The only commendable aspect is that water, lemon tea, and small snacks are visibly placed in the lobby for self-service. Beyond that, services were minimal. Breakfast was Arabian-style, which offered little appeal to a Chinese palate. Dental kits were provided with the room card, but there were no other amenities in the room. The slippers didn't seem fresh either, which was a bit disappointing. However, the bedding and linens were decent, allowing for a good night's sleep. Having frequently stayed at hotels like Atour and other select-service brands in the same price range, I found this hotel's service and facilities to be somewhat lacking in comparison.

The stay at the hotel for the 5 days was great. The receptionist was very helpful in our request and provided clear infor for our request. The room was comfortable and and clean although is small room but the facilities provided in the room is very complete (很完善)。
