Very good services. Exceptionally complete equipment (this is rare) to cook a little for a stay of several days. Very beautiful view of the city with a small balcony.

This is my 2nd time staying here in swissbell express cideng. No doubt their service is top notch. They even help me to fasten my luggage screws. The room size is nice and they have a smart TV. Surrounded with fast food open for 24 hours and accessible to go anywhere it is a plus point. I love staying here .. hope to see u soon. . W🙏

Service is good, they're all very courteous. The bed is comfortable. The aircond is strong. Cleanliness is not bad. The hotel provides a water dispenser Room is small & the wall is thin. We only have problems with the pillow. It's very thin & not comfortable at all. Please have a look into that. Location is not to our desire. It seems like the location is far back at Wahid Hasyim area. However, the area seems clean & bright at night. There are 2 kombinis nearby. Indo Maret is the big ones. And Bangor Burger next to the hotel. Coin laundry is also available right in front of the hotel.

I love this hotel the receptionists are helpful The location is good pretty close to Blok M mrt, I recommend to go to Papaya Fresh for Japanese bread 🤌🏻 this hotel surrounded by the mall you can find everything there and the cafe was pretty close too The room was nice I love it everything’s clean also the bed was comfy but they didn’t provide the hairdryer This hotel made me love Jakarta, I would love to go back again 😀

I had a one-night stay at this hotel, and overall, it was a good experience. The location is fantastic, close to to popular malls, which makes it very convenient. Thamrin City mall is just right below you. So you can just go down the lift and you're already in the shopping heaven. The room was okay—nothing too fancy, but definitely worth the price. The highlight was definitely the breakfast; it was absolutely delicious, with a great variety (based on my taste buds ya) The staff was also really friendly and approachable, always ready to help with anything I needed. Special mention to Fareza for the good service! For the price and location, it’s a solid choice for a short stay!

The AC is not cold at all, it seems like the freon has run out. Maybe you can check room no. 12, the AC is not cold. But for the rest, it's satisfactory, the hot water works, the TV is also a smart TV, it can watch YouTube.

Just like average budget hotel. But they really have to clean the rooms regularly. All of the furnitures are old too.

The service is good, people are friendly and willing to help any of your need. The room was cozy and nice, one minus point is they don't have shampoo for you, so you have to prepare yourself. The massage service is good and reasonable price. Also the foods on the rooftop cafe, very convenient and tasty. The location is a bit deep inside a residential area.
