Phoenix is too hot, the hotel air conditioning is not good, the others are very good, outrageous is that there are no slippers and hot water bottles.

Check in was lovely and a super smooth process, the team that we interacted with were super lovely! They had some great recommendations on what we could do, so we really only came back to the hotel to rest. The room was 10/10. While our mobility during the stay was pretty good, both guests in this booking appreciated knowing that should our mobility ability change, we could still move around independently in the room we had booked. Thank you!

The hotel is very new, equipped with a swimming pool and a gym. It is in a relatively safe area on Highway 66. The parking lot was almost full at night. However, the room was not well soundproofed. The music from the party next door was super loud. We chatted in the corridor and opened and closed doors all night. After talking to the front desk, it got better, but the subwoofer was still blasting. The hotel is nice, the coffee is good, and the stay experience is average.

Yavapai lodge is a great stay in the heart of Grand Canyon, so you easily can reach main points, for example - yavapai sunrise point few minutes away. The lodge service was breathtaking: cafes, shops and front desk staff, especially manager Kat 🫶

The location of the hotel is quite good with nice views and Whole Foods nearby. I met with the aircon issue and maintenance mgr helped to change a room quickly. Although it was smaller but problem solved promptly.Streams are out of work and cannot be fixed due to holidays.

The best hotel for this vacation. It is actually a very new apartment. The kitchen, living room, room, bathroom (bathtub + shower), toilet are all independent and spacious. You can cook simple meals by yourself. Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher are all available. Very quiet. Free parking. You can watch the stars in the community at night. Super cost-effective. Highly recommended

The front desk was very friendly and considerate so that I don’t have to get out of the hotel to get my car details for registration in a freezing night when checking in. Coffee was provided in the room as well as at the lobby in the morning. Bed was comfortable, TV channels were ok. Bath towel a bit worn out but that is fine for me. Basic amenities in the room which is fine as well for one night stay. I like the location that I could get a quick bite easily and just off the freeway. About an hour drive from Grand Canyon after the sunset which was not too far. I enjoyed the night there. :)

The breakfast was good and the service was good. We also intentionally left a tip. The people in the hotel, both the manager and other staff, were very good. There was an episode when I checked in, but it was finally resolved. Thank you Joyce, their manager. The only one is that the hotel's sound insulation is not good, and the layout is a bit strange. It is not as good as the one I ordered in Canada.
